or our 95 person wedding.
We were lucky enough to have Julia be our wedding planner/ day of coordinator and couldn't be more grateful to have her in our corner. I TRULY don't know what I would've done without all of her help. Not only is she so approachable and communicative, but she's patient, intentional, and super accommodating. She is also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the vendors, timeline, and event planning general. Julia truly brought our vision to life and executed the day so seamlessly.
The guests were in shock of how amazing the scenery is from Flying Cloud and from the venue itself. We can’t recommend this venue and Julia as your planner enough. Thank you so much for everything Julia!!

, green, and absolutely beautiful, even in the middle of July in Northern California. It was like stepping into a hidden oasis.
Our cocktail hour was held indoors, in a space that felt like a cozy Tuscan wine cellar – warm, inviting, and full of character. It was such a unique contrast to the garden ceremony and gave our guests a memorable experience from start to finish.
The newly renovated bridal suite was also a dream! It was the perfect space for getting ready with my bridesmaids – comfortable, stylish, and thoughtfully designed to make those pre-ceremony moments feel extra special.
A huge shoutout to Julia, the venue coordinator, who was amazing to work with. She was knowledgeable and patient throughout the planning process. She handled all the logistics with our linens and dinnerware order, and her team made sure everything ran smoothly. Thanks to them, the entire day went off without any major hitches.

We have nothing but great things to say about Flying Cloud Farm. My wife and I loved the venue and our guests continue to say great things about it as well! We definitely would recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a beautiful venue with a stunning view of Sonoma County. Our wedding photos were taken at the venue with the rolling hills in the background and we could not be happier.
We look forward to returning to Flying Cloud Farm to celebrate an anniversary or reminisce on that amazing day!

We hope to have another opportunity to use this beautiful property again.
I am still in la-la-land over how perfect our wedding day was and can’t thank Flying Cloud or Julia enough. Our wedding date was off season therefore rain was a possible challenge....
And yes it rained on the big day but that didn’t get us down. Julia and all of our vendors worked together and somehow the timing was absolute perfection that we were able to have our ceremony outside on the patio just as we had hoped with all other activities inside the rest of the evening. Julia put forward so much effort to make my outdoor ceremony dream a reality that she even moved all chairs inside due to a light sprinkle about an hour before our start time only to move everything back in position as the sun came out again so I could walk down the isle outside. The attention to detail Julia possesses is top notch. She is organized, thorough, had a solution for all of my challenges, and brought my Pinterest vision board to life. The options for ceremony and reception possibilities at this venue are endless and the grounds are beautiful.

k to respond to any questions we had and always had solutions to any bumps we came up against. We got married in March and loved that if the weather did not cooperate that there were inside and outside spaces available.
The bridal suite was comfortable and the perfect spot for me and my bridesmaids to get ready. My husband and his groomsmen enjoyed having their own space onsite as well.
Our guests raved about how beautiful the space is and the friendliness of everyone involved.
Jeanette made the entire planning process easy and fun. We could not have imagined a more beautiful, easy and relaxed wedding!

ad a wonderful experience! The small things I would have changed-- the lawn was pretty saturated for the rehearsal and ceremony-- my dress got grass stains. Communication with some of the vendors could have been smoother day of-- schedule confusion with caterer/DJ, no one to cut cake, etc. Many our our guests loved the site.

the time the big day came, we had nothing to worry about. Jeannette had helped us iron out everything and most of our guests told us it was the most beautiful venue they'd ever been to. You can rent everything from their highly recommended vendors (who were AMAZING) and also bring in your own personal touches. Also, we had a horse come out during the party for people to pet and feed (we love horses) and it was a huge hit! Honestly, we didn't know what we were doing when we booked a venue but we went with our gut on location, space, and owner and could not have been more pleased. Can't say enough about how great our experience was!
We had been on the search for a venue in the Sonoma County area that would allow us to have the small but still beautiful wedding our our dreams. It was hard to really find a place...
that didn’t exacerbate charges just for us to simply use the premisses. During our search, we came across Flying Cloud as a viable option, and remembered we had been at a friend’s wedding over there. We had a great time... so why not?
On the day of our appointment, we fell in love with the location all over again. Secluded farm setting, breathtaking views, vineyards, outdoor grass and patio area and a gorgeous and well infrastructured indoor facility with more than enough room are some of many aspects that made this our PERFECT venue. Every single guest complemented us so much on the choice!
And what REALLY made the decision a no-brainer was the owner Jeanette, who, since meeting us, was a delight to work with and an excellent day-of coordinator. She is a wonderful professional who is experienced, structured and really cares about making sure your day goes the way you are envisioning. She also makes sure YOU get to enjoy it! Thank you, Jeanette!
5 out 5 stars!

one raved about the location. It is set up just for wedding so it is easy to have both your ceremony and reception on the grounds. Jeannette Bell and her husband own and operate the facility. ad our wedding on a Saturday, which meant we got to have the venue for three days. Friday we were able to bring everything out to the site; our decor, any extra food, our flowers, and anything for the bridal sweet and grooms sweet. The place is very secure at night which left me feeling comfortable leaving valuables out there. Saturday morning was great, having our stuff already there lead to me never feeling rushed. And Sunday, we were able to take our time come back and pick up anything we left over night (decor, flowers, dresses- the ranch staff cleans the place for you). When you walk into flying cloud it looks like your in Tuscany Italy. I really loved it, and so did my 100+ guests. Your able to throw a very intimate event, yet at the same time have a great party. There is a huge kitchen for caterers to set up in and a perfect bar as well. I really loved this site, I recommend it to everyone, and I can't wait to go to another event out there!

ntic. The staff is very friendly but be sure to read the fine print. The tour we were given - and sold on - gave everyone there the impression we had the entire venue for the whole weekend - not true. The contract states for any Sunday wedding a rehearsal has to be held on the previous Thursday - they did not uphold this for the Sunday wedding and we had to move our rehearsal on Friday afternoon to later that day. Not the worst thing in the world but worth noting. We had planned an outdoor ceremony and reception but we were rained out. The staff waited for much too long to move the chairs and tables indoors and then asked if we had any guests or anyone in the wedding party to help dry things off. Again - not the worst thing, but not terribly professional. There was rain all day, a plan should have been put in place and the tables and chairs should not have sat in the rain. There were a few wet chairs still when the guests went to sit for the ceremony. However, due to the rain, the staff did offer us to come back to the venue to take more pictures. That was a kind gesture. And even though we had a few mishaps getting everything inside, we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful wedding.
This venue offers sweeping views of Petaluma. It is unique and elegant. There is enough space to comfortably have 200 guests outside and closer to 150 inside. The size of the venue offers an intimate setting. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking for something unique, stunning, and elegant.
Flying Cloud is beautiful! It is reasonably priced, the event manager is very organized and will put you at ease, and your pictures will be amazing.

ity, however, were sub-par, as the WC was frequently late, didn't return emails, didn't really keep the reception running on time, and forgot to put the favors on the table. The beautiful environment in which the facility is located, however, made it all worth it.

everything organized and running smoothly, and was very professional and upfront about the cost (great since we had a budget to keep). We had the most wonderful and beautiful outdoor wedding.

ng for everyone. Janette is wonderful and so helpful, she makes sure that everything is taken care of! Winery feel without the winery prices! Venue is very private which is also nice! Would recommend to everyone!
The gardens were stunning. The reception hall was gorgeous and the site manager was amazing. I did not worry about a thing all day.
