I found Flowers by Topaz at a bridal expo and was so excited to work with them. Everything went smoothly in the beginning, until I actually needed them to start producing samples. ...
From there, everything went downhill. Most of the correspondence was done via email, which is impersonal. I had to wait days and sometimes weeks to get a response. Nothing was done early, as promised. I basically had to stalk people to get anything done on time. Anna and Jessica were helpful at times, but Mark, the owner, is uninvolved in most of the process. The end products looked beautiful, but for the price and extremely poor service, I would say Flowers by Topaz is not worth your time.
People are still talking about the flowers at our wedding along with every other detail that was done by Flowers by Topaz! Mark, Anna, and the rest of the team did an outstanding ...
job. Mark’s creativity and attention to detail are what make him EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!!!!! He designed almost every aspect of our wedding, from invitations, to menu cards, to place cards, to table linens, chair sashes, ceremony decorations, cake decorations and of course our centerpieces and reception room, it was like having a wedding planner. Our flowers were beyond perfect and when I got a sneak peak of our reception room, I can honestly say it took my breath away. Our venue has even requested a picture of our reception room for their website! Mark truly went above and beyond anything we could have ever imagined. Words could not express the gratitude we feel. Mark thank you for making our day a dream come true, it would not have been the same without you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

z, because Mark and Anna did something other florists didn't - the focus of every appointment was US! There were no distractions like phone calls, or customers. During each appointment, they made us feel that our wedding, was their only wedding.
Mark insisted on finding out the details of everyhting we had on order (invites, table linens, etc.) He understood our vision, and made it a reality. He also provided us with advice on many smaller details on items we would not have thought of, like menu cards and how they are placed on the table.
Our wedding, was a same sex wedding. At first we were nervous about the planning process because we did not know how vendors would react. Would they take advantage of us? Would we be mistreated? Would we get inferior products because we are "guys"? The team at Topaz treated us like they treat every other couple. To quote Anna - "your wedding is no different than any other."
Thank you Topaz.........

eard so many negative experiences about florists that I wanted to avoid and I did. It was perfect!! Mark and Ana are amazing, very helpful and friendly too. My only slight complaint would be that it was very difficult to get in touch with Mark which became frustrating a few times. At the end of the day though that did not matter and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Flowers by Topaz!
