are very helpful. Unfortunately, the people setting up on our wedding day were not very careful with following directions. I know that they had the correct directions written down because they were sent to me to review a few days prior. First, they started setting up a runner even though I specified that I don’t want one because it’s a safety hazard for my mother who doesn’t walk very well. Luckily we were around when they started and stopped them. Next, we noticed that they put the wrong color petals in my flower girls basket. I know this isn’t a huge deal but I really liked the idea of her having a different color so in pictures we’ll know which ones she threw. Luckily, we found the correct petals elsewhere and were able to switch them ourselves. The biggest error was putting the wrong centerpiece in the entranceway. We paid extra to have a grander centerpiece in that space since it’s kind of a first impression for guests but unfortunately they put this elsewhere and set up the wrong centerpiece by the entrance. I was so flustered day of that I didn’t notice but every time I back at pictures from that room I can’t help but think about how much better it would look with the correct centerpiece. The table just looks so empty to me with what they put there and I feel like we wasted money paying for something we didn’t get to have. I didn’t tell them about this error because I don’t want anyone on their end blamed for it, but it definitely frustrated me a bit upon noticing. Overall, the flowers looked beautiful and clearly no major errors were made! I just couldn’t justify giving 5 stars because I did not think they were perfect.

iscussed for the centerpieces during our preview were not what ended up being there on the wedding day, the ceremony decor showed up full of colors that had never been previously discussed and my bridal bouquet looked nothing like any of the references I sent. I have gotten a lot of compliments on my centerpieces and they were beautiful but it was disappointing to spend so much money on the flowers to then see these careless mistakes made

He took our bare-bones vision and brainstormed with us, never being too pushy, but always throwing out ideas in-line with what we had told him (and almost every single one of his ideas, we took!) and ways to optimize and give our day the special 'pop' it needed. We're a bit at a loss for words on how to express our gratitude to him and the whole team on their contributions to our special day. The arrangements turned about incredibly, all of our guests were Wow'ed and continue to give us compliments about them. Virgil just made the entire process easy, seamless, and fun. We are forever appreciative!

I met with a few other vendors, but Flowers By Brian was the only one that I felt confident could bring my vision to life, particularly the custom lucite columns I requested for my ceremony. I'm glad I put my trust in them because everything was perfect, including the centerpieces in the ballroom. They followed my photo / design inspo perfectly. ments on them. When I went in for my bouquet viewing the day before my wedding, there were some issues. I had specifically requested that my bouquet have greenery to give it dimension & shape and it was perfectly round with little greenery. My bridesmaids bouquets were also 100% pink roses when I was contracted for white with blush/nude accent roses. I referenced my contract to the consultant I worked with during the viewing and the bouquets were correct when delivered, but was definitely nerve wracking the day before.
