Flye Weddings

it started was Elizabeth told me she had a different wedding to do so she put her trust in Jnette which is fine. Only got to meet Jnette by close to a month away, maybe less from our wedding. Here are some of the many things that went wrong during the process: Jnette didn't have a phone to get into contact with her maybe a few days before the wedding which made things really hard because she wasn't on time to the important events. She was late to the final walk through of the venue, the rehearsal and most importantly she came late (1:30pm) on the wedding day (when she should have been there at 10am when the venue opened) and never came in apologizing for being late on her part. It even says on our contract that she should be there from 9am- almost 12am. My venue opened at 10am so she had an hour to get there if anything. During rehearsal, our officiant was trying to do his part and get us right for the ceremony but Jnette was bickering with him in front of the whole bridal party and stepping on his toes (metaphorially) saying no trying to take control. Because she was late on wedding day, our ceremony was backed up because the "chairs were dirty" even though the assistant spent ALOT of time cleaning them off and waiting for Jnette to get there. She got her son to come possibly an hour before the ceremony to put chair covers over them and he took forever to do it so I had to ask my bridal party to help (and help with alot more things). Ceremony site wasn't ready at the time we were suppose to do the ceremony.  The guests at our wedding were standing, waiting for a solid hour for them to get everything together. She didn't use said things that I wanted to use that I discussed with Elizabeth prior and use alot of her own decor that she never asked me about and I never really wanted in the first place and I felt like if I didn't agree with her/ spoke my mind about it she would be upset. Also felt like she didn't look at the website/ aisle planner because ask would ask me about the timeline even though it is on there. She was too all over the place and rigid and was definitely not the right fit for me as a coordinator. I would have rather done it all myself instead of her coordinating the day. My family and friends ask me before the wedding if I would need any help yet, when Elizabeth and me talked about what to expect over the phone, she said Jnette should not need the help and let her take the reigns. But still by the end of it she needed too much help and lacked calmness. It's bad that I heard from guests that Jnette said she was stressed and that my sister (MOH) had to calm her down. My whole bridal party AND other vendors were so confused what she was doing the whole day and some were wondering why i picked her which is pretty disappointing to here.
