Flower City Ceremonies

o guiding us through the rehearsal, and ultimately marrying us in front of our loved ones. Keri’s support, warmth, and professionalism made the entire experience unforgettable. We’re so grateful for her!

thought she was a good friend. From the first zoom meeting, she was friendly and engaging, and made the entire process of planning the ceremony easy. From the first draft, she captured the feeling we were going for so well that there were hardly any changes to be made. We cannot thank her enough for making our wedding day absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend Flower City Ceremonies and Rachel to anyone looking for a warm, personalized ceremony!!! ❤️

us through how the process would work, asked us lots of questions to get a feel for what we were looking for in a ceremony, and was quick to respond to any questions we had along the way. Honestly, we did not really know what to expect. We just wanted someone to marry us. It ended up being so much more than that. The ceremony crafted by Rachel and then tailored in changes we wanted was stunning. Our family and friends could not get over how well it flowed, how personal and intimate it was, and Rachel's professionalism. We met with Rachel several times throughout the process and did a brief walkthrough the night before the wedding at a park so we could bring our daughter with us - we didn't do a traditional rehearsal dinner. The day of, Rachel was there plenty early enough to make sure we were good. She got together with the DJ to ensure everything would go off without a hitch. The ceremony was fantastic. She was everything we were looking for - and more! She even gave us a card and wished us well. We couldn't recommend Flower City, specifically Rachel, enough. The value for the money and quality of the whole process was so worth it.

hip unique. The ceremony she created was heartfelt, personalized, and beautifully written. We were able to customize it to fit us perfectly — Many of our guests told us afterward how touched they were, with more than a few saying they were in tears. Keri brought warmth, professionalism, and genuine care to the entire experience. We can’t recommend her enough!

ailed, answered my questions, and she ask thought provoking ones. I thought for cost of her services, I was getting a deal! As we approached the wedding date, she sent me the most lovely ceremony write-up where I made a few edits and she and I collaborated. What we ended up with was a perfect summary of my relationship with my husband. I had a guest ask how long Keri and I had been friends and I think that's just such a testament to Keri's wonderful and calm energy. She really put me at ease and made me feel comfortable during the biggest moment of my life. I'm not sure who could have done a better job than Kari Klein at Flower City Ceremonies.

ther which made me feel confident going into the ceremony. She then did a zoom call with us to make sure we were happy with everything. We purchased the package that had Keri file the paperwork for us after the ceremony which was a huge convenience and saved us time and stress. She is sweet, genuinely cares about the couples she works with, and really knows what she's doing.I would highly recommend Keri for your wedding!

get to know us personally. Because of this, our ceremony felt so authentic and truly reflected who we are as a couple. Keri was there every step of the way, including our rehearsal, which helped everything go smoothly on the big day. She even took care of sending off our marriage license to the town, which was such a relief during a busy time! If you’re looking for someone who will make your ceremony meaningful, personal, and stress-free, we can’t recommend Keri enough. Thank you for making our day so special!

mend!!

ually became Facebook friends so we’ve kept in touch over the years. I loved that she had actually watched the progression of our relationship and was able to officiate for us. In addition to officiating for us, she helped me find other vendors I was struggling to find! She helped us with transportation and our DJ, both of which were fantastic! I was so grateful for the help :) Keri was wonderful during the planning, the rehearsal, and the ceremony. We had an intake call with her so that she could ask more specific details on our story so that she could craft the perfect ceremony for us. I think my husband thought it was going to be really cheesy and felt a little awkward, but he felt so comfortable with Keri and really opened up with her - I was so impressed! Once she had crafted our ceremony, she shared a copy with us so we could tweak anything as well as choose between different phrasings and readings. She was always very easy to get in touch with and just wonderful to work with. Her experience as a teacher really came in handy during our rehearsal as we had a large wedding party (9 on my side, 9 on his) as well as our immediate family attending. I struggled herding our crazy group, but Keri immediately got everyone in line and ready for business! We laughed as she said how she used her teacher voice to start things off - it was so fun! Day of the wedding, I’ll never forget how Keri saw me in my dress and got choked up, which made me get choked up… she is just so sweet! She was on time, performed our beautiful ceremony, and stepped out of the way so that our first kiss would be just the two of us. I usually feel like wedding ceremonies are too…professional and cookie-cutter in style, but Keri crafted ours to be just like us. It was full of stories, humor, and genuine love. It was perfect!
