My husband and I booked Flowers by Stem after speaking with Stephanie and discussing our budget & vision. She sent back an amazing proposal and we just had to lock them in for our big day. From the beginning they were easy to communicate with and when things were changing closer to the date, they quickly responded and made sure we were all set. On the day of the wedding, they were right on time, and I am so thrilled and happy we went with them because the flowers and decor were more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! Stephanie & her team delivered exactly what they promised and more! We received so many compliments about the bouquets, flowers & decor on the day-of and for days after! We truly appreciated how special they helped make our day! We cannot recommend enough!

You will not be disappointed in hiring Flowers by Stem! After my first meeting with Stephanie she followed up within 24 hours with a vision board of inspiration and rough cost of everything I had requested. She took what I had in mind (classic, beautiful, elegant) and and made it so much better!! What I loved most: I have never seen another wedding with the same type of florals and design as my wedding had. I have nothing but great things to say about Flowers by Stem! We recently used Stephanie and her team for our 200 person wedding. Stephanie was amazing and extremely helpful throughout all of the wedding craziness! If I ever had a question throughout the process her response time was unmatched. She provided multiple options for us and ways to save costs including constructing a beautiful faux flower wall for our ceremony backdrop which later turned into the photo backdrop for guests. Our wedding looked like a straight fairytale because of Flowers by Stem and we are forever grateful!

We used Flowers by Stem for our wedding, and we could not have been happier with how everything turned out. We had a vague idea of what we wanted when we met with Stephanie, but she was able to take a few photos we liked and turn it into a whole vision board for all our wedding florals. The bouquets were gorgeous, and the boutonnieres matched perfectly. I contacted Stephanie asking if she had ideas for how to do flowers in my hair, and she suggested the perfect floral comb that looked incredible with my veil. We were stunned when we walked into our venue and saw how beautiful the dining tables looked with all of the florals, candles, and greenery. It was even better than we anticipated! The delivery and set-up was right on schedule, and we loved that Stephanie runs an eco-friendly company. All in all, I could not recommend Flowers by Stem more!

Had my wedding last summer and totally forgot to write a review for our wonderful florist - Stephanie. Flowers by Stem is extremely accommodating for the Covid situation last year. They won’t charge extra for changing dates (even to another year) and they are easy to work with in adding or subtracting flower arrangements. And those things are tough to find on the market. It’s really reassuring for Covid weds. Our wedding had around 50 guests. We searched for a long time for florist that can accommodate small, intimate wedding, since a lot of them are charging minimum $2500 / 3000? That’s out of our budget. I wanted minimalistic, lots of green and pastel colors arrangements and banquet. Stephanie completely read my mind after a Zoom call and delivered my dream at my wedding! Our wedding can’t be that perfect without her! Now whenever I’m looking at my wedding photos, I still love all the flowers! Thank you Stephanie! You’re the best!

My cousin used Flowers By Stem for her June 2018 wedding and raved about Stephanie and her team. So, when we needed a florist for our own wedding we knew we wanted to work with Flowers by Stem. As someone who knows very little about flowers, I appreciated Stephanie's specific questions and suggestions at our first meeting. The proposal she put together helped us visualize what our day would look. She was incredibly understanding when we had to reschedule our wedding and shifted and edited our proposal accordingly. We were so happy with all the flowers Stephanie and her team put together. I could not believe how stunning the flowers were when they were dropped off at our hotel. I loved my timeless bridal bouquet! The bridesmaid bouquets and boutineers coordinated so nicely. More than one bridesmaid said their bouquet was the nicest one they’d ever had. When we approached Stephanie about our idea to use calligraphy vases and lanterns at our place card table, she was excited to help us carry out this vision. The final product looked incredible! Guests could not stop talking about how unique and well done it was. The centerpieces turned out incredible! The additional greenery and flowers sprinkled throughout the venue helped tie everything together. At the end of the night, the cleanup crew was very quick and efficient. The flowers held up so well we were able to use them at our brunch the next day. I’d highly recommend Stephanie and her team for anyone looking for a passionate flower vendor!

My husband and I hired Flowers by Stem for our October 2020 wedding... which turned into a June 2021 wedding! Stephanie was very personable, professional, and responsive. When I first met with Stephanie, she really listened to what I liked and her proposal perfectly actualized what I had been envisioning for our wedding day. She has very creative ideas and an amazing eye for color and texture! When we had to postpone our wedding, Stephanie was very understanding and worked with me to transition our original fall color scheme/plan to a beautiful, bright spring color scheme. My bouquet was truly the most beautiful wedding bouquet I have ever seen (though I may be biased)! The centerpieces and greenery she arranged for our reception tables were stunning and perfectly complemented the venue and the season. Stephanie was SO wonderful to work with! After our wedding plans changed a month from our date, I frantically searched for a florist that would be able to pull off a bouquet, a centerpiece, flower crowns, and a centerpiece pretty last minute. Stephanie was the only florist that offered a phone consultation to talk about my vision. During the process, we felt that Flowers by Stem was really working to understand our exact vision and provide us with everything we wanted, and they certainly executed it to perfection! The details in the centerpiece did not go unnoticed and with a full runner of greens and votives, it didn’t overwhelm the table. Our boutonnieres and corsage with simple in design and beautiful in execution. Lastly, we didn’t want the bouquets to overshadow those carrying them and at the end of the day, they were subtle, but people couldn’t stop talking about them. Every detail of our wedding, with respect to Flowers by Stem, was thoughtful, of high quality and truly perfection!

I absolutely need to thank Stephanie for providing such gorgeous arrangements for our wedding day. My colors were neutral- gray and navy, so I relied on Stephanie to bring some bold color and brightness to our June wedding. Flowers by Stem made our wedding day pure magic. It's hard to describe what exactly we envisioned for our special day and I'm not sure I articulated the precise style and feel we wanted. But Stephanie delivered! She took what I did know I wanted, amplified that vision and brought it to life. She and her amazing staff transformed the space with her flowers. When I saw my bouquet, I cried. She even included a very special flower my grandmother brought from her garden last minute. Stephanie and her team were great to work with. I hired Stephanie because she was the only florist I talked to who understood that I didn't have a "vision" and that I was hiring a florist to make things look nice *for* me. Everything turned out lovely! I didn't want a bouquet and not only did Stephanie not try to pressure me into a bouquet like other florists did, but she made a great suggestion of a wrist corsage which turned out beautiful (not prom-y). I do wish they had been able give more guidance about the chuppah; we had to provide and set up our own chuppah cover and it turned into a bit of an ordeal. But it turned out great in the end and we were very happy about all of it.

We worked with Stephanie from Flowers by Stem for our wedding and I can honestly say I have never worked with someone so professional, helpful, attentive, and amazing before! From our very first consultation, Stephanie took our vision and made it into a dream. I was a pretty clueless bride on in flower department, and she made sure every aspect was covered and done beautifully. She helped us stay within a budget, while still making our venue and our arrangements look absolutely stunning. She arranged for an assistant to drop the flowers off when I changed timing last minute, and Stephanie stuck around to make sure the transition from ceremony to reception decor went off without a hitch. I received numerous compliments on the floral arrangements, and my bouquet was hands down my favorite part of the whole day. I would recommend Stephanie and the whole team of Flowers by Stem in a heartbeat, and I can't say thank you enough for making our wedding day absolutely perfect!

Stephanie has a real warm and genuine personality that transfers into her work. When I met with her initially, she was prepared with a "deck" of different flower cards so I could visually see the types of flowers she was recommending. It was a casual meeting over coffee/tea which seemed to generate her creative process. Her quotes were easy to follow in terms of pricing/detail, so if any changes needed to be made (and we went through three revisions), they were easy to track. On the day of, I was blown away by how lush and gorgeous the bridal and bridesmaids bouquets were. The color absolutely popped! I requested ferns for our centerpieces, since our theme was inspired by the Redwood forests from a trip week took to CA/OR and boy did she deliver. Not only did she include ferns, but she sourced SIX different varieties to be included. We requested gold vases for our round tables and clear bud vases for our rectangle tables, and again, she truly delivered. There was so much variety, in terms of both the vases (square and trumpet-like for the gold) but the arrangements (she also included this light lavender in addition to the burgundies, greens, and ivory flowers in the final proposal) were like visual candy for our guests eyes when the reception space was revealed. I did provide some heirloom vases to be used and when I went to pick those up from her studio following the wedding. She included 1/2 dozen roses "just because". It's those caring little details that make her extraordinary at what she does.

Finding a florist for our wedding was a daunting task. I’m not a flower-person – I know very little about different kinds of flowers, etc. – and a lot of what I was seeing online seemed way out of our price range. Stem was the first florist I contacted and we set a time to meet. We met informally at a coffee shop which was a nice, low pressure way to get to know each other. Stephanie listened to all of my ideas about flowers (and the décor in general) and we had a really good back-and-forth with brainstorming ideas about the flowers. She even had note cards with all different flower types and colors which was super helpful. Stephanie also offered a lot of expert opinion and insight. For example, I had originally wanted my bridal bouquet to be all white with the bridesmaids bouquets in deep saturated colors. Steph suggested that the bridal bouquet have some color in it too – that it would stand out more against my dress in photos. I liked the idea and agreed and was so happy with that decision! You could tell that she’s done a lot of weddings, she had some great ideas but also was pushy about it. It was a great collaboration After the initial meeting, Stephanie sent a detailed proposal with every floral item listed individually with a description of what it was and what flowers would be used. She also included some of my own inspiration images and imagery of the flowers she was using at the top. This helped document the color story and flower selections. The way in which the information was presented in the proposal was very clear as to what we were getting. The best part was she was able to work within our budget! On the day of our wedding I never saw Stephanie or her helpers. They were in and out with their delivery to our venue and everything was there ready for us when we showed up. Everything was fresh and lovely. I would highly recommend Flowers by Stem for their value (both financially and also their valuable experience level). It was a really easy and stress free process working with them and everything turned out just as we had discussed.

I selected Stephanie as my wedding vendor after seeing her outstanding work at another wedding. I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with Steph. She has an extremely laid back vibe and never pushed her thoughts/opinions on me, only helped my obscure vision come to life and then some. I will never forget walking into our reception and being totally blown away by the winter wonderland she had created out of the very fewest seeds that I had provided her. Even our wedding planner, who unlike Steph was rather difficult to work with, could not stop gushing over how amazing Steph's floral designs were. While my husband and I got married almost two years ago, we still use Steph for all our major events, most recently our little boy's baptism...she is just that wonderful!

Stephanie and I have been friends for a while but it wasn't until I got engaged that I was able to tap into her floral talents. From the bouquets, to the corsages, to the table centerpieces - everything was done with the utmost attention to detail. I definitely don’t know much about flowers, but she was so good at taking my vague descriptions and overall vision for my wedding and turning it into an amazing design, all while staying within my budget (and no pressure trying to get me to raise it like I ran into with other flower vendors). She was also very good at suggestions on ways to make the arrangements and bouquets even better, which I totally appreciated! She was so reliable, responsive, and easy to work with, and the flowers arrived at the venue right at the scheduled time.
