Flowers by Alana is a boutique floral design studio serving weddings and events in the Portland and surrounding areas of the Pacific Northwest with beautiful flowers. We specialize in romantic, garden-inspired and artful floral designs with a strong focus on seasonality and sustainability. We partner with local flower growers to bring you the exquisite quality flowers while supporting local economy and lowering carbon footprint from imports.
We have over two decades of experience in the floral industry and have been recognized as one of the best floral designers in the Portland area. Our designs have been featured online and in print by some of the leading wedding publications such as Brides magazine, Rock N Roll Bride, Wedding Chicks, Oregon Wedding Day (formerly Oregon Bride), and more! We continually educate ourselves in trending designs and upleveling our skills to design you the most beautiful florals possible!

omething unique that would fit our venue and my style perfectly. I had seen Alana's work in a staged wedding shoot she had previously been a part of and was blown away by her work. I was a bit nervous that someone would understand my vision, especially since we only spoke on the phone since my husband and I live in CA. After our phone conversation, I just knew that Alana was going to make my vision come true! She was so well versed in guiding my thoughts on what I wanted and how to execute them into the perfect bouquet and arrangements. Throughout our communications leading up to the wedding, Alana was always professional, kind, and very responsive. I added a few items closer to the wedding date and she made it happen without an issue! On the big day, Alana arrived promptly and with all the flowers neatly in tow. Although we only interacted for a bit, her work completely spoke for itself! I was in shock when I saw my bouquet and the rest of my arrangements. It was exactly what I had in mind- and she was able to pull it off with only a phone conversation, a few emails, and my Pinterest board in tow. Everything was absolutely stunning, and I was so happy with how all of my flowers turned out- from the boutonnieres to my bridal party bouquets- everything was picture perfect. I would recommend hiring Alana in a heartbeat!

colors and was super knowledgeable about the flowers that were in season (we had a late November outdoor wedding). Additionally, it was a Jew-ish wedding, so we had a chuppah (wedding canopy), and she knew exactly what to do with the florals for our ceremony with that particular structure, which was appreciated. Alana stayed in contact with me throughout the months leading up to the big day keeping me posted and revisiting my visions making sure everything was spot on.
