um of $285 in cash. I requested peonies which accounted for the high price. One week before the wedding I was called and asked to come to the store and told that peonies were not available and that roses could be substituted. On payment, I requested whether a discount could be made given the lower cost of roses but was told this was not possible and instead more roses would be used in the arrangements. On the morning of the wedding, the flowers were delivered but the colours used were not the ones I had ordered, stems were showing, all three bouquets were small and fewer roses had been used than agreed and the ribbons were tied very sloppily. I pointed out the mistakes and the delivery man/designer returned to the store. We were delayed in leaving for our ceremony. After about an hour he returned with the correct colour for the bridal bouquet however the ribbon arrangement and number of flowers did not change. I again pointed this out by showing the delivery man the emails and the order. He responded that my order had not been communicated correctly by the owner and he agreed that the flowers were not worth $285 but he couldn’t do anymore without delaying us even further for our ceremony. During the ceremony several of the flowers fell out of the bridal bouquet, so it was discarded. After the ceremony, I wrote an email to point out the mistakes. Despite having written evidence to the contrary, the owner refused to acknowledge the mistakes and had no interest in meeting to discuss my complaint and even suggested that I was being threatening and insulting. VERY POOR quality product and service. Would NOT recommend.
