Flower Power

utiful. When my husband and I got engaged there was no question we were going to look into using Flower Power as our florist. When we met with Sherri to talk about what we were thinking of and prices, she was very accommodating and had some great ideas. She understood the simple rustic, coastal theme we were going for. The centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and curling willow came out beautiful and held up through day and night. They were just what we were looking for. Sherri created a beautiful arrangement for our memorial table. That arrangement lasted for about a week. The bouquets were delivered to my mom’s house on time and the centerpieces, boutonnieres, corsages, and curling willow were delivered to our venue and were set up by Flower Power. We were very happy with all the flowers! I know my family will continue to use Flower Power and we would highly recommend them.

hat I was looking for. So many amazing small details really helped it come together including black rocks, black sand, and shells on the cocktail tables. She was able to get a ton of (hard-to-find in September) tropical flowers that made the venue really feel like we were in a tropical destination in Maui.

wedding for a good amount of time and let me talk through all of my ideas and added suggestions. She was very quiet at first, but ended up being really helpful, especially with the centerpieces. Flower Power used the vases I purchased, which were pumpkins with lids, and Flower Power secured the lids to the vases using wire and they looked perfect. She also provided great suggestions for other flowers in season. The flowers in the centerpieces were super fresh too. My mom told me that the flowers are still alive and look good two weeks later. Unfortunately, some of the bouquets didn’t stay as fresh and by the reception some of the girl’s bouquets were done. They made it through pictures, but not through the introduction into the reception. I think it may have been some of the flowers I chose as the other bouquets were fine (each bridesmaid had a bouquet full of a different flower and mine combined all of the flowers). The only reason they didn’t get five stars is because they forgot to deliver a bridesmaid bouquet to my house in the first delivery. They delivered it quickly once we called and said it was missing because we only live a few minutes away, but had we been further away we would not have had it as quickly. It wasn’t a big deal at all, but I thought I should note it. Overall, I was very happy with my flowers and Flower Power.
