Chef Jenn Daza is an amazing pastry artist & culinary cake maker. From the moment I spoke to her over the phone, I had a very good gut instinct about her talent, and the special de...lights she could cook up for our Wedding Day. When my fiancé visited the Flour & Butter bakery in Honolulu we were absolutely floored by the wonderful cupcakes, brownies, and macarons her & her sister featured. When they hit the palate & tongue, we knew we were in for something extraordinarily special with Jennifer. In the moments we have returned to visit and talk about our vision, Jenn has continued to wow us with her sweet disposition, and spectacular design. Without being over the top, but celebrating the graceful elegance of wedding cake culinary design, the three of envisioned something that will speak to our personal tastes & style for years to come. While the cake has yet to be make, delivered, and devoured, I know beyond a doubt that Jennifer will prepare something handcrafted from scratch that will keep everyone talking for years with salivating tongues. Much love, eternal gratitude, and Aloha to Chef Jenn Daza & her dear sister. Mahalo!
