My husband and I used Flores Catering for our wedding, and it was a tremendous experience. Not only was the food DELICIOUS and amazing (one guest said he "cleared a tray" of the mu...
shroom hors d'oeuvres alone) having Melissa, Austin, and their crew on your team goes far beyond food. Melissa helped direct and plan everything from the get-go and is honestly the most talented and experienced project manager I have ever met, from literally fixing a problem with a sound system to making sure a last-minute four-hour downpour was not even noticeable by most of the guests. The signature drink they made for us was unbelievably delicious and there was always a line at the bar truck. We booked Flores right after the amazing tasting and it was the best decision we made. I honestly don't see how you could do better for your event (and they are also very flexible and reasonably priced). I am missing the vegetarian paella and steak already.
Flores Catering was fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious, and all of our guests raved about it throughout the night. The team was so kind, friendly, and easy to work with, ...
which made everything run smoothly. The only small drawback was that response times could be a bit slow at times, but honestly that’s the only minor issue we experienced. Overall, the food and service were excellent, and we’re so glad we chose them!

on site staff the day of were amazing!! I can’t say enough about them. They were happy and upbeat, checking in on me before the event, and laughing with my family all night. The food was delicious and all my guests were very happy! They were also generous enough to serve dessert that I had brought myself, and did a great job cleaning up. Great experience!
Flores catering did a fantastic job catering the employee/family open house for the company I work for. They served a quality product in a very friendly and professional manner.

My husband and I had Flores cater our wedding in October. We had the best food experience with the Flores team. We absolutely fell in love with the menu at our tasting and the food...
at our wedding was cooked to perfection. We got married at Locust Grove, which has a full kitchen setup.
Our guest raved about the food for weeks! (We’re still hearing about it from friends and family). The beef tenderloin was fantastic, our guests raved about how perfect it was cooked, a true feat especially when prepared in mass (150 guests). Everyone loved the chicken empanadas, the mojo chicken, the charcuterie cones, and the tuna tartar. We opted for a vegetarian pállela for our vegan/vegetarian friends and it was a hit. The deal was sealed when everyone lined up for seconds of dessert, Flan and Ice Cream.
The staff was also exceptional and we want to shout out Melissa and Danielle for making it the best day of our lives. Thank you Austin for making it the best meal for us and our guests. We highly recommend going with Flores for your wedding our other events.
