indicated her services to me, today I am the bride who indicates with all my heart and joy Flying Little Birds' services to other couples! Our undying love and affection for Flying Little Birds! My fiance and I are from Brazil and we were looking for a company to hold our wedding in New York City. We needed all the security and certainty that everything would work out on our big day, since we live in another country! I found a beautiful bride reporting how amazing her big day was with Carol and Flying Little Birds' team! I contacted this bride, who really only praised and said that I could trust Flying Little Birds with my eyes closed! I got in touch with Carol who soon won us over and we quickly decided for Flying Little Birds! Everything was fine even planning our wedidng during the pandemic years! Carol was always in touch with us during all this time, giving us strength, supporting our dream, and giving us new ways to make this day happen in the best possible way! And so it was! We finally met in NY before the wedding to talk about the last details! And how amazing it was!! The other professionals chosen by her are also amazing!! Makeup artist, officiant, photographer, videographer… the best in the world! Together they made our day really THE BIG DAY! Thank you Carol, thank you Flying Little Birds, for making our dream come true! Thank you for your affection and care, for each conversation, for the support, for the thousands of ideas, for the wonderful bouquet, much more beautiful than I could have imagined! We knew that everything would work out because you were ahead of everything, of every detail! Thank you for the most beautiful bouquet in the world and favors that we will keep forever!

c point of view, and her aesthetic just sings. I was so thrilled that the flowers looked complementary instead of matchy-matchy everywhere. Got tons of compliments on the flowers. Carol makes an immense effort to think about the full picture of how all the visual aspects of a wedding go together, and it really shows. THANK YOU, Carol!

decision. It's important to be hands off and in the moment on your wedding day, and we were completely at ease with Carol. Carol was very reliable, detail-oriented, and made sure small things we didn't even think of were taken care of. Thank you for making our day special!

planned the wedding without her. In terms of flowers, I was very much a beginner. Carol expertly crafted mood boards, color schemes, suggestions, etc which perfectly captured the vibe I was looking for. Everyone complimented me that the flowers were so unique, romantic and beautiful. I was so happy to have her expertise, I trusted her completely. FLB also managed day of coordination. There are so many details and Carol took care of them all. This allowed me and my husband to enjoy our wedding day with our guests. We are very grateful for the attention to detail and seamless communication. I plan to recommend FLB as often as possible!

found Carol and never looked back. She was such a delight and calming presence the whole way but most importantly helped our rehearsal and wedding day go seamlessly handling all the logistics of the day, taking care of getting our bags (and extra cake!!) waiting for us in the hotel room, tipping and keeping track of gratuity, effortlessly managing the flow of the reception and having two fabulous assistants as well. Our moms could not get over what an amazing addition she was. Book her!!!

life! She was not only super flexible, but so supportive throughout the entire process. During every conversation, you could tell that she was thinking about every aspect of our wedding and designing the florals in a way that would work for our event and felt personal and customized for us as a couple. She was always available for questions and gave great advice from the moment we met her. The flowers themselves were absolutely beautiful – we received so many compliments on how amazing they were and were better than we could have imagined. Highly recommend working with Carol if you are looking for someone who is caring, flexible, knowledgeable, talented and with incredible attention to detail!

ed up going with Carol was that from our very first call she was asking questions, both tactical and stylistic, that I hadn't thought about yet. She has a great vision and helped us bring more personality to our day. She also completed a layout for us and we went through how people would flow through the space over the course of the event, which I found incredibly helpful. She is good at her job and makes you feel very at ease and cared for. I would recommend Carol to anyone needing coordination services plus a little more creativity!

ise made the design process alot of fun! She proved to be a great partner in realizing our vision. Carol and her team, put together a floral package that checked all of our boxes, with elegant execution and a friendly professionalism that leaves a smile on your face. Thank you Flying Little Birds!

her designs. It's Carol's love for what she does and her keen sense for design and planning that truly sets her apart and makes your day that much more thoughtful, beautiful, and special.

e details. The work was very personal and the affection that Carol treated us was very special. We will never forget! Super recommend to all. With love from Brazil. Camila and Daniel Scaravelli.

apture my essence and make my day even more perfect ... the impression was that she had made floral arrangements for a person she actually knew and had contact with. I have a great affection and a lot of respect for the professional who is Carol, because I know that she sees in each client a person who wants an unforgettable day, and beyond exceeding any expectations regarding the floral arrangements she has this gift of translating people's essence into decoration!! Thank you so much for being there for us, Carol and Flying Little Birds!!

wedding and works her magic to make it a reality. From transforming my grandmothers artwork into Chuppah drapery to crafting the most elegant centerpieces, Carol isn’t only a florist or a wedding designer, she becomes your friend and most trusted keeper of your wedding vision. She was by far the most communicative, organized, calming, caring and contagiously positive vendor that I worked with during my wedding planning process and I couldn’t have been more thrilled with the results. I would recommend her to anyone, especially couples looking for unique, personalized and modern wedding and floral design. Thank you Flying Little Birds!

e in the midst of finding the perfect venue that suited us. Carol had a warm charismatic approach and we connected immediately. She wooed us with her beautiful designs and spoke about the many options and ways in which we could work together, which made us very excited! After several months, when we finally found our venue, Carol was the first person to come to mind. We knew and felt she could achieve everything we were envisioning. This felt like a no-brainer and we immediately proceeded in reaching out to Carol. In no time we were hopping over a call with her which made us feel more comfortable, it also opened the discussion to additional inquiries we didn’t even know we had. With zero experience in all that we needed for a wedding, Carol quickly versed us on all the things we needed to know. We knew we wanted to work with her going in, but that first call guaranteed us why we wanted to work with her. She was very knowledgeable in her field and so kindhearted it was a perfect match for us! Throughout the wedding preparations from beginning to end, Carol was with us EVERY step of the way! She always made sure we were all on track with the preparations, communication was top tier and she was always very flexible to our schedule which we appreciated as it made things less complicated on our end. In terms of design, Carol nailed all the color palettes with just one conversation which meant she was attentively listening when we first spoke. We discussed a few additional ideas over the phone/email and eventually met up in person to go over final details which help tremendously. From a finance perspective, everything was always very clear from the start and there was always transparency for any changes that occurred. People say that a wedding gets really crazy a few weeks before the actual day and ours wasn’t the exception. A few fire drills happened with our venue which changed the whole tables set up ( from which I was mortified) but like a true champ, she handled these issues so very gracefully that it almost feels like the issue didn’t even happen. Needless to say, the wedding was beautiful and we are so very grateful to have gotten the opportunity to work with someone so amazing. We did not only had a wonderful wedding, but we feel as though we've gained a lifelong friend. Anyone looking to ensure that their wedding is perfect must choose Flying Little Birds.

anticipated. Congratulations, they made my dream even more beautiful and perfect!

e moment I approached her. Carol is amazing, always helpful and worked to not only meet my needs but she surpassed my expectations! My bridal bouquet went beyond what I imagined!! So unique and exclusive! Everyone commented! In addition to the gorgeous floral work, Carol also did the Day of Coordination! An incredible help that made all the difference in the photos and footage of the wedding! I can't thank her enough. A professional I can recommend with my eyes closed!"

wedding in the South of France. Working with Carol was a wonderful experience in every way. She is thoughtful, thorough, dependable, puts out impeccable work using high quality materials, is diligent about sharing photos previews of the products to ensure full satisfaction prior to production, and delivers her products beautifully packaged and on schedule. I contacted Carol and asked if she could create lavender sachets with white ribbons and she immediately agreed. Not only did she produce the sachets but she worked with us to customize their labels (bearing our names and wedding date) with the same font, lavender color and style we were using on our wedding invitation. I also asked Carol if she could produce customized programs for the church ceremony and she agreed. Again, she offered many options to us and patiently modified or tweaked the programs until we were satisfied. She matched our wedding invitation font and wedding colors to create a seamless visual experience. We asked Carol to ship the sachets to our wedding planners in France and they received the packages on schedule. When we opened the boxes, I was stunned by the care and beauty of not only the sachets and programs but also of her packaging: the sachets were carefully displayed in neat rows on beds of crisp tissue paper, in gorgeous floral keepsake boxes held shut by ribbons. Carol did not even charge us for these boxes which in themselves are very special. The Wedding Programs were distributed to each guest as they entered the church and were lovely to read and hold. The Lavender Sachets were placed on each of the guests’ dinner napkin and were not only very decorative, but light and fragrant to carry home. I am very grateful to Carol Guedes for the care, foresight and love she put in every item she produced. It certainly showed, and made my wedding feel very special. I would use Flying Little Birds again without hesitation if i were to need customized gifts again. Carol Guedes goes above and beyond anything i could have expected, and is certainly one of the top vendors i have ever worked with. I would recommend Flying Little Birds to anyone.

away. Her attention to detail made all the difference in the world. For our rustic setting she incorporated objects such as branch hearts that she made herself and center pieces from local materials. Carol was so upbeat throughout the whole preparation. Definitely the best experience I could have hoped for as a stressed out Bride just weeks before our wedding.
