My love for wood flowers started when my oldest daughter was planning her wedding. She found out about wood flowers and wanted something she could keep to remember her beautiful day. I did my research and I found a passion I didn't know I was missing! I love helping couples plan their special day with an option of keeping flowers that won't die. In my free time, I love to spend time with my family, read and make crafts. I love researching about flowers - my favorite flower is the Peony. It's such a delicate and beautiful flower!

I knew I wanted something a little different for my florals. I don't tolerate flowers too well and I've just never really enjoyed them the way others do. Finding out wooden flowers were a thing was the coolest addition to our wedding day. No only do they last forever, one of my favorite things to talk about during our wedding was how the flowers my guest openly adored where not ever flowers after all. It was an absolute hit with my bridesmaids, my guests, and well myself.

Fluttering Bloom Designs was so great to work with and she captured everything I wanted in the flowers she created for our wedding. She even used a list of real flowers from our other florist and created wood flowers to perfectly match!

I always wanted wooded flowers for my wedding because they are cheaper, look amazing, and last forever. The owner was very nice and made sure that all the flowers were exactly how I wanted them. I could not have ask for anything better.

Shelly was incredible to work with. She met us at our budget and kept us involved throughout the process. My only regret is choosing to go with a real bouquet for my bouquet instead of going with the wood flowers!!! I used the wood flowers for my bridal party arrangements and decor!

BRAVO, BRAVO! This lady made our day!! All floral arrangements were delivered on time and well packaged. My bouquet was incredibly light and airy. Such beautiful work. We will be back for future floral arrangements! My bouquet is on our mantle and my husbands Boutonniere is on the fridge! Thank you Shelly, love the newly wedded!

Shelly is amazing! She made my bouquet (a cascade), the bouquets for my bridesmaids, boutonnieres for my groomsmen, and the floral swag I used as table decor... all Sola Wood flowers that Ms. Shelly specializes in! The process is super thorough and easy going. My dream wedding bouquet was brought to life and definitely had that “me” factor to it. I could not have asked for a better experience. So thankful and appreciative of FBD 🦋

I couldn’t have had a better experience with Fluttering Bloom Designs and Shelly (the owner). The moment I saw her wooden flowers at a friends wedding, I knew that was exactly what I wanted for mine.
