When I questioned the difference I was treated like an idiot. During the entire process, Denise was either too good or too busy to explain what she was planning for our day so that I could feel we were on the same page based on the inspo and ref pics I had provided her. I had to resort to drawing things and telling her to just do what I had drawn. She was extremely reluctant to provide any examples. You'd think planning a destination wedding there'd be an understanding that there's a need for examples to be provided if a customer is unable to meet for consults or for further clarification. Considering the time saved with not having to meet me at all, you'd think throwing me an example here and there wouldn't have been too much effort. She was quite stingy on the table arrangements too and failed at doing what I wanted with the candles for all of the tables including our cake table. The way the candles were positioned looked like they were scattered randomly and as though no effort was put in at all. I’m extremely disappointed I used flower girl nyc for our wedding.
