How it Works
We meet you where you are at in the planning process and customize your experience based on your needs - whether you are just getting started or need us to jump to to take care of that day-of schedule. Flutter Social’s virtual Planners are available for full and partial coordination, and you can always include one of our Day-Of Coordinators.
1. Tell us about you and we'll match you with the perfect Wedding Planner for you. Over your first video session, you'll define your vision and design goals for your event.
2. Throughout the planning process, your Planner will keep you organized, on-time, and on-budget through the Flutter Social planning platform. Collaborating with you over video sessions, email, and text. We create and manage a custom planning to-do list just for you. We cover it all from nailing down a budget, hiring and coordinating with your vendor team, and designing a day-of schedule that will have you heading into your big day day stress-free [and feeling good as hell].
3. When it's go-time, your Virtual Planner will coordinate with all your key players. We'll transfer your event playbook to your own point person or you can hire a Flutter Day-Of Coordinator to manage your full event on-site.

YOU NEED FLUTTER SOCIAL! They were my most valuable vendor during the wedding planning process. I was a DIY bride, and thought I could handle the coordination myself, boy was I wr...
ong! I started working with FS two months before my wedding and my only regret is not working with them sooner. Marcie single-handedly saved my wedding when my rental company decided to not show up until 30 minutes before the wedding. And she did it with a smile on, not letting me know anything went wrong. She thought of every detail that I forgot and made the day a breeze. She is organized and comforting. Allowing me to have my non-traditional wedding, while still keeping everything in check. Everyone was telling me, "things are going to go wrong!", but the day went off without a hitch because of this company. 20/10 would recommend.
Our wedding day was beautiful & stress free thanks to Flutter Social!

ing a pandemic was simply too much for us to handle ourselves. We were thrilled to find Flutter Social and were able to work with Kaleigh and Marcie seamlessly through all of the ups and downs of Covid. We thought we just needed some assistance with coordination and logistics but we got so much more. They helped us find and book many of our amazing vendors, coordinated day-of details and logistics (including a plan B), and provided much needed guidance and advice on how to bring our vision to life. Without them I don’t know how we would have been able to pull off such a beautiful day so smoothly. We are so grateful!
Flutter Social is on my list of ‘must-haves’ for every bride (and honestly any event). A full-blown wedding planner wasn’t in our budget… this was affordable & EVEN BETTER! Kaleigh...
kept me stress-free, on task, and organized from start to finish. There is SO MUCH to think about when planning a wedding – Kaleigh helped bring all my scattered ideas to life while also helping review contracts, reach out to vendors, and be a lending ear! I already miss our monthly zoom calls, weekly office hours, and endless emailing & texting. If you need a lot of help planning or just a little help – check out Flutter Social. There is no chance our wedding would have come together so perfectly without Flutter Social & Kaleigh's guidance!
My only issue with Flutter Social is I did not bring them on board sooner! This wedding season has been so uncertain and heartbreaking. Marcie went above and beyond anything I coul...
d have hoped for and despite the COVID restrictions, I felt like I sacrificed nothing. She handled things I never expected her to. I am a military planner so I thought had everything all handled, and I was reluctant to give anyone else control over anything. Marcie had wisdom, positivity, and a willingness to relieve me of any stress. We got to a point that we told her to handle whatever she thought was necessary, she didn't even need to check in with us. I had that much trust in her. She made us feel like we were her only client, due to her easily recollected knowledge of our small wedding details.
She helped solve problems, coordinated with multiple people, and helped bring my creative vision to life. For me it culminated in this amazing photo where we had to change the way we used our lanterns due to a no fire policy. Throughout the day my friends and family would say, "Marcie is awesome."
I heard people say that wedding planners are worth every penny and I often rolled my eyes at that. It is true, but only if the planners are professional, skilled, and kind. Marcie and Flutter Social are that and so much more. We are so grateful.
It's 2019, yes to online wedding planners. Lauren helped us plan the best day ever. Both my partner and I have demanding jobs and we were planning the wedding from out of town. We ...
thought we could handle everything on our own but after going back and forth with a few venues (and so many calls with our parents) we realized we could use some professional help. Everything we did was from a distance so working online with Lauren made things so easy. She was always one step ahead of us and laid out options in a way that honestly made all the decision making fun. Flutter kept us super organized and we really ended up working with the best local vendors thanks to Lauren's connections. And, that day-of schedule was fire. Thank you, thank you. We really had the best wedding and owe a lot of that to the Flutter team.
Working with Flutter wedding planner was the best decision I made as far as wedding planning goes. Jess helped me navigate everything from finding my venue and all my vendors to ha...
ndling all my to-do's and that day of timeline. She got my vision and knew just what vendors would get it too. Anytime I had a question she was there to help me and her expertise was a huge value add. It was like having my own personal assistant and honestly I was sad to part ways when the wedding planning was over.
