Our son ordered a flowery delivery for Mother's Day 5/14/2023 Friday night we were contacted by Security Guard where we live. There was a delivery left outside the security gate, Fri. Evening. We were away so after receiving this call returned home. .The delivery was made late afternoon, it had our address and phone #. What poor business!!! We brought the arrangement home, rather "limp" , roses already in bloom as well as Lilies. I called our son to thank him, but didnot give him these details! These flowers are pretty, I assume cost plenty, but doubt they will last long! I would never recommend this company for lack of professionism, tried calling no answer, I think I deserve a new arrangement!! Realize the flower companies are busy Mother's Day, but the supermarket is much better! Please get in touch w/me.

First time customer: Sent a fruit basket online for a death in the family and cannot get an answer via phone for a receipt of payment. Who knows if they ever delivered. I am embarrassed to ask. NOT HAPPY with the no response. Would have to say, stay away

If I could give them a 0 I would. A friend ordered a sympathy bouquet from this vendor because my mother passed away. When the flowers were delivered, they did not knock on the door or try to call me, they simply left the flowers on the front porch in 20 degree weather. When I found the flowers the next day they had frozen and were dead! I tried to contact them several times and left two voicemails but no one returned the calls. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!

Do not order from this place. They don’t actually have any of the flowers, vases or anything else they advertise and will substitute whatever they want or have without notifying the purchaser. I ordered a specific bouquet, The seaside and this is what they sent. Nothing like it. I left a message and no response. DO NOT ORDER HERE
