I found Frank at the NIU Bridal Expo after speaking with him for a while my husband and I decided we should make an appointment with him to veiw more of his work and get a better idea of what we were looking for. We met with Frank and fell in love with him. He is a wonderful person that has "old school" values. Frank would not take a deposit to hold our date (which was 9/10/11 a huge wedding day) and he did not request prepayment of any sort. He wanted to bill us after the wedding so we could make sure it was everything we wanted. As any newly engaged couple can relate this is not normal by industry standards. All of my other vendors wanted to be paid in advance of the wedding. Frank also listened to exactly what we wanted and delivered more than we expected. Frank was definitely the best choice for us and our day wouldn't have been the same without him.
