I asked this florist for a quote, giving very detailed information. They told me that they were too busy to help because of proms and Mother's Day. More than a month later, I recei...
ved a quote via email, which had yet another excuse for taking so long to reply (email address I got off of their website was a "personal email address" and not checked often). Over all, the customer service left a lot to be desired, and the quote given was a lot higher than other florists in the area had given me, even with offering less than the other florists. The bouquets corsages and centerpieces looked great! They also put flowers on the cake and cake table that looked beautiful without knowing what the cake looked like. They wer...
