Unprofessional, irresponsible, and money hungry. You do NOT want to trust her with your family memories. She lied to us all the way to giving us unedited photos (contrast, lighting... issues, shiny heads, blurry faces). She will talk sweet until you pay her and then she will hold your memories hostage. She will also press you for a more expensive package and try to get you to buy wall decor, etc. She will ask you to give her a 5 star review so she can spend more time with your family. Don't do it! Because of this, all these positive reviews are not reliable.
