ts. Unfortunately my experience with my appointment did not go so well. When I was first scheduled to come in & I showed up but the business was closed (due to an out-of-town wedding & I was not notified that I needed to reschedule). Shelley finally called me back and apologized and offered us $100 off for the inconvenience (that was nice of her). What she failed to mention -prior to my rescheduled apt- was that the $100 off only applied to 'certain' items (bouquets, not any decor). My fiance & I decided to pay for these large fake flowers we were looking at that day and would come back to pay for the bouquets once we had our minds made up. I asked Shelley to apply the $100 off to the decor. She then proceeded to argue with me and called ME a liar stating she never said we could have the $100 off of any service. Had she actually said the $100 would only be applied to the bouquets then of course I wouldn't have asked her to apply it to the decor. The way she reacted during our disagreement was VERY unprofessional. I would never speak to a customer the way she spoke to us. And I will not refer any of my friends to her place of employment either.

reception room, I was floored! it was exactly what I had in mind. Everyone talked about the my flowers for months. I was extremely pleased with how they not only worked with me on what look I wanted but helped me create my dream wedding, it was awesome! I highly recommend this florist !!
