ng — and that’s something no couple should ever have to deal with.  Unfortunately, we were locked in with Jena Paige due to her being the exclusive florist for our venue. From the very beginning, communication was chaotic. I spoke to her over the course of 3 fifteen minute phone calls the entire in which I was constantly being interrupted. She would promise to attend meetings and then simply never show up, with no explanation. Every attempt to get clarity felt like pulling teeth. Instead of being a supportive vendor during an already emotional process, she was often combative, dismissive, and, at times, outright rude. She even argued with my mother **on the morning of my wedding**, which is the last thing any bride should have to deal with on that day. It was devastating. And then came the actual flowers — the part we were trusting her with the most. We received **wilted, dead florals**, pink flowers we explicitly said we did *not* want, arrangements that were **tiny, dense, and not at all what we paid for**, and in some cases, pieces that were simply **missing**. We had no backup option because she was the exclusive florist for our venue, and she did not deliver the quality, professionalism, or product we were promised. What makes this even more painful is that I had reached out time and time again to both the Venue and Jena to convey my worry and lack of confidence in receiving what was ordered and we were still wildly disappointed. When we reached out privately to have a reasonable conversation about these issues, she denied everything — every concern, every discrepancy, every missing item.  Your florist should make your wedding more beautiful, not more stressful. Unfortunately, our experience was the opposite, and I would strongly caution other couples to think carefully before trusting this vendor with something so important.
