We had gotten a few quotes, and hers by far was the most detailed, making us know exactly what we were signing up for and getting. Prices were clear per item, and she had a description based on what we had talked about on the quote. When I first saw the flowers day of I was so ecstatically happy. The blooms were bright and vivid, wonderfully arranged, and more than I could have ever imagined. From the centerpieces to the gazebo flowers (which were repurposed to be added to our sweetheart table) to my amazing bouquet, everything was so beautiful. I would highly recommend Flower Allie for your wedding.

However, as time went on, it was obvious she was very abrasive, insulting, difficult to speak with as she will typically cut you off or talk over you, and was easily annoyed by any changes (ie. ones that I requested months in advance and were small- adding a flower girl crown, extra boutonnieres). Regardless, overall, my spouse and I felt overall very rushed on the phone with her and during our 2 in-person meetings. She did not have any mock-ups for us to look at- other than a 30-second demo of one of our large centerpieces, which I actually loved (but was not what we received on the wedding day). I had seen her work and thought I could trust her. However, when it came to down to it- I don't think she listened to any of the details we had finalized- despite the image/vision board she'd requested being available to her, and the contract which detailed the ideas. Therefore, the floral colors were incorrect. The centerpieces were not the same, as well. If there was an issue with them- she did not discuss them with us, or perhaps she didn't bother checking in with the venue to see if there would be an issue as some of the centerpieces were on the larger side. Regardless, we purchased the amount of faux candles she requested (and I painstakingly researched to find the nicest most realistic ones), but on the day of- she had mixed very cheap and mismatched candles into the decor that I had not purchased, which makes me believe either: the count she had given was incorrect, she did not discuss it with her team, or they decided to change things on the day of (and they all worked just fine after the fact, so were not faulty). Lastly, and probably most importantly- she left the thorns on the bouquets, which caused me to prick myself twice and bleed. Just very unfortunate, overall. My other vendors appreciated communication, took time during their appointments with us, and wanted to make sure we were all on the same page. This was not the case here, which led to problems. It was just very clear our personalities did not match, which I think created issues. Pros: we requested a large circular arch w/ florals for photo backdrop, which was lovely

I had conversations with ~5 florists in early 2023 and it was clear after those conversations that Alison really took the time to understand my vision and work within my budget - her proposal was the best and it absolutely showed because our wedding day florals were perfect!

wner, Allison Becker, of Flower Allie, decided she wasn’t going to provide our flowers ONE WEEK BEFORE OUR WEDDING! Who does this to a bride?? We had a pleasant working relationship all the way up to us making the final payment. My fiancé and I arrived at her store to remit our final payment and Allison was agitated and aggressive in her demeaner from the moment we walked in. We didn’t understand why, as she had never met my fiancé and I had only had one in-person meeting with her, a few phone calls and several emails. When we went to give her the money for the flowers, she put her hand up to stop us and said that the flower stands, which we had contracted to use, were dinged up and scratched. She said I wouldn’t be happy with them and she didn’t have time to get them sanded and repainted. Isn’t that part of her job? When my fiancé tried to offer a solution (which was to have them sanded and repainted – at our cost – by a friend of his that does that type of work) she put her hand up again and didn’t let him finish his sentence before yelling “Not going to happen”. She didn’t even know what he was going to say. She then threw us out of her store. We never even got to say two words to her. She was rude and I felt so uncomfortable and bullied! I started crying and went into a full panic attack and asked her what was wrong. She just kept yelling at us to get out! My fiancé had to support me walking out. We never raised our voices, never even got to say two words, never gave her a reason to be so upset! She dropped the ball on getting the stands up to par as promised and we were willing to help her out which would have been a win-win for everyone! We asked Ms. Becker from Flower Allie to reimburse us the difference in cost for the SAME flowers as we incurred substantial costs because of her breach of contract and having to find flowers at such a late date. As you can imagine, I had a meltdown and total panic attack that lasted all day because of her behavior and my worry about not having flowers at my wedding! Ms. Becker totally ignored our request and we had no choice but to take her to small claims court. This was the first time we had ever sued anyone! She outright lied in court (she had offered to discount the tax if we paid our final payment in cash and she said she never did that although there was a discount on her contract!) She said that my fiancé screamed at her and made her feel uncomfortable - which is entirely untrue. He NEVER got to have a conversation with her. In fact his first words upon being introduced to her was to politely ask if she preferred to be addressed as Allie or Allison. She told the court we never had a contract, but accepted my deposit and sent me confirmation of my deposit and our contract. She also accused us of going to the most expensive florist we could find. We were 7 DAYS from our wedding and went to the ONLY other florist we had asked for a quote from. The judge saw it our way and WE WON, of course. We don’t want this to happen to another bride! So please take Flower Allie off your list of florists to check out! We were told this was NOT the first time she has done this to a bride! All statements above are true and well documented. I have not embellished anything. If Ms. Becker decides to respond with statements of her own that are untrue or decides to attack our character in any way, she will be sued again for slander and malicious intent. My mom wanted a more elegant arrangement while I was leaning toward rustic. She accommodated both of it together without making one look over powering and it was just beautiful!

The wooden arch for the aisle was both elegant and cozy with with big booming florals and deep red drapery. Honestly the florals were absolute perfection, definetly use Flower Allie.

She did correct the error they made which would have been a big one, instead of thank you for catching that she was patronizing and Rude. its VERY important to have a place that is pleasant to work with - this is not the place.

She was knowledgeable about where items could be reused, what would look best in certain areas, and how to get the overall feeling that we were looking for. After two years of having her "booked", it was finally time to start discussing preferences, requests, ideas, etc. Allison gave suggestions that were helpful and even when we politely declined a traditional wedding setup, she acknowledged our choice and moved on. It may sound strange, but we appreciated being able to say 'no' and not feel guilty. While vendors are clearly the experts in their craft, at the end of the day, this is YOUR wedding and you should not feel obligated to agree with all suggestions because that's what "normally" happens. When the big day finally arrived, we honestly did not know what to expect when we arrived at the venue. Would the arch be full enough? Would the grounded florals for ceremony transition well to centerpieces for reception? Were the bridesmaids bouquets big enough? When we arrived the afternoon of the wedding, we were shocked at how beautiful everything already looked and it was not even 100% complete yet. We were delighted to see the ceremony set up, the arrangements neatly placed in our bridal quarters and grooms den, the cocktail hour tables, etc. It was beautiful! BUT we still didn't know how all of that would be flipped from ceremony to reception during cocktail hour without guests noticing... but it was done without a hitch! WE did not even notice the team flipping the space from one beautiful set up to the next! Allison and team are experts at their craft and our vision for clean, whites and greens everywhere were in full effect! It was exactly as we hoped for! With so many engagements over the last year, we can't tell you how many people asked us for our floral info after our wedding. We will vouch time and again for Allison and team! Clearly, we take reviews seriously as we heavily rely on them whenever we book ANYTHING. So if you needed any reassurance, you will not go wrong with booking Allison and her team at Flower Allie! rry about a single detail on my wedding day. After telling her some basic ideas about what look I was going for, she provided me with guidance and details on the design. Everything turned out more beautifully than I could have imagined! The arch pieces, bouquets, cake flowers, boutonnieres, and table pieces were perfect. A huge advantage of working with Flower Allie is the very wide variety of items she has available to use as part of your decor. This saved us so much time and money to be able to rent these pieces from her at a very reasonable price (votives, floating candles in glasses, linen for our arch, birdcage). Not having to shop for, set-up, clean up, and store these items was priceless! I didn't have to worry about a single detail and was blown away when I saw our arch and tables set up. Allison and her team are very professional and reliable. Everything was delivered and set up on time, and then cleaned up at the end of the reception. We cannot thank Flower Allie enough for making our wedding so beautiful. Allison is wonderful to work with; she listens to your ideas, spends extra time, responds to your emails, and provides recommendations/guidance when needed. The pricing is very reasonable, especially for someone with so much experience and also such a wide variety of decor available to use. ony flowers are in the wrong color. ALL. OF. THEM. My flowers were supposed to be all white, yet my entire ceremony venue was decorated in red. Wtf? These are not inexpensive flowers for a casual occasion. This was a once in a lifetime event that I poured my heart and soul into. My wedding was not recent, so hopefully the people who worked on my wedding have since been fired, but there is truly no excuse for this blunder. It’s taken me years to accept that my all white ceremony was red. And my ceremony photos that will last forever are drowning in distracting red flowers. We couldn’t even print any canvases of our ceremony because I don’t want a huge red thing on our living room wall. I can say that the flowers were stunning. And my reception flowers were perfect. My bouquet was the best I’ve ever seen (because it was in white, as planned!) But all of that doesn’t make up for such a careless (and grand) error. We also paid full price for these flowers that were completely incorrect.

I sent Allison a detailed breakdown of everything I wanted and when I showed up for the Mock-up, it was absolutely perfect! I added some last minute details 2 weeks before our wedding and Allison had no problem with it. It’s amazing that with such a busy business, she still managed to get all of our details perfect. Everything on the day of our wedding went so smoothly and everything was absolutely perfect. I didn’t have to worry about a thing and that’s music to a bride’s ears! When she handed me my bouquet, I just about cried – It was even BETTER than the mock-up. She stayed within our budget and since she had so much experience with our wedding venue, she made exceptional recommendations for saving money. What I loved was that she made the centerpieces transportable so that our wedding guests could take them home to enjoy them. We took a few home and they lasted almost 2 weeks, which shows you the quality was amazing! We have definitely recommended Allison to friends and family with weddings coming up. Thank you, Allison!

I don't know much about flowers, but I showed Allison some pictures and tried to describe as best as I could what I was looking for, and she totally nailed it. One day before the wedding I realized I was short a centerpiece and she threw one together for me last minute. I have no other words, everything was amazing. I would highly recommend her.

I had a pregnant matron of honor and Allison gave me until the Wednesday of my wedding to let her know if my matron of honor was going to make the wedding or not. They were so flexible with me and able to help me through every step! The additional decor pieces that they brought really helped liven up my table. I would 200% recommend Allison and her team to make sure everything is perfect!

My bouquet was tied together with ivory lace to match my dress and then pinned down. They even provided extra pins for me to attach some of my mother’s wedding dress to my bouquet. The 2 large arrangements we had in the ballroom complimented the space perfectly and their arrangements on each of the fireplaces at Nixon Library added to the elegance of the event. Everyone loved the flowers, I loved my flowers. Plus, everything was created within my budget! She and her team honestly worked magic to deliver more than I can ever expect, and did it with so much enthusiasm and care. her calendar and said she scheduled me in for my wedding date and that I would hear from her within a week with an updated proposal. One week went by, nothing. Two weeks go by, nothing. I finally decide to call. She isn't in the office so I am told to try back the following day. I decide to send an email. No response to my email. I called again and the girl who answered said that she was busy but she took my name and number down and told me that she will call me back. I never received a call back. I called again and no luck. I told my wedding planner, who recommended me to her in the first place, and she said she would get a hold of her. She tried both calling and email with no luck as well. I said I would try one last time because she was who I wanted as my florist and figured she was just really busy. And once again, I couldn't get a hold of her so I expressed my frustration to the girl on the other end. She asked me a few questions, including my wedding date and she proceeded to tell me that I was not scheduled for that day and that Allie is completely booked for the month of November. I asked her to double check because I absolutely should be scheduled. I sat with her as she put me on her calendar. My wedding is close to one month away and here I am left without a florist. She apologized and said that she talked to Allie and Allie said to call her on Monday and that she will try to "squeeze" me in. Yes!! Because on MY wedding day I want to depend on a vendor "squeezing" me in. Not only am I stressed, sad and disappointment, I also feel disrespected because up until today I still have not received a call or email from her. She could have simply, from the beginning, told me what happened because clearly she over booked. But instead she decided to ignore me until I went away.

I gave her the color scheme, the wedding theme, a couple images I had pinned on Pinterest, so on and so forth, and was nervous that I had not given her enough information. She said to continue posting images on Pinterest if I came across any that I loved, but said she would take care of the arrangements for the special day. I was weary, but trusting, and let me just tell you, the flower arrangements, both small and large, were absolutely AMAZING. They were exactly what I had dreamed of for the day, without even knowing it! I was BLOWN AWAY by the mastery of Flower Allie and I would happily recommend this company to anyone looking for a simple bouquet or a florist for a huge multi-million dollar event! Thanks Allie!

an incredibly small budget to work with. Going into our consultation with Lu we were very pleased with her suggestions, and her attention to detail. She gave suggestions that brought us closer to our goal budget. We ultimately met with 4 other florists after Flower Allie and decided that we would spend the extra money (it really wasn’t too much more) - Because they had the style we really wanted, and mainly because Lu just got it! She saw our vision. It was important that the small amount of flowers we had really looked good. The flowers came out amazingly, and we weren’t too far over our budget. We had 5 bridesmaids, 3 groomsmen, 3 moms, and 2 dads (plus bride and groom) who got flowers. We did our own simple centerpieces, so that definitely kept the cost down. Would absolutely work with this company again!

The flowers turned out ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! I had a very particular vision for what I wanted with my flowers (peonies, dusty miller, ranuculas, David Austin roses, hydrangeas, etc.) - not completely rustic/shabby chic but also a nice mix to compliment the unique color of the bridesmaid dresses. She seriously made our vision come to life- details and everything! The flowers were so over the top and were also such a great value - what we got from Flower Allie was such a great value without compromising our vision for the venue. Thank you so much Allison!

However, I decided to book their services at the advisement of our wedding coordinator who had worked with them several times and could attest to the quality of their work. Long story short, there were some details about our floral design that got lost going back and forth in the process, but they were fixed by our wedding coordinator. Ultimately, I was very happy with the end product and Allison Becker herself gave us great, budget-friendly recommendations. I would just warn potential customers that if you decide to go with Flower Allie, make sure to be on top of details and double check everything. Other than that, they are amazing at what they do and I was completely satisfied with all the floral design for my wedding.

ther employees here, but Allie herself was absolutely horrid and rude. After a great initial consult, we paid the deposit and were so excited to be working with a very talented florist. But after that, it was all downhill. Every time I called or stopped in with questions about my wedding flowers, Allie was completely dismissive and often just plain rude. She refused to take just a few moments to answer basic questions and told me I was contacting her too much. I contacted her on average a couple of times every few months. I was under the impression that she did not even want to deal with us until a month before the wedding and any call or email I sent was a major burden. She would discuss any details with me, I had no idea what she was planning for my head table or if she had even read the email I had sent regarding changes I wanted made after our mockup. Then when I tried contacting her about it again FOUR MONTHS LATER, she did not return my calls for three weeks. Finally I went into the shop to try and get some questions answered where she immediately dismissed me AND my mother in law and said to call on Monday. I was able to convince her to talk to me for all of thirty seconds and got only short sharp responses and was told again to call back on Monday. Needless to say we opted to end our dealing with her after that. My recommendation is to look elsewhere for your wedding flowers. I had to drop this rude florist three months before my wedding and try to find a new one on very short notice. Her work is great, but if you want someone to call you back, reply to emails, and ever be available to discuss details of your wedding and keep you filled in throughout the process, this is not the one for you. Terrible, terrible customer service.

without a single plan as to what I wanted and I left with all of our wedding flowers planned out perfectly. They made suggestions and still incorporated everything I wanted. Nick went above and beyond for us more than once. HIGHLY recommended!

to note about this business is they are very slow at getting back to you via phone and email. At times its frustrating that you can't get a hold of Allison right away but they are worth the wait :)
