In the heart of diverse West Texas, our rustic 80-acre farm in Midland can be an unusual and wildly fun setting for a summertime wedding never-to-be-forgotten! The colors in our seasonal Texas sunsets are beyond breathtaking at Fiddlesticks Farms, and we allow you to use this special effects lighting absolutely free of charge! No foolin’, folks! Traditional square hay bales can be arranged for guest seating for the ceremony, while also providing a countrified aisle for the wedding procession. The natural outdoor setting at Fiddlesticks Farms can host a wedding that is casual and informal, or an event that’s richly elegant and traditional — from “ya’ll come” to “you are cordially invited“! Please note, our venue is only available from early May to late August each summer.

Matt and Jessica are the most amazing people to work with, and will do everything in their power to make your wedding dreams come true. Fiddlesticks photographs so well and is perfect for any country-vibe wedding, and can transform to fit your colors and needs like no other. I honestly can’t imagine having my wedding anywhere else, it was amazing. Jessica took care of everything I needed and worked with my maid of honor and wedding planner to ensure I stressed about nothing the week of. They’re the best!

This place is sooooo cute. Has the means to make your wedding dreams come true! The hosts are amazingly sweet and very easy to contact if anything is needed! My day went according to plan with no hiccups due to the great service here! My wedding guests still tell me how much they loved the variety of things to do during the reception! Their kids had plenty to do and parents were really happy about that!

Such easy and sweet people to work with. This venue had something from the kids (even toddlers) to do up to the adults. The big slide made the night with my husband and I going down! It was a perfect place for our wedding. Flying Heafts Higchin Post really made our day special! I would recommend this to everyone I know!!
