Flower Fantasy

The only positive thing I can say is the flowers provided are good condition/beautiful. When working with Joanne, if I asked her a question regarding price, she got very defensive. I asked to break out the prices so I could adjust my budget accordingly and she couldn't do that. The WORST thing was she showed up to the venue on my wedding day 2 hours late and did not call myself or the hall to inform us her van broke down. Understandable, stuff like that happens, but no one knew where she was and she finally got there and was setting up while guests were there so we could not have a receiving line. Actually, worse than that she did NOT call to apologize or offer to refund any money, which is absolutely unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate. How can you call yourself a professional and not have the decency to pick up the phone to apologize to a customer that almost paid $2000...absolutely ridiculous. I would NEVER use Joanne's services again nor recommend her to anyone.

Joanne at FLower Fantasy is so easy to work with! She did an amazing job. We chose to have candles at the reception instead of flowers. Within a week she was able to pull off beautiful candle arrangements!

Joanne took care of all of my flowers for the wedding and did a stunning job! All flowers were fresh and lasted the entire night!

We went in with colors and some ideas and they turned them into beautiful flower arrangements! We could not have been happier. Wonderful customer service and timely delivery!

I used this florist because it was a family friend and they did a great job for my brothers wedding nine years ago. However, I turned out to be pretty disappointed. I am not sure if the flowers were small or day-old because we were a family friend and she thought she gave us a cheaper price so the quality could be cheaper. Overall the bouquets and centerpieces and other accessories were just ok...nothing to brag about. I just hope that they look good in the photos. The biggest disappointment was that we were promised great flowers and it just did not happen to be the case.

The florists are very professional and helpful through the entire process. They are very knowledgeable when giving advice about which flowers should be paired together, and which flowers will sustain in the different types of weather. The bouquet arrangements turned out stunningly and were purchased at a great value. The only hiccup for this vender was that two stands were not delivered to the ceremony hall.

My flowers were beautiful and inexpensive. The owner Joann did a fantastic job and she was great to work with.
