How did anyone book this vendor to be able to review them?
Brides- I spent MONTHS (at Least 4 months) with this vendor, BEGGING them for a quote, BEGGING them to take my down payme...
nt. Call after call after text after text. The responses were so random and when I finally would get a response they always messed up on something. I worked with Alex and Kristy and there was always some excuse- dog getting surgeries, babies sick... things I’d be evil if I got upset over. I BEGGED Kristy to tell me if she wasn’t interested so I would move on and find someone else before it was too late. I sent them my deposit and wasn’t getting a response, so I lost money cancelling check and moving on. Don’t start here, it’s not worth it, it was incredibly stressful.
And if you’re wondering I had a BIG quote with them- I had a Persian ceremony, American ceremony, reception...flowers galore!

. Quickly and within minutes of us chatting she had a sample bouquet made up and brought in. Dreams do come true. She not only listened to us she made a dream a reality. We continued to give her a list of our other wants and desires,she continued to take detailed notes and assured us she would be sending a quote over to show some different options as far and big scale to small with pricing so we could make our selection. A few days later we received and very detailed quote in color of the different options that would could choose from. All pictures had the flowers we talked all arranged with a different flare big and small as we talked about. We quickly made our selection and upon arrival of the flowers they were everything and more. The special touches that we talked about with her were impeccable. One of those special touches was a picture of my father (who has passed away) with my sister in a frame embellished around the stems of my sisters bouquet. I would absolutely hands down recommend Coleys to anyone. Not only are the professional they treat you like family.

efront. I met with Kristy and I immediately felt at ease with her. She was so thoughtful and sweet. Kristy used my pinterest board to help inspire her thoughts on the wedding flowers. She was able to work with our budget and created amazing centerpieces. Kristy met with us a few times before the wedding and was able to create two wedding samples so that we had an idea of what to expect. We received multiple compliments on the flowers. The set up was timely and Kristy made sure all the flowers were exactly what we imagined. I would definitely recommend Kristy and her staff at Flowers by Coley!

stopped in late in the afternoon before school started and Jenna took me as a walk in and I decided right then Flowers by Coley would be right for our wedding. Jenna was amazing! She made my dreams come to life and made my wedding the most beautiful wedding I have ever been too. modest as we weren't doing flower centerpieces or having flowers at the ceremony, basically just flowers to carry, wear and for the cake. I explained to Lauren what I was looking for and she told me it would be no problem, especially because I wasn't getting roses at that time of year. My bridal bouquet was absolutely stunning - hand wrapped mini orange and white cala lilies with hypericum berries, monkey tail and grass loops. I had given her some photos and the bouquet was so much more beautiful than I could have imagined. The lily bouts with hypericum were perfect, but the real stunner was a sweetheart table arrangement they created. The only input I gave was the approximate size and colors to include and they took it from there. It incorporated the oranges from several different flowers, lime greens and whites. The textures were amazing and they all worked together. And the cake flowers were beautiful as well. Everything harmonized and coordinated without being matchy-matchy. Everything was super fresh and lasted for days after the ceremony; everything was delivered timely and as promised. I will be using Flowers by Coley as my "everything" florist from now on.

int. (The were orange!) They shorted us on the men's boutonnieres. The flowers were dead by the end of the wedding. I asked them to make it right by giving us back some of the cost. I didn't even ask for all of it. They said they would, and I haven't seen a dime. There were a couple of more problems with them. It is very disappointing.
