During the wedding planning time there was a day that I believed the wedding was not happening. I cancelled my contract with this vendor well within 60 days of the event. They gave me a full refund with no issue. However when the wedding was rescheduled and an independent florist was chosen the independent florist discovered that my name and date of wedding had been banned from the floral wholesaler. My entire date and name! I was fully within the contract when I cancelled their services. The spitefulness of the employees of Flowers by Lucy is horrid.

Flowers were very pretty, but the white roses started to brown right after the ceremony. Staff was willing to work with us on budget, which was great. We had simple, elegant flowers, but even those turned out with problems. I sent emails with detailed instructions and pictures ahead of time, and they were largely ignored. Miscommunication caused stress and extra driving the week before the wedding. The flowers for the pews looked terrible because the stems were too long and they weren't pushed into the holders all the way so they were drooping. Not bad, but stay on top of them.

We called the Aberdeen location for services. They were actually booked for a consultation and for the wedding day, but were quite helpful in directing us to Dawn, from the Abingdon location. lowers were gorgeous! Dawn had a lot of helpful ideas for coordinating my colors. They arrived on time! Flowers by Lucy were very professional and accomodating to my many changes throughout the planning time!

I worked with Dawn at the Abingdon location and she was wonderful! Due to extenuating circumstances, we were last minute with our flowers and she was able to work with us and delivered exactly what we wanted! I would highly recommend them!

I had numerous questions for Tracy and she was always patient with me. My flowers were lovely and made our reception simple but classy!

over all the flowers turned out BEAUTIFUL!!! there were a few issues with my flowers but i love them anyways! the biggest flaw was that i was suppsed to have 3 father bouts and i only had 2 luckily I noticed when i went to pick up my bouquet and they went back to the shop and got me my 3rd father bout. then i wanted a mix of cala lillies i wanted 6 white and 6 picasso cala lillies... (white with a purple center) and lastly i paid in full so when we went over the flowers the final time we made some adjustments and i took somthing away and i had some extra money that needed to go somewhere so i told them to put the rinestone things in my bouquet which there was none. but other than those minor details everything was awesome!

I did have some speed bumps with this florist but I would still recommend them because they did deliver in the end. The problem that arose was not their fault anyway, my very rare flowers missed the truck in Holland and they informed me the week of the wedding that I would have to pick other flowers for my bouquet. I was very emotional, so my Mom called and got everything straightened out by ordering from some site offline, which they normally never do, but I really wanted my flowers. So in the end, they did what was expected: they delivered on time, the flowers were beautiful and the price was just right.
