Floraland Weddings & Events

d/gave us tons of much needed tips during the planning process, but also took great care of us the day of, so much so that we were completely immersed in the moment and did not have a thing to worry about (because we knew Neo’s team will keep us on track no matter what). So grateful we found them!

of our nerves during planning. On the actual wedding day, they went above and beyond. The team helped set up all of our stationery and favors, walked us through the rehearsal, guided guests so everything stayed on track, and were right there during photos helping with timing and little details. Because of Floraland, we didn’t have to worry about anything and could actually enjoy the day. That sense of support and calm made such a huge difference, and we’re so grateful for their team.

hen everything felt overwhelming. From our first conversations, the team stepped in with calm clarity and reassurance, helping us organize priorities and move forward with confidence. They supported us through vendor selection and confirmations, scheduled rental appointments efficiently, and handled communication with every vendor with care and responsibility. What impressed us most was how thoughtful they were with the details. They assisted with custom stationery, refined our table styling, and helped translate loose ideas into a cohesive vision. Even when time was limited, nothing felt rushed or overlooked. The florals were truly beautiful. Seeing everything come together on the wedding day was a quiet but emotional moment for us. The designs felt elevated and completely aligned with who we are. Behind the scenes, the team managed logistics seamlessly, allowing us to stay present and enjoy the day without worrying about what was happening next. Choosing Floraland was one of the best decisions we made！

n about the timeline flow, fully expecting to hear back the next day. Elaine replied within the hour with a thoughtful answer and a clear plan, and Neo followed up shortly after to make sure everything was aligned. On the wedding day, the weather was unpredictable and kept shifting throughout the morning. Clouds moved in and out, and there were moments where we were not sure if we should keep the ceremony outdoor. Elaine and Neo stayed closely on top of the forecast, calmly walking us through the options as things kept changing. Their communication was constant and reassuring, and they helped us make thoughtful decisions without any pressure or panic. When we finally walked into the ceremony and reception spaces, we were blown away. The florals felt full, elegant, and perfectly balanced, and the entire day just flowed so effortlessly. Guests kept commenting on how beautiful the flowers were and how smooth everything felt. What stayed with us most was the level of trust we had in the Floraland team from start to finish. Elaine, Neo, Bruce, and the entire team made the experience feel calm, supported, and genuinely enjoyable, and we could not be more grateful.

eir planning work is incredibly thoughtful and detail-driven! Neo can't be more responsive and attentive! He helped us with multiple floor plan revisions to ensure the space felt right, to clear and proactive communication with every vendor involved. He created a refined mood board that perfectly captured our vision and made the entire process feel organized, calm, and fully supported. And the florals were simply stunning. Every arrangement was elegant, intentional, and beautiful. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the flowers and kept asking who our florist was and we were so proud to say it was Floraland !! Team, thank you for making our wedding not only beautiful, but seamless and unforgettable.

hem for their month-of planning service, and I honestly don’t know how we would’ve pulled everything together without them. The team was so on top of every little detail—super responsive, organized, and just genuinely kind people to work with. One moment that really stood out was when one of our vendors showed up late on the day of (not ideal 😅), and without missing a beat, the Floraland team adjusted the timeline so seamlessly that most of our guests didn’t even notice anything had changed. I felt completely taken care of and so relieved to have them there. They truly took the time to understand what we wanted and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. It’s clear they really care about their clients and love what they do. Thank you so much！！

n perfectly and did way more than I imagined! My bouquet was absolutely huge and gorgeous! for us, got quotes quickly, and arranged site visits. Neo always replied to emails promptly, and we finally found the venue of our dreams. The floral design for the wedding day was also handled by Floraland, and we were so happy with it—it was full of life and beauty. Big thanks to the florist, Bruce, for giving us such a romantic winter wedding!

everything was. I’ve even recommended Floraland to a few of my friends who are getting married soon! From the very beginning, Floraland helped me plan and design every detail of my wedding. Their aesthetic is absolutely on point, and I really felt like they understood my vision. They helped me rent gorgeous linens, elegant dinnerware, and paired everything perfectly with wooden chairs that matched the wedding’s color palette. But the most memorable part of my wedding was the floral design. I’m still in awe of how beautiful everything looked. The flowers they used were beyond anything I had imagined—so unique and elegant, with many that I had never seen before. It was truly magical and made such a lasting impression on everyone who attended. If you’re looking for a team that will bring your wedding dreams to life with amazing attention to detail, Floraland is the way to go! Thank you again for everything, and I’ll forever be grateful for how you helped make my day so special.

made a right decision. Our venue had a rustic and minimalistic vibe, but Floraland’s arrangements completely transformed the space, creating a beautiful and natural atmosphere. I also loved that they encouraged our guests to take some of the flowers home—it was such a thoughtful touch that made the beauty of our day last even longer. I couldn’t be happier with their work and highly recommend them!

responsiveness was on point. Every time I emailed them with questions, I got a reply almost immediately, and they were always so professional and thorough in their answers. One thing I really appreciated was their suggestion to repurpose my broken arch for the reception as a photobooth for my guests to enjoy. Since the arch was absolutely gorgeous, it felt great knowing it would still get to be part of the celebration. As for the rest of the floral arrangements — they were flawless. I couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out. And, of course, so many of my guests were asking for Floraland’s contact info, which speaks for itself. If you’re looking for a florist that’s creative, professional, and genuinely easy to work with, I’d absolutely recommend Floraland!

ine reviews, just got captivated by the stunning photos of their past work, which immediately drew me in. From the very first email, their communication was prompt, professional, and warm. They listened to our vision and provided great suggestions to bring it to life. On the wedding day, their arrangements were flawless, elevating the entire atmosphere. I couldn't have asked for a better team to handle such an important part of our celebration!

together. Neo and Elaine were really patient and helpful through the process. We told them we were going to keep florals to a minimum in part because MyMoon already has so much history and character. They never made us feel like our wedding was less important or valuable despite keeping our florals to the following: a ceremony arch, a bouquet, a boutonniere, sweetheart table garland, a garland for our seating chart display, and two small arrangements for decorating the bar and welcome table. (We skipped bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages for bridal party and family, additional flowers for the aisle, florals at the front, and flowers on the reception tables). We told them we were looking for lush volume and organic, wild textures in a moody mid- to late-autumn palette. I wanted an overflowing pageant-style bouquet while my husband wanted a pocket square boutonniere. The only flowers we were particular about wanting to have included were chrysanthemums and thistle, but we wanted to defer to them on the rest. What we got was beyond what we ever expected. My bouquet was wild dream of greenery, flowers, and berries that felt like it had been artfully collected from a walk in the fields. Our ceremony arch shocked us when we arrived, and it's been something our loved ones have not stopped talking about. The team stayed in the area to actually move the arch after the ceremony to behind our sweetheart table which was incredible. We really couldn't believe how gorgeously they took what we hoped for and far surpassed it. The cost was more than fair considering how much impact the florals had. Bruce on the team also took video of the florals and also captured some of my husband's vows. Floraland very kindly shared all the footage with us which we treasure as we did not include a videographer in our day. We can't recommend Floraland enough for their service, their value, their dedication, or the artistry of what they produce. Photos included here should be credited to the incredible Warm Up Lab (https://www.warmup-lab.com/) which captured our day BEAUTIFULLY.

surprise. They demonstrated incredible efficiency and professionalism. They quickly booked a beautiful estate for us, which featured an ocean view and stunning landscape. In addition to planning, they coordinated with caterers and musicians. They handled the dinner rentals as well. I had seen many of their unique designs online. Yet, the actual floral arrangements and décor on the day of still managed to astonish us all. Everything turned out to be so beautiful! If you are in the Greater New York area and in need of floral planning for a wedding or any event, Floraland is the right decision.

ntic venue for us. They helped plan touching and fun moments that made our special day even more memorable. And their floral arrangements were so beautiful! have prepared me for the breathtaking beauty of the flowers on the day of my wedding! From the initial consultation, to the proposal, and through every detailed discussion about the floral designs, they were always so friendly and prompt, making me feel incredibly reassured. I hadn't even seen the floral arrangements on the day, but my bridesmaids were all telling me they were stunningly beautiful. And I was blown away the moment I walked in the ceremony. ibly detail driven. He offered numerous great suggestions and helped with aesthetics, saving us great deal of time and effort. Bruce and his floral team were the best. We absolutely loved the arch they designed for our wedding. I couldn't help but marvel at the details before the ceremony, the flowers used were truly stunning. I highly recommend this team to anyone in need of wedding planning or floral design services.

. They listened to our ideas and brought them to life with a level of detail and creativity that left us and our guests in awe. One of the highlights was the floral arrangements. They were really beautiful with every petal and color choice reflecting our personalities. The way they transformed the table scape a blooming paradise was nothing short of magical. Another aspect that stood out was their coordination on the day of. Everything flowed so smoothly that we could fully immerse ourselves in the joy of our special day without a worry. Their professionalism and ability to handle every little detail, from the timing of the ceremony to the transition to the reception, were impeccable. Plus, their recommendations for vendors, from photographers to caterers, were spot-on, ensuring that every aspect of our wedding was executed perfectly. I can't thank them more!!! In short, FloraLand Weddings & Events didn’t just plan our wedding; they crafted an experience that was deeply personal and joyously celebrated. ade, it truly touched me. He has a great sense of style, and the flowers he chose were not only high quality but also put together in a way that looked like a painting. From the first time we talked about what I wanted to the final setup, I was happy with everything. Our guests also had a lot of good things to say. If I have another event, like a baby shower, I'll definitely ask them to help with the flowers again！

nt with us, even when we changed our minds about the floral color schemes a few times. They were always ready to revise the plan to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. On the day of the wedding, our guests couldn't stop talking about the flowers – they were simply stunning, and we were blown away too. Neo and Bruce are just amazing people. They even went above and beyond by helping our guests take some flowers home, which was a beautiful gesture. Many of our friends and family mentioned they saw some flowers for the first time at our wedding. Even though we didn't hire the Floraland team as our wedding planners, Neo gave us invaluable advice on wedding preparations, especially regarding rentals and table styling. He even pointed us to a great company for candlestick rentals, saving us a bunch in potential costs. All in all, I can't recommend this team enough. If you're looking to have the perfect wedding in New York, you have to go with them!

ded. Despite the challenges of wedding planning, Neo, my wedding planner, was knowledgeable and patient, guiding me with advice, useful links, and amazing ideas, easing my stress. Bruce, the talented florist, impressed everyone with gorgeous floral designs that exceeded our expectations. All of my guests including a couple are designers. Everyone was impressed by the amazing and gorgeous flower the florist's team designed. The florist team listened carefully to my vision, and their hard work made our wedding unforgettable.

bringing our vision to live and exceeding expectations. Neo and his team made our dreams a reality.

at everything worked out! The team at Floraland was very attentive to the details and supportive from the very beginning - they listened to our vision of our wedding's decoration, organized a working session to go through their proposal (which was a beautiful slideshow of different flower arrangements for each of the item we wanted to have for the wedding, from ceremony arch, centerpieces, bridal bouquet to welcome table arrangements) and made sure to take notes of all of our preferences, and they truly made our dream wedding come true! I still remember the first moment I stepped in the ceremony venue and was completely taken away by the fabulous ceremony arch and its enchanting scent, or when my husband and I saw the reception room before the guests came in and thought we got lost in a fairytale. They even went above and beyond to help us repurpose the beautiful arch from the ceremony to reception room into a beautiful backdrop for our guests to take pictures with, or helped us set up 70 candles that we wanted to lit along the hallway. I can't thank Floraland enough for making our wedding a great success, and we will definitely want to work again in the future on another happy occasion!

ve. He walked me through every details of the wedding during the past 14 months. He was the best medication of my wedding anxiety. The florist Bruce has a very high end taste on the floral design. It turned out much more beyond my expectations. Highly recommended the whole team!

month. However, when we told Floraland about our wedding palate, they understood what we wanted immediately. Neo and the rest of the staff were very responsive and professional. They adjusted the pricing and floral arrangements when our guest count changed without any hassle. We especially loved the floral arrangements for the ceremony arch, which had the lushness that we were looking for. It was a pleasure working with Floraland.

nspiration and truly brought it all to life. I will never forget going up to the rooftop of my venue and seeing the team make my ceremony arch flower by flower. The arch was the focal point of our wedding and I continuously look through my pictures so that I am able to look at it time and time again. They are more than florists, they are designers, and their keen sense of detail is impeccable. Neo and his team were responsive throughout the entire process from booking with them “last minute” to staying at the venue even once the reception started. I could not be more appreciative and thankful for everything they did. To sum it all up, tears were shed when I saw the ballroom for my reception all set up. I hope to plan another event in the future where I can use Floraland for all my flower and decor needs!

e many challenges we had to face with multiple date changes and of course all the flower shortages and surge in weddings this past summer, Neo and Bruce made it feel effortless to create such a gorgeous wedding day for us even though I know how hard they had to work behind the scenes. The bouquets, the cake flowers, the sweetheart and guest table center-pieces and the flowers for our arch were all simply breathtaking. We did receive lots of compliments from our guests. Thank you!
