Vivian's personal style designing with flowers is loose, organic and romantic but it can also be very modern, clean line, elegant, sophisticated, shabby chic or boho style. She love flowers and at a very early age she had the opportunity to learn and play with them at her mom's flower shop in Puerto Rico. She finished college with a BBA in Business Administration but her true passion was within the floral design and event decor. Supported by her husband Jose (who is the Accountant, Warehouse Manager and Logistics) what started out as a solo venture in Vivian's garage, expanded into a production company with an amazing team and serving South of Florida since 2001.
"’It's pretty easy to know where my love of entertaining came from. I had a grandmother who had an amazing house and she love to entertained down to a science. She was a woman who loved a good party, good service, great table escapes. When I was a small child, I would use her bar to prepare assortment of cocktails (of course not using alcohol) and utensils to practice setting up parties for her, she had an amazing silver ware, oh my! When I grew older, I would help my grandmother set up for her various parties, and watch how she had meticulously organized and planned everything down to the smallest detail."

Danny whom is Vivians assistant and right hand man is heaven sent! we vibed and connected in a way unimaginable! He understood my vision and contributed to "my look" like no-one else could. On the day of the wedding all i kept saying was "WOW, WOW, WOW" my expectations were EXCEEDED! my vision and DREAM had come true! Vivian and Danny are truly the nicest people I've ever met, they are so patient and understanding and are true artists at their profession.

Dany truly cared about what we wanted for our wedding. After seeing what Vivian did for my sister’s wedding, we gave her complete authority for decorations and design. Our wedding day only continued to confirm why she is a creative genius (see pictures). She surpassed our expectations and her attention to detail blew us away. Her arrangements were better than we ever could have hoped for.
As for the coordination and planning, Dany is outstanding. Dany thinks about your timeline, your venue, the layout, your place settings, essentially your overall vision. And when you think you’ve thought about it all, Dany reviews everything to confirm it with you. He was extremely patient and willing to offer his own suggestions based on our design. Dany is responsive, personable, and made himself available to address ALL of our questions along the way. We went into our wedding excited knowing they would provide an exceptional masterpiece and they definitely did!

ful job! They were always helpful and took their time with my wedding details every time I needed to communicate. They are also very kind, genuine people and you get the sense that they care. They especially exceeded expectations on the day of the wedding. Dany kept everything flowing smoothly, allowing me the freedom to focus on what I needed to do to get myself together and not having to stress over any other details, while Vivian made sure that her creative eye covered every inch of our event venue. o NY without having secured a florist. Less than 2 months before our big day we decided we NEEDED to find a florist asap, and contacted Vivian Colls at the recommendation of our wedding planner (Cristi G Events). We never met in person prior to our wedding, but we knew from our first few phone calls that we wanted Vivian and her team as our florist.
Her assistant Dany was a pleasure to work with, always available to answer our questions and run ideas by. Vivian is very talented at what she does, so I didn’t want to give her too much direction or inhibit her creatively. I just let her know the overall colors and style we were going for and let her run with it. I told her “we want a classic style with white, gold, natural browns and greenery” and sent along a few photos of bouquets and centerpieces we liked. We never went in for a “mock-up” of our wedding day florals, so everything was going to be a surprise. We were thrilled and completely impressed with what she put together for our wedding day. Everything was BETTER than any of the photos I sent her. Our flowers, candles and overall set-up were perfection. Weeks after the wedding, guests are still complementing us on our décor and flowers. My husband and I are so happy we chose Vivian Colls as our florist and are confident no other florist in Miami could have done as beautiful a job. When the big day was approaching, I started panicking that I hadn't seen anything in person and she assured me that I would love everything that we had discussed. When the day arrived, everything was perfection. From the floating orchid wall framing our alter during our ceremony, to the centerpieces, card table and bouquets, everything was STUNNING. Vivian and her team truly exceeded all of our expectations. She captured exactly what we had in mind and took it to another level we didn't even know existed. en my mother and I walked in to our first meeting with Vivian, there, in front of us stood an arrangement with the exact same flowers color scheme I wanted for my own upcoming wedding.
Then we sat down, and we both just fell in love. Not only with her simply incredible personality, but her stellar flowers as well. She makes you feel so comfortable. I swear that I am looking for an excuse to go back and visit with her :)
The day of my wedding finally arrived, and I was so calm knowing Vivian was there to make my venue look spectacular. My floral arrangements were dripping with peonies and my bouquet was exactly what I had envisioned. There were candles in every nook of my venue, making the place look spectacularly romantic.
All in all, Vivian outdid herself.
So blessed she was available for our big day. Her attention to detail is immaculate. You are a lucky bride if you are able to snag Ms. Colls!

She has an amazing personality and was constantly helping us...she went over and beyond to make sure that our last minute to-do's were taken care of. She also found ways to make things even more affordable...to me that means that she truly cares. Vivian and her team did an amazing job on our decorations, my guest cannot stop talking about how great everything looked!
