Further, on a personal note, we had originally had her booked for a 2020 wedding but with COVID, we had to push back until 2021 – she honored her prices for 2020 which I thought was very respectful and meant a lot to me as I had lost my job last year.
My wedding was absolutely GORGEOUS because of Emily and her team. All flowers and greenery were real and fresh and smelled lovely. The setup and tear down was fast and efficient and as the bride, put my mind at ease that I didn’t have to worry about those things.

she was extremely supportive and understanding. She was honest and even made several suggestions so we could save some money. The day before the wedding, she called me to ask about my bridal bouquet. She thought we might want to make a minor change with one of the flower colors. She sent me pictures and I decided to go with her vision, which was 100% the right decision. On the wedding day, Emilie's team arrived promptly, delivering the flowers in perfect condition and setting up our centerpieces. Every single item exceeded my expectations, down to the boutonnieres and flower girl halo. Emilie even stopped by a few hours after the delivery to make sure I was happy. We were married at Starved Rock Lodge, and Flowers Plus put together the most beautiful floral decorations for the mantel I have ever seen! We had very specific colors in our wedding, and Emilie made sure that they matched perfectly in our bouquets. We received so many compliments on our centerpieces, and many guests told us that they loved how she incorporated the outdoorsy feel inside the lodge. Emilie really took her time to go over every little detail with us in our meetings. She never made us feel rushed, and was very patient when we made changes. She even incorporated many of the decorations that we supplied ourselves into her design. She keeps her prices low and incredibly fair for the services we received. She went above and beyond to make sure everything looked perfect. I could not have imagined our wedding being any more beautiful, and I am so happy we chose to use Flowers Plus.

It seemed as if some of our discussions and requests (mostly regarding pricing) got lost in the shuffle, leading to a last minute scramble of making sure things were effectively communicated and taken care of.
