Fluff Meringues & More is a dedicated treat bakery that uses fine ingredients to produce unique, tasty delights. Our eggs are fresh and local. Our sugar is sourced from pure sugar cane. Our chocolate is Belgian and many of our other ingredients are not only organic, but even gluten free and kosher certified. From our pavlova bar to our meringue tower to our crowd pleasing favors, we can do just about anything in any flavor and any color to suit your wedding day wants. That said, our listed offerings are just the tip of the fluffin’ iceberg. We currently operate out of a commercial kitchen in central Austin as our storefront will not be open Spring 2018.
