We were lucky enough to rent the entire property for four days with our families for our wedding, and honestly, it was nothing short of magical. Between all the beautiful houses and the gorgeous barn, the venue blew us away. It was exactly what we dreamed of — a perfect place to celebrate, relax, and make unforgettable memories with everyone we love. Sarah deserves a special shoutout, from the moment we booked in March 2024 all the way to our wedding day in May 2025, she was an absolute dream to work with. So organized, kind, and always quick to respond, Sarah made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. We felt truly supported every step of the way. We absolutely loved everything about the venue and can’t wait to come back with our families every year to relive the magic of this incredible place! We loved having our wedding weekend at Flying Caballos Ranch. The grounds had everything we needed, we housed all our bridesmaids in the Farmhouse, and our brothers in the other two rental homes. The honeymoon tower was so cute! We had our morning after brunch, welcome party and ceremony in the backyard of the Farmhouse and the reception in the beautiful barn, plus an afterparty around the firepit. Loved it!

The venue has a maximum capacity of 200 guests and offers a choice of event spaces. These include the large, lush Islay Lawn, the beautifully landscaped Farmhouse Garden, the Oaks, never less than perfect, especially on a warm summer's day, the always-cozy Barn Patio, and the 3,800-square-foot Barn with its beautiful glass sliding doors and promise of hours of fun. The property also has four historic homes that provide overnight accommodation for up to 24 guests. The Flying Caballos Ranch offers day-use and weekend wedding packages. The weekend package includes time for your rehearsal dinner and farewell brunch. d that and more! Not only were we able to provide lodging we also hosted our rehearsal dinner on the property. We loved that we could have the ceremony on the lawn overlooking the rolling hills and that the reception was just a stroll down the beautiful steps to the barn. The staff was incredible and we are so, so happy that we got married at our dream venue. Thank you Flying Caballos Ranch!

d then we also fell in love with the fact that there are 4 places on the property where you and your guests can stay. And of course the barn is so pretty! We were able to stay with our whole wedding party onsite which made the weekend that much more fun by having everyone together. The venue is also located near the airport and close to downtown so it’s easy for guests to get to. There are so many great spots on the property that allow you to host different parts of your wedding in different areas. We had the rehearsal dinner and wedding cocktail hour out back of the yellow farm house which is such a pretty spot with lights strung around. The ceremony was held on the lawn overlooking the hills. The wedding reception and dancing were held inside the barn. The bridal parties were also able to get ready onsite which was nice. It’s such a beautiful venue to get married at and many guests were telling us how much they love the venue. There are also a lot of great spots for photos! Sarah who oversees the venue and was also our month of coordinator is so great too! She knows the property so well and was super helpful with planning out the details of our day and made the actual day run so smoothly!! She had everything handled, and we and our families were all very impressed. It really is a special place and we’re so lucky we got to get married there! We love Flying Caballos!
