ved a quote via email, which had yet another excuse for taking so long to reply (email address I got off of their website was a "personal email address" and not checked often). Over all, the customer service left a lot to be desired, and the quote given was a lot higher than other florists in the area had given me, even with offering less than the other florists. I'd consider them unreliable and full of excuses.

t my quotes from the other florists and pointed out where I was spending more than necessary and other places the florist would "cheapen" the look and structure of my bouquets in order to give me a "good price." She was the only florist to go over every exact thing I wanted, to the littlest details. And boy, was it everything I wanted and more! When the flowers were delivered on our big day, I was absolutely stunned by their beauty. The bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages were exquisite. Everything was positively gorgeous and we had no problems whatsoever! I could not have been happier with my florist!!
