She wooed us with her beautiful designs and spoke about the many options and ways in which we could work together, which made us very excited! With zero experience in all that we needed for a wedding, Carol quickly versed us on all the things we needed to know. We knew we wanted to work with her going in, but that first call guaranteed us why we wanted to work with her. She was very knowledgeable in her field and so kindhearted it was a perfect match for us! Throughout the wedding preparations from beginning to end, Carol was with us EVERY step of the way! She always made sure we were all on track with the preparations, communication was top tier and she was always very flexible to our schedule which we appreciated as it made things less complicated on our end. In terms of design, Carol nailed all the color palettes with just one conversation which meant she was attentively listening when we first spoke. We discussed a few additional ideas over the phone/email and eventually met up in person to go over final details which help tremendously. From a finance perspective, everything was always very clear from the start and there was always transparency for any changes that occurred. People say that a wedding gets really crazy a few weeks before the actual day and ours wasn’t the exception. A few fire drills happened with our venue which changed the whole tables set up ( from which I was mortified) but like a true champ, she handled these issues so very gracefully that it almost feels like the issue didn’t even happen. Needless to say, the wedding was beautiful and we are so very grateful to have gotten the opportunity to work with someone so amazing. We did not only had a wonderful wedding, but we feel as though we've gained a lifelong friend. Anyone looking to ensure that their wedding is perfect must choose Flying Little Birds.

She is thoughtful, thorough, dependable, puts out impeccable work using high quality materials, is diligent about sharing photos previews of the products to ensure full satisfaction prior to production, and delivers her products beautifully packaged and on schedule. I contacted Carol and asked if she could create lavender sachets with white ribbons and she immediately agreed. Not only did she produce the sachets but she worked with us to customize their labels (bearing our names and wedding date) with the same font, lavender color and style we were using on our wedding invitation. I also asked Carol if she could produce customized programs for the church ceremony and she agreed. Again, she offered many options to us and patiently modified or tweaked the programs until we were satisfied. She matched our wedding invitation font and wedding colors to create a seamless visual experience. We asked Carol to ship the sachets to our wedding planners in France and they received the packages on schedule. When we opened the boxes, I was stunned by the care and beauty of not only the sachets and programs but also of her packaging: the sachets were carefully displayed in neat rows on beds of crisp tissue paper, in gorgeous floral keepsake boxes held shut by ribbons. Carol did not even charge us for these boxes which in themselves are very special. The Wedding Programs were distributed to each guest as they entered the church and were lovely to read and hold. The Lavender Sachets were placed on each of the guests’ dinner napkin and were not only very decorative, but light and fragrant to carry home. I am very grateful to Carol Guedes for the care, foresight and love she put in every item she produced. It certainly showed, and made my wedding feel very special. I would use Flying Little Birds again without hesitation if i were to need customized gifts again. Carol Guedes goes above and beyond anything i could have expected, and is certainly one of the top vendors i have ever worked with. I would recommend Flying Little Birds to anyone.
