Flow for photo, video and dj and I know it's a little cliche but it was a perfect day from start to finish! We had a ceremony with flow running the sound and they had the cocktail music playing right after our recessional song so the guests knew the party was starting! We loved our photos and couldn't recommend Rick and Flow Event Group more. I'm even going to make sure to hire them for our corporate holiday party next year!

My touch bases with Jenny before the big day made me feel so at ease and calm, whereas I wanted to puke anytime other vendors called because it was usually to talk about upcharges or things going wrong. During the day, Rick was an absolute vibe and made everything from hanging with my girls in the getting-ready suite to the party bus SO much fun. When your videographer is down to take a tequila shot with you, buys you champagne for a great pic/video, and encourages the party bus to stop so the entire wedding party can go to the top of a rooftop bar for celebration shots with a skyline view of Minneapolis in the background... you know he is the best. Jenny helped bustle my dress and get the dance floor rocking at the venue and had such a calming presence. I cannot recommend these two enough!! And my favorite part of all - my wedding video went above and beyond any expectation I had and I still cry every time i watch it. I love Flow!!!

I cannot express how incredible Jay was - the only bad part was that no one wanted to leave at the end (I believe there were 3 encores). Both Rick and Jenny are an absolute joy to work with and were incredible easy and professional - they made us comfortable throughout the entire experience and went above and beyond. If you have any question at this point still, I can guarantee you won't regret having them be a part of your day.

We had our wedding at my parents' cabin up North and they were so flexible to bring everything together. We were even able to turn our dance into a silent disco so we could keep the party going into the night without disrupting the area! It was so much fun and Rick did an amazing job at catering each silent disco station so everyone had something they would enjoy listening to! I would do it all over again!

He listened to our needs before hand and was quite chill as we had certain requests he needed to assist with throughout our big day. He even went above and beyond by returning some rental equipment for us the day after the wedding. Definitely recommend Flow/Ryan for any event!

Ryan was our DJ and we FaceTimed with him a few weeks prior to the wedding to go over our form about songs we wanted/didn’t want and how the night was going to flow. We appreciated the time to get to know each other and discuss our wishes since he would be such a big part of our reception. Ryan was able to make suggestions for us to think through with some of our questions and how he’s seen weddings progress. Flow delivered and we had a great party; the dance floor was always full and our friends are still raving about it. We would highly recommend Flow Event Group! We hope our friends hire them for upcoming weddings!

When weather didn't cooperate and changed my plan of having live violinists during the ceremony, Rick was accommodating and more than willing to add DJ services for the ceremony at the last minute. Knowing I could call him and he would do what he could to help me out with anything I needed was such a relief. I didn't trust any of my other vendors like I did Flow - I just knew they would make everything work and it would be great in the end. The mix of music they played was fantastic and kept the dance moving and guests grooving all night. Several people commented how great they did and how fun they were to have at the reception and dance. I would hire Flow for DJ services again for any event and strongly recommend them!

t he is doing. During our initial face to face, Rick agreed to DJ our wedding over a year in advance. However, a month before, he informed us our DJ's name was Lance, without explanation. I then received the Event Detail Document, filled it out and sent it in. I had to reach out to coordinate a phone call to discuss the details which went fine. I already had a clear picture of what I wanted and a detailed list of songs I wanted played and when. I was annoyed because I sent a check with final payment in weeks before the deadline but still received two emails stating my account was overdue. I had to text and email Flow multiple times before they got it sorted out. Very stressful weeks before the wedding. We paid extra to have Lance setup at the ceremony space and the reception. Our ceremony sound was less than ideal since there was a ton of loud feedback as guests were arriving and mic interference and cut outs during the ceremony. Seriously unimpressed. Our reception sound didn't have any issues, but I don't feel Lance took control and MC'd the event. He gave us a quick simple introduction and then just hit play. I expected a little more interaction and pizzazz. Like I said, we had a DJ, there was music, guests danced. Would I rave about Flow? Probably not, but they got the job done.

Everyone that attended the wedding has said what a great time they had dancing, including guests that typically avoid dancing at weddings! The live photo booth was also a lot of fun for everyone at the wedding!

The event personalizer you get access to throughout the entire planning process was SUPER helpful and was exceptionally easy to share our vision with FLOW. They have literally tens of thousands of song recommendations, but we let them have the reigns and they kept everyone partying and happy on the dance floor with a mix of older tunes to start, PG tunes thereafter sprinkled in and into our party jams throughout the evening. It was truly a magical evening and we couldn't have been more pleased with our choice to go with FLOW! We used them for photo, video, AND DJ and it was seamless. SO thankful for you guys!!!!
