ery-type person pulled up in a company delivery vehicle. She immediately glared at me in rude and mean manner watching every step I took. She quickly went in the back door of Flowerama and soon returned with 2 other women. What seemed to be the owner/manager aggressively approached me and immediately started accusing me. She stated that I touched her vehicle and I was to not do so Toweragain. I emphatically denied the accusation and informed her that her employee was wrong and that she could call the police to pull finger prints off of her vehicle to prove that I was innocent of the accusation. She immediately called the police department to file a complaint about me. She request an officer to come as there was someone causing an altercation at her place of business to include tampering with her vehicle. During her communication with the police department, an eye witness walked up stating that he saw me the whole time I was walking by and I NEVER touched any vehicles. The owner/manager person completed the phone call and hung up. She gave me a half hearted apology. The large blonde delivery person, who caused the whole problem, never said anything to me and continued to glare at me in an accusatory manner. I thanked the witness for coming to my aid and proceeded to walk away. I will never do business with nor do I recommended Flowerama for anything. Rude, aggressive and accusatory persons!

ny compliments from our guests. The service there is great too. When my husband and I were looking for florist we went to 2 other places in Las Cruces first. Their service was not so great. Loretta made us an estimate and answered all our questions. When we walked out of the shop I asked my husband what he thought and he said, "We're giving our business to her". I'm so glad we did. The flowers were delivered to the venue on time and I even added and took away from my order a week before the wedding.
