Flowers by Justine

I love flowers, and flowers were an important part of my wedding. I had an avant garde vision (colorful / energetic / sculptural) that Justine understood immediately, embraced wholeheartedly and elevated with fragrant (but tasteful) fruits for a multi-sensory experience. Needless to say she KILLED it at our wedding this past weekend, and she created arrangements that were beyond my wildest dreams. (I still cannot believe the magic she performed!) In addition to my wedding, we hired her for my bridal shower and rehearsal dinner which had very different visions. The flowers for each other event were gorgeous, and we received many compliments from our guests. Justine, you were an absolute pleasure to work with, a rock star and the very best and I know that my mother and mother-in-law would say the same!

Justine blew us away! My husband and I got married on June 4th, on Martha's Vineyard and guests have not stopped talking about our flowers! Justine took my vision and ran with it and I cannot say enough AMAZING things about it. From the phone calls, the text messages, to meeting in person Justine made me feel so comfortable and confident that the flowers were going to be nothing but perfect. When she arrived on my wedding morning, with my bouquet, I was in tears. She incorporated the most beautiful flowers to make my vision come to life. If I could give Justine 100 billion stars, I would. She created the most gorgeous, stunning, fragrant and perfectly lush spring florals I could have ever asked for! She was so much fun to work with, has such a fun, easy going personality and her work speaks for itself. I literally felt like I walked into my ultimate dream Pinterest board. Every single person was in awe of the designs she created and totally nailed the pastel, coastal-spring vibe we wanted. Justine was very communicative, listened to my all of my crazy ideas and spent so much time researching the perfect vessels for our vision. The ultimate highlight of our day was the STUNNING driftwood arch with luscious flowers and our propeller accent - it was hands down the most creative piece of our day and turned out better than I could have imagined. OH! Did I mention my bridal bouquet? Absolutely UNREAL how gorgeous it looked not only in person, but in every single photo! I would 1000% recommend Flowers by Justine if you are looking for excellent customer service, laughs, and (most importantly!) stunning flowers which will wow not only you, your guests, but also your mother and mother in law. Sadly, Justine is impossible to get in touch with. She creates beautiful floral designs (a scroll through her Instagram account will prove that) and exudes enthusiasm and creativity. My fiancé and I had an extremely positive consultation with her and so badly wanted to hire her but after weeks of follow-up emails, we gave up. I do think she would be a joy to work with...again, if you can get a hold of her.

Justine was amazing to work with! She does amazing work, and was able to put my vision into my dream wedding! All the flower arrangements came out stunning! Very flexible, we had to adjust our outdoor wedding plans to be inside, but was able to do her magic and made it just as beautiful inside!

Justine’s ability to understand your floral vision and bring it to life is truly amazing! From the moment we started planning to the day of the wedding, Justine was in constant communication to make sure all the details were perfect. We went back and forth with planning, mostly due to postponing our wedding because of COVID, and Justine was always understanding and accommodating to all the changes. Justine put together the most unbelievably beautiful floral design for my wedding - from the centerpieces to the chuppah to the small details. Simply put, I was blown away by the atmosphere that Justine created for our wedding. Our reception was in a white, sailcloth tent with white linens - in other words, it was a blank canvas. I wanted to the tent to look lush, full, and elegant but I also had a budget! Justine designed the most beautiful, romantic arrangements that helped set the mood for our reception. Even with all of the planning phone calls and vision boards, I was truly shocked (in the best possible way!) at the quality of her work. Every single detail, from the arch decor to the bouquets, the boutonnieres to the table arrangements, was exactly what I wanted without me giving her much to work with besides colors and "moods." The best of the best ! Capturing the atmosphere we were looking for was no easy task and Justine completely nailed it . I chose Justine because she is local, and has an amazing portfolio. She also took time to come to my home the week of the wedding and pick some flowers from my gardens to incorporate into my bouquet. Justine will keep in touch with you through the whole process to be sure she is delivering what you are looking for. She even took the flowers from my arch and moved them to the reception area. Justine is absolutely amazing. Flowers were very important to me for my wedding, and I booked Justine immediately after seeing her portfolio online. From the first phone call to the final product, everything went extremely smoothly. The flowers on the day of my wedding were GORGEOUS, and it was clear that Justine takes the time to make sure every bloom is perfect. She also WORKS HER BUTT OFF. During my first look I was watching her set up a bit, and I don't think she stopped moving for a single second. All of my bridal party was stunned by the final product. Justine was truly incredible. From the beginning of the planning process, she was open to our vision and helped us form a clear idea of what we wanted. She exceeded our expectations. Our flowers were absolutely beautiful and captured the colors and themes we wanted to emphasize. Justine was at our mock table meeting with enthusiasm and a willingness to try anything. She had so many options and was so professional and kind throughout the entire process. She arrived on our wedding day with each bouquet in a fun vase and worked with us until the week of to make sure we had everything we needed. Justine is an incredibly talented florist! She did such an incredible job at by wedding at South Farms in Morris, CT. She has such an eye for color and texture and her attention to detail is fantastic! I came to her with a budget and some loose guidelines, and she turned my wedding day into what felt like a styled shoot. I still remember tearing up when I first saw my bouquet! It was more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. Then when I got to the venue I WAS BLOWN AWAY! I had requested some floral detailing on a staircase. I was expecting a few blooms at the bottom corner, but what I got was a giant mural of winding greenery and flowers that made me feel like I was in a fantasy land. I didn't see the chuppah decoration until I was walking down the aisle, and hold cow, that was epic. After I got over looking at my groom, I took a moment to enjoy the gorgeous space. Justine went above and beyond. Helping the boys pin their boutonnieres on, hanging up fairy lights at the venue, changing the ribbons on my bouquet after they got wet, and later I found out she even helped my dad hang some greenery on a photo backdrop! HIRE HER! You won't regret it! P.S. I'm sad it's over.

Anyone who knows me and knew the planning behind our wedding, knows that flowers were the second most important part of our day (second to our marriage of course). I knew very early on exactly what I had envisioned for our church and reception florals, as much eucalyptus and greens known to man with hints of white florals. I had heard about Justine from my coworker who was planning to use her for her upcoming wedding so I quickly put Justine on my radar. My coworker’s wedding was flawless and when it came time to start planning our wedding, I knew exactly where to go. From the moment Justine and I spoke, I knew I was in the hands of a professional who genuinely understood what I wanted and was so excited to be a part of our special day. She was sweet, knowledgeable, patient, professional, organized, and most of all, creatively brilliant! She literally leaves nothing untouched. We had our wedding last week at Saint Sebastian Church in CT. While the girls and I were getting ready at our house and the girls told me “the flowers are here Austin”, I was like a kid in the candy store just waiting to see! My reaction was lots of happy tears and “I can’t believe this is for me, our wedding.” That reaction stayed pretty consistent throughout the evening after more floral elements were seen. We had a little issue at the church as they decided to book a funeral an hour before our wedding. Naturally I was freaking out, but it didn’t affect Justine’s composure or her dedication to setup quickly and deliver a masterpiece. The minute I walked into the church, she blew me away with the greenery and aisle pieces. Now it was time to go to The Lace Factory where we held our reception. When I walked in with my now husband, I just cried. Again, I couldn’t believe this was our wedding, it was out of a book. No table was untouched by greens and florals, no space was untouched with more details from Justine’s book of floral tricks. Our cake was stunning, our sweetheart table was BEYOND amazing. Literally ever inch of the space she could decorate, she did. Everything was perfect, beyond perfect and we couldn’t be more grateful for her and her team literally transforming a factory space into the most beautiful wedding I have ever seen in my entire life (and I’ve seen a lot). If I could give Justine a thousand stars, I would, she is the best! She loves what she does and that radiates through her personality and her work. And in case anyone is concerned about floral quality, my bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets are all still perfectly alive as if they were freshly picked yesterday!

Justine absolutely KILLED IT when it came to my wedding flowers. We didn't do a lot of extra decor, so the flowers had to be perfect at our wedding...and they were. My bouquet, along with my bridesmaids, were so stunning and bright. Our centerpieces alternated tall and low centerpieces on each table which were so lush and beautiful. We wanted two statement pieces: a flower wall, and a long connected centerpiece on our 22 person head table in a different color to really stand out, and Justine exceeded our expectations for both. She did an ombre flower wall (talk about talent), and a hot pink centerpiece across a 22 person table. Talk about two WOW factors. Justine was so easy to work with, and really collaborative. I gave her my vision, and she brought it to life, and then some! Highly recommended for any bride who wants her event to look amazing.

Justine has SUCH an incredible talent that I was truly speechless when I saw what she had created for our wedding. I'm not an emotional person but I wanted to cry when I saw how she just nailed it - I didn't even know you could get emotional about flowers! Everything she created was exactly what I had envisioned, but 10x better. I knew from looking at Justine's social media that her style was exactly what I wanted (literally everything she posts is gorgeous) so I was confident that whatever she made would be beautiful and it was beyond beautiful. It worked out well because I never realized how little I knew about flowers until trying to describe what I liked - but for some reason she just got it and she just knew. Justine was so incredibly easy to work with and you can tell she just loves what she does - which is so great.

Justine is simply the best. It is hard for me to put into words what a genius she is! I am terrible at making decisions but going with Flowers By Justine was by far the easiest. Her floral arrangements are beyond STUNNING! After speaking with her on the phone and sharing some pictures with her, she essentially created a vision board which is what was in my head but I had had a hard time articulating...she just knew! When I kept changing my mind (which I felt so guilty about!) she answered all of my texts and continually updated the plan and color scheme. She had brilliant suggestions and sent me loads of pictures so that I could properly find the aesthetic I wanted. It was supposed to rain on my wedding day and a few days before I reached out to Justine who was already in contact with my venue and creating a rain day plan that was equally breathtaking. She made me calm throughout the whole process. My fiance had made me metal roses and Justine flawlessly incorporated them into my bouquet which was so special for me. When the bouquets arrived the day of I actually cried which I never expected to happen. She felt our vision come to life and I cannot thank her enough!

Where to begin! Justine came recommended by a friend who used her for her wedding. Having gone into the floral designer selection process thinking I was going to do some myself and was on a budget - I was having a hard time finding a florist willing to work with us. On my first call with Justine, it felt like I was chatting with a best friend. Not only was she okay letting me do some DIY's but she helped brainstorm ways we could maximize my budget. In the end, I ended up asking her to do all of the centerpieces and aisle decor that I was going to do myself and she pulled it all together super last minute and it looked stunning. She created a garden feel to a tent that lacked a good vibe on its own, built an amazing greenery arch, insanely beautiful English garden inspired bouquets and honestly made our venue look like a million bucks. SO happy we booked her!!

Let me start by saying that before seeing Justine's work, I did not see the value in wedding florals and was considering flowerless centerpieces. From my first phone call with her, I knew that we were in the best hands and I completely changed my mind. Justine listened attentively, offered great ideas and really understood my vision.. before I completely understood it myself! She was willing to work within our budget and spent so much time discussing everything with me to be sure we were completely comfortable. Throughout the whole process I looked forward to our chats- she is so creative and personable and made the whole process a breeze. When the day finally arrived the florals were beyond my dreams. I had mentioned that I love peonies, but we discussed that since they weren't in season she wasn't sure she could make it work on our budget. When she arrived with our bouquets I almost burst into tears.. there were multiple peonies! Beyond this she created beautiful bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, ceremony pieces, including a chuppah, and amazing centerpieces for our reception. Our guests were fighting over who would get to take the centerpieces home at the end of the night! She was also very creative and found ways to reuse the ceremony pieces so that they wouldn't go to waste. Each piece was beautiful, organic, elegant, romantic, exactly what I envisioned for my wedding. As someone who didn't want to spend any money on flowers, I can safely say Flowers by Justine was one of the best investments we made for our wedding. We feel so lucky we found her and would highly recommend her!

Justine was so fabulous - I can’t say enough about how absolutely wonderful she was to work with and how gorgeous the flowers and design of our wedding was thanks to her!!! I initially saw her Instagram and loved her style. We chatted and she totally understood our vision for the wedding. I wasn’t knowledgeable enough about flowers to dictate types or colors but when she sent me her proposed inspirations for colors and design, I knew she totally got it ...and she created a budget that was super reasonable. She also designed a beautiful chuppah, and very clever pocket boutonnières for my husband and father. She was very easy to communicate with by phone, text, email, in person and in the end, we were blown away by how gorgeous everything was for the ceremony and the reception. Justine is the best!!!

Terrible communication! Was working with Justine, filled out her questionnaire sent it back to her and she said she wanted to do a phone conference. Didn’t hear back from her for 2 months about the phone conference. Finally heard back from her- we spoke over the phone for almost an hour about my wedding flowers. She said she would shortly get a proposal with pricing to me, another 2 months went by and no word from Justine. Emailed her to touch base, 3 weeks go by and nothing again. If you are going to run a business, you either need adequate help and staffing and communication or you will lose your customers. Find someone else.

Horrible response time (or should I say lack there of). Good luck contacting this vendor. Very disappointed.

Justine exceeded all of our flower expectations! From start to finish she made the process extremely easy, paid EXTREME attention to detail, and truly made my vision come to life. You can definitely put complete trust in her, she is amazing!!! I would definitely recommend Flowers by Justine to any bride.

I always knew that flowers played a HUGE role in the overall look of a wedding. It was so hard for me to explain or pinpoint the vision that I had for my wedding but from the first conversation with Justine she was able to take my dream and make it come to life and even better than I imagined. I was blown away from the moment I saw what she had created for my day. Everything from the over flowing arch, to the table pieces, to the bouquets were a vision. She even is very creative on being able to move pieces to re-use for the reception after the ceremony. Her flowers were the talk of the wedding and truly were what made all of the spaces so dreamy. I would highly recommend her as a florist and have already had people ask me for her contact information for their weddings. She knows how to follow your style but also offers her own creative design to make it all that much better.

Justine was so amazing to work with. She quickly dissipated any concern I had over my flower ignorance. I knew the look I wanted but she knew exactly how to turn it into reality. We planned our wedding from 3000 miles away and she was quick to repsond to any questions we had. Justine is an absolute rock star. After my sister used Justine for her wedding, there was no question who we would choose for our florist. Justine took our lack of flower knowledge and some crazy ideas and turned our wedding into the most beautiful, well thought out day and night. She infused our main color (copper) into every detail, including items from her own stash, like vases for the ceremony, wire for the boutonnieres, and geometric accents for the reception space. When we said we wanted a unique look, Justine ran with it and suggested adorable air plant boutonnieres, a massive cascading bridal bouquet, and draped greenery on the chandeliers (which she persevered for after the venue hesitated). Rather than treat our wedding like just another job, Justine was enthusiastic and excited with every email, call, house visit (yup, she even came to our house), and on our wedding day. She made us feel so special, even going the extra mile to take the entire wedding party’s post-ceremony drink orders when she noticed the venue hadn’t. We can’t thank Justine enough for her creativity, enthusiasm, and professionalism!

I met Justine at a small, intimate, Bridal Pop-Up Show last Autumn. She was wearing a stunning flower necklace and had brought a crown made of gorgeous roses and greenery that she let event-goers try on and take pictures with. Needless to say, I was hooked! I later met with Justine at her work space in Bethlehem, CT. She was so kind and helpful as I explained what we were looking for as far as tone and what our budget looked like. As she painted a picture of what she would create, I couldn't imagine not having her artwork as an integral part of our most special day. Her work really speaks for itself, it is more than flowers, it is true art. Justine was so accommodating as I made minor changes here and there just before the big day. She was always pleasant and was nothing but helpful along the way. I had been anticipating seeing what she would dream up for a full year and when I received my bouquet on the morning of my wedding, I melted. All of the stress and business of the morning before my big day washed away in brilliant yellows, purples, pinks and lush greenery. What she created for us was like something from out of a fairytale. I already knew through meeting Justine and seeing her work that she would create gorgeous arrangements, bouquets, centerpieces, corsages and boutonnieres for us, but I was literally blown away. The colors and flowers that she chose were absolutely perfect and so stunning. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting them. Justine did an absolutely amazing job with our wedding! She carried out my vision and beyond and we could not be happier. Choosing Justine as our florist was one of the best decisions I could have made. From the first phone call she understood my vision and was beyond helpful throughout the process. Even down to my last minute changes, she was more than accommodating. Our guests have not stopped talking about how beautiful the flowers were. She truly did an amazing job!

Using Flowers by Justine was by far the best vendor decision I made for my wedding. I knew I wanted a garden, boho feeling and was having difficulty finding a florist who understood what I was looking for/was capable of doing it. My husband and I got married at a venue that was a garden-type setting in a big white tent, white tables, white draping, white everything. I wanted bright colors and lots of greens, and Justine understood my vision right away. I also admittedly know nothing about flowers. I was able to show her pictures of the "feel" of what I wanted and the color palette, and she delivered perfectly without overwhelming me. I was able to put my confidence in her 100%. Not only did she understand it, she was so responsive through my 1.5 years (eek) of planning, was so personable, and really cared about getting everything just right. She even added things on the day-of where things seemed to look bare, which made a huge difference.. she clearly takes a lot of pride in her work and she truly went above and beyond. My husband and I were laughing after the wedding, because the compliments we were getting on the flowers from guests both during and after the wedding were *almost* overly excessive :) I would recommend her 1,000 times over!

I am so so happy with my decision to use Flowers by Justine for my wedding. From the moment I wrote to Justine, she completely understood my vision and was willing to work within my budget. When she brought the flowers on my wedding day, it almost brought me to tears! She took what we wanted, brought it to life, and actually managed to make it better than I ever imagined. Justine is also such a pleasure to work with. She is sweet, completely invested in her brides, and very professional. She went above and beyond on my wedding day to help make sure everything looked perfect- even improvising and decorating some of the last minute details I added in. I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Flowers by Justine! First off, Justine is an absolute delight and was so wonderful to work with. From the second I first reached out to her she was SO helpful and easy to work with. She went back and forth with me a bunch of times in order to help bring my vision to life but also was so flexible and creative in coming up with ways to help me stick to a budget. During the planning I had given her photos, color schemes, and ideas for what I had in mind for our wedding day. Honestly though, let me tell you I was completely blown away with our flowers the day of! They were more beautiful than anything I could have ever pictured or imagined. Everything that she designed and put together was so stunning and everything completely flowed together, from the bouquets & boutennieres, to the centerpieces, ceremony decor & archway, reception decor.. everything was perfect. I will most definitely recommend Justine to any friends who are getting married in the future!

I knew right away from my very first interaction with Justine that she was the florist of my dreams. I know very little about flowers but had a specific vision for the vibe of my wedding, and not only did Justine truly understand me and have amazing builds and creative ideas, working with her was like hanging out with one of my best friends. She truly cared so much about bringing the day to life, and I am incredibly grateful for her breathtaking work. If I could rate Justine literally one million stars, I would.

I cannot say enough good things about Justine and the beautiful flowers she created for my wedding this past weekend! I gave her very little direction on what I wanted and somehow she translated those few details into exactly what I was envisioning. She was great about working within my budget, letting me know from the start what was and was not possible. I had SO many compliments on the flowers at the wedding and would not hesitate at all to recommend Justine to any brides looking for a florist!

Justine is simply amazing to say the least! She did my flowers for my wedding this June and did an outstanding job! I was very vague and simply on my request for my arrangements, which turned out perfect for me. The boutiques and center pieces arrangements were simply breathtaking. I was lost for words when I saw them for the first time. People ask what is my favorite part of my wedding and my flowers are always part of my answer. The boutiques were unique, colorful and elegant. She did floral crowns for my junior bridesmaids and flower bracelet for our mothers, which were both also amazing. Whenever I show anyone my pictures or video they ALWAYS comment on how gorgeous the flowers were. I wish I could have kept them forever. I HIGHLY recommend Justine for a wedding or any type of occasion. She will always work with your budget and her end results are perfection. She is young, creative and has an unbelievable taste for flowers!
