I can't say enough positive things about my experience using Flowers by Bernard for my wedding. I worked with Irving the entire time, and he was so nice and communicative. I explained my vision to him, and he 100% brought it to life the day of my wedding. My bouquet was absolutely stunning, and I didn't want to ever put it down. The bridesmaids bouquets were beautiful, and the centerpieces were gorgeous. I've received so many compliments on my flowers, and guests were so impressed with the centerpieces that they keep talking about it all night long.

Flowers by Bernard is truly the best florist you could ever go with for your wedding, or any other occasion. Elissa and her team have an incredible creative vision. They will listen to your requests and use their experience and expertise to make your ideas come to life. When my husband and I walked into our wedding reception room, my jaw dropped. They managed to make a huge space feel intimate, romantic, and beautiful. Their care and attention to detail is one of a kind. They were the florist for my parents wedding, and it was so special to have them be the florist for my Husband and me. Their service and creativity are unmatched, as well as the quality and care of their flowers. They made our wedding day the most special, and beautiful day of our lives. Flowers by Bernard is the best of the best. We can’t thank them or recommend them highly enough!

We absolutely loved our flower displays for our wedding !!! Irving did a beautiful job!! He was able to take our vision and make it come to life. His knowledge of flowers is incredible and he guides you through bouquets and centerpieces with ease. Our guests could not stop raving about how beautiful everything looked. 10/10- thanks Irving !!

Wow! We were so blown away by Irv’s beautiful work for our wedding. Everything was absolutely perfect and exactly what I had in mind. He was able to take my vision and bring it to life. No stress at all, easiest vendor we worked with!! Chuppah was stunning, bouquets were all beautiful and big, center pieces exactly what I had in mind. Thank you so much for creating the flowers of my dream, it was all stunning!

Irving is simply the best! I don't know much about flowers, showed him a few pictures of what I would like for our wedding and he exceeded my expectations, as everyone said he would. I was blown away with our centerpieces, bouquets, ceremony flowers, everything arrived exactly at the time we planned & looked BEAUTIFUL! I would recommend them to everyone.

Our flowers came out so beautiful! They took my vision on what I wanted and took it to another level. My centerpieces were so beautiful and romantic. When I walked into the venue for the first time I was just blown away.

For my wedding at Above on 6.3.17 Elissa made all my flower planning a smooth and easy process. Elissa even decorated my mothers house with flowers and dealt with my Dad's funny requests sending her inspiration photos! She made me feel confident and looking at our bouquets and my centerpieces I know why... flowers by Bernard was a fantastic vendor and would recommend them to anyone.

We had an amazing experience working with Elissa at Flowers by Bernard! She was very attentive throughout the entire planning process, and our arrangements and bouquets were even better than I ever thought they could be! Elissa was extremely helpful when it came to imagining what our venue and ceremony would look like and was very responsive when we had any questions. Definitely would recommend for the NY/NJ area!

I want to thank Irving from Flowers by Bernard for really helping to make our perfect day even better! Our table arrangements were stunning, and our bouquets were exactly what we were looking for. Irving was very easy to work with and has a great talent for making beautiful arrangements.

For my June 2016 wedding, I worked with Irving at flowers by Bernard. He was so wonderful and I had put all my trust in him considering I know nothing about flowers! All of his suggestions and arrangements he made were above all my expectations! His work is so tasteful and truly a piece of art. He is so easy going and fun to work with! We received so many compliments regarding mine and my girls flowers and everyone snatched the table center pieces to take them home. I would highly recommend flowers by Bernard for all occasions.

This is a tough review. I used Flowers by Bernard for my engagement party and had an amazing experience! The centerpeices were perfect! Shabby chic and absolute stunning. Exactly what I had discussed with Irving! My wedding, was unfortunately a different experience. Yes, my flowers were beautiful, but they were not what I had previously discussed with Irving. During our two consultations for my wedding, we had agreed on a white/ivory large bridal bouquet with the diamond accents inside the roses. The day of my wedding, my bouquet did not have the diamond accents. Also, my bridal bouquet was the same size as my bridesmaid bouquets. They did send a worker over to my home to add more flowers and the diamond accents to my bouquet. Also, we had agreed that the bridesmaid bouquets would be predominantly white/ivory with pops of deep purples and color. My bridesmaids bouquets had NO white. They were all purples. They were unable to fix the bridesmaids bouquets because they didn't have enough time. When I arrived at the hall I was again disappointed by the colors in my centerpeices. We had discussed the base of the centerpeices to be predominantly white/ivory with pops of deep purples and reds. The base of my flowers were all color. This review was tough to write because I feel that Flowers By Bernard is a talented and professional florist shop and I was very happy with everything they had done that had led up to my wedding. Unfortunately I think they dropped the ball for my big day.

Wow --- these flowers were BEAUTIFUL the day of the event. She is such an incredible talent! Would highly recommend for your wedding day.

The stellar team at Flowers by Bernard created beautiful altar arrangements and bouquets for our church wedding ceremony last month. They brought to life the exact garden-inspired look we had in mind. Elissa was a joy to work with and helped us pick in-season florals that would fit with our color palette. We especially loved the peach Campanella roses from Ecuador they used in the bridesmaid bouquets. Considering they delivered fabulous florals for my bridal shower also, we would recommend Elissa and team for any special occasion.

We used flowers by bernard for our wedding our flowers were beautiful and exactly what we had envisioned. We wanted to decorate our dais a little more then what is usually done and we provided Elissa with pictures and an explanation of what we wanted and she created it exactly how we wanted it. All of our centerpieces were beautiful along with the bridesmaid bouquets, the corsages for our families and the groomsmen boutinears. The flower girl basket was absolutely adorable.

Flowers by Bernard were AMAZING!!! Our centerpieces were beautiful and they captured exactly what we had envisioned. We worked with Irving and he is professional, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. The bouquets were gorgeous and we couldn't be more happier with all of our floral arrangements. I give Flowers by Bernard 5 stars!

My daughter wanted something different, not the usual floral arrangements and Flowers by Bernard did not disappoint, listening to her ideas and guiding her in designing the table-scapes she imagined. From the bride's flowers, to the wedding huppah, to the candles on the tables - every detail made the room sparkle and glow with warmth and beauty. My daughter loved her bouquet so much that she has had it preserved!

My flowers were absolutely goregous!! Everything I could have wanted and more. Irv is so creative and talented at what he does! I would definitely recommend/use again for future events.

They have the freshest flowers and up until my wedding, and since, I still feel that the bouquets for my bridesmaids and me were some of the fullest and freshest I have ever seen.

My flowers for my wedding were amazing! He understood exactly what I wanted! They were so full and beautiful that my guest are still talking about them. They were so helpful and nice too and the prices were great too ( I priced like 10 other places) Must use them!!

Worked with Irving who was just great. Not pushy and very down to earth. Did not give me any bs. Was a straight shooter. The flowers were absoulutely beautiful.

My flowers were gorgeous! Just incredibly perfect! Elissa had told me that this was her passion. She meant it & it shows!! I can not say enough about my flowers-they were just amazing!!!!

Looking around the area where I live almost gave me a heart attack. The prices were insane and I thought that my ideas were pretty simple. When I went to Flowers by Bernard in Staten Island, I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge that Elissa seemed to have and the great price I was given. She gave me truthful comments and suggestions on my ideas that no other florist had. She brought up some flowers that I hadn't thought of and combinations that were unique and unexpected. The centerpieces came out exactly as I had imagined and everything was delivered on time. My guests fought to take home the flowers! There is a reason Flowers by Bernard have been in business for so long. I highly recommend them!

I was in awe of how the flowers came out for my wedding. It was so much better than I imagined. It's a family owned business so you know they take pride in their work. I loved everything they did for me.
