Unreliable Service and Lack of Professionalism – Do Not Recommend**
I hired this company for a flower wall, champagne wall, and photo booth for my event. While the initial comm...
unication with Ashley was promising, the actual execution was a disaster. I would strongly caution anyone against booking this service for a milestone event.
### **Major Issues:**
* **Severe Tardiness:** The team arrived **1.5 hours late**. I was only alerted to their absence by the venue staff 30 minutes before the event began.
* **Ruined Grand Reveal:** Because the setup was not complete when guests arrived at the start, I lost the "big reveal" of the banquet room. The flower wall wasn't finished until 12:30 PM, making the first half-hour of my event feel disorganized and embarrassing.
* **Missing Details:** We had specifically confirmed via email that the champagne wall would feature gold wooden signs. These were completely missing from the final setup.
* **Zero Accountability:**
Ashley was not present on-site. When I reached out to address these failures, she did not call me to discuss as promised.
**The "Resolution":**
Instead of a professional apology or a meaningful refund for the botched setup, she offered one extra hour of the photo booth. Despite promising during the event that we would "discuss this afterward," she has since ignored my requests for a phone call.
**The Bottom Line:** For the premium price charged, the total lack of service and professional accountability was unacceptable. This company lacks the reliability required for event planning. If you want your event to start on time and as pictured, look elsewhere.
