Flowers and Gifts Galore

Absolutely the rudest business owner I have ever dealt with. My bf was very angry with me so I sent him an apology gift. He never received it so I left the owner a voicemail to call me on this manner. She sends me multiple texts about how just because he doesn't like me does not mean I can lie to her about not receiving it. I asked her for a proof of signature since she said he signed for it. She never provided it. Instead, she talked so much smack to me about how I do not deserve him and how I am evil. Then she delivers the flowers and tells me I am lying for saying they were not delivered. Of course they were delivered AFTER I left her a voicemail saying it was not delivered.
