I had requested quotes from several florists, which were all over my budget...until I came across this cute little shop in Downingtown, PA! I was able to get lots of things that I wanted at a reasonable cost. I was certainly most impressed with Nicole because she saved and included my Pinterest pictures within their quote sheet so they know exactly what to make for my wedding day. I 100% recommend them!!!

I never received a call beforehand and learned of this on my wedding day, moments before the photographer was arriving to take our "getting ready" pictures in my bridal suite. Her staff was apologetic, but unwilling to fix the situation, even through the hotel was across the street from a flower shop. I wasn't expecting them to buy the exact flowers I ordered, I was just asking that they buy burgundy flowers to add to the bridesmaids bouquets so they could match everything else. After about 30 mins of no options, one of my friends ran across the street to buy flowers with her own money and ended up being late to her own hair appt and missing the ceremony of my wedding, which still makes me so upset. Once we got the new flowers, there was no space to fix the bouquets, so the florist's assistants were in my bridal suite (for close to an hour), while we were taking pictures and trying to get ready, which should have been a happy time, but added so much stress all around me. After the wedding, Jena emailed me, and admitted to swapping out the flowers I ordered for cheaper carnations, in the wrong color, but only offered to pay for the flowers my friend bought, not offer any additional refund for the "upgrades" I never received, or the chaos caused from that day. I was so upset that no refund was offered that I didn't respond until I was back from my honeymoon, as I didn't want it to ruin my trip. Now its been over a month since I emailed her, and she is getting nasty with me on email, but has not responded except to say that she is busy.

The bouquets were amazingly beautiful and even better than I had envisioned. There were a few things that somehow got a little lost in translation (a boutonniere for my dad and one centerpiece was missing) but it really didn't mess up our day at all and there were plenty of flowers we used to cover up any "misses." Jena was great from start to finish!

Delivery to our hotel was very easy to coordinate and was reasonably priced. The bouquets turned out BEAUTIFUL and I got a ton of compliments at the wedding. After the wedding, I dried a bunch of them and have them in mason jars in my office and around my apartment, which helps me relive the beauty of the wedding day over and over again.
