ce it is near the location of which I wanted the flowers to be delivered and they've displayed nothing but utmost best customer service. The arrangement is beautiful and they were kind enough to send me a photo so I was able to see exactly what I ordered and what was to be expected for delivery. Often times we wonder if what we order online is close or exact to what we selected and floral shops are not willing to go that extra mile and show you however, Jatcoia Floral Design did that for me and I can't thank them enough. Very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend their services!
I cannot recommend this vendor. She responded online quickly when asked about pricing and product availability since my needs were specific. She was kind upon meeting and seemed to understand my vision. We talked about her sending pictures of b...
ouquets, trees, arrangements, corsages etc. in a week or two. I was quoted a price, handed an invoice and put a down payment down to hold the date and services. Vendor did not send any pictures as time went by and was asked. Vendor evaded questions but would respond with other information. Weeks later she did email back less than 2 months before the wedding saying the prices would now be double. I then said we were going to go a different direction and to refund my deposit. I never heard back from this vendor nor was refunded! Not the headache you need when planning your wedding.
