Flower Power

My florist was Kelly, and oh my goodness, did she hit the nail on the head. Kim took my dream and made them reality. I sobbed seeing the flowers, as they were exactly what I was looking for. She was knowledgeable, kept me informed, and went above and beyond for us. I had a wildflower themed wedding with bright pastels, that are not necessarily in season in November, but she made it happen. She informed me when a specific flower was not the right type, what the break down of types of florals were on my Pinterest board and set up the expectations for what it would look like from the beginning. Each time we spoke, she was professional and so very kind. Please use flower power for your florals, they will turn out better than you would hope for!

There’s so much we could say about Crystal, Head Floral Designer, at Flower Power. We met Crystal several months after we set up our floral order for our wedding with the previous owner. Crystal reached out to us to let us know that the shop had been sold nd was under new ownership. We were initially concerned after learning about the change, but Crystal sat down with us to review our floral order, we were very comfortable and at ease. We learned that Crystal is a floral designer, very experienced with weddings. After reviewing her portfolio, we knew we were in very very good hands. Throughout the time we worked with Crystal prior to the wedding, we made numerous changes, and we found her to be very patient, caring, and understanding. On the day of the wedding it rained, and we were not able to have the outdoor wedding we dreamed of. Crystal, Elvis and their staff came out to the venue and quickly adjusted to the backup plan indoors. They poured their heart out to make the indoor as dreamy as they could. They even added extra touches that were not on the order to compensate for the loss of the outdoor venue. They placed aromatic eucalyptus and greenery all over the venue to bring in the outdoor effect. The bouquets, the boutonieres, the corsages, the aisle and all of the arrangements, including a very special one on the cross, were exquisite. When we saw the work they did, our hearts were happy. Without Crystal and her staff’s special touch, the indoor venue would not have been enough to make up for the loss of the outdoor wedding. After the wedding we went to take pictures at a studio, and Crystal reworked the bridal bouquet, using some of the original flowers. They didn’t charge us a cent. We are eternally grateful and highly recommend Crystal, Elvis and the wonderful staff at Flower Power for weddings and any type of florals for your special event!

When it came to flowers for our Huge October wedding- I had zero idea what I was doing. I didn’t really know what I liked and what I didn’t like. The people at Flower Power were fantastic, honest, and gave us great results. We had a couple of strange requests (a flower in a beer bottle with and American Flag for my departed brother; a glittery boutonniere for my bridesman) and they rolled with the punches and delivered fantastic results. We HIGHLY recommend.

Helen was great to work with. We had no idea what we wanted for our wedding and she gave us so many different ideas. She was very flexible when we decided to change some designs and open with us when she didn't know if she would receive certain flowers in time.
