As a newcomer to Portland, Carol spent most of her career in prestigious Westchester County along the Hudson River just north of Manhattan. Designing flowers for weddings set in historic mansions became her passion. Flowers by Carol Kelly is a private design studio offering design services for weddings, bar mitzvahs, corporate events and private parties. Carol puts her passion for flowers to work by providing lush, fragrant arrangements that reflect who you are. Carol was top notch. She listens to your personal requests, looks/discovers your style, and designs something very special and unique! I felt so special walking into my reception and seeing the beauty she created in the room with her arrangements. Simply a work of art! Highly recommend!

Wow, wow, wow! Carol Kelly is amazing! She is very professional but also super nice, funny, and caring. Not only were her prices very reasonable and affordable, the product was beyond what I ever could have imagined. All the floral arrangements were gorgeous and were made with such great quality flowers. I seriously can't recommend her enough. If you are looking for a great florist who offers reasonably priced flowers, you search stops her. Seriously, if you hire Carol Kelly, you will not regret it.

Carol Kelly did an amazing job on our bouquets and flowers for our alter, she was super helpful and very responsive throughout the entire process. We would definitely recommend her to anyone that is considering a florist for any occasion, especially your wedding :)

Great service, Carol took my vision and far surpassed it! From my bouquet to the centerpieces it all exceeded expectations. I had some last minute questions and changes and Carol was calm and made every change. I can not recommend her enough!!!!

First of all, let me say that Carol is extremely personal and fun to work with. Pure joy! Second, Carol went above and BEYOND anything I could have imagined for my wedding. I sent Carol my Pinterest board of floral ideas (and we all know how ideal Pinterest is...) I was blown away by the perfection she brought me on our wedding day! I cannot give her enough praise. Everyone was floored by their beauty and they lasted until well after we returned from our honeymoon. I would recommend Carol for any event. Her excellence and professionalism are outstanding!

We had the absolute best experience working with Carol. I sent her a few flower names that I loved and some examples of arrangements that I liked and she took it from there. She was super easy going which was a breath of fresh air when it comes to wedding vendors. What we got was beyond my wildest imagination. She over delivered and I still can't believe how beautiful our flowers were on our wedding day. I'll never forget seeing my bouquet and flower crown for the first time. They were breathtaking. I can't recommend her services highly enough.

Carol did an amazing job on our flowers! Her arrangements were elegant, she had great pricing and she really went above and beyond! Carol has a great sense of style and was open to our ideas too. If one thing went right with our wedding it was her work.
