We got married in December of 2024 and hired Fly Rides to transport our guests and wedding party to the venue. The guest shuttle was great, however, the shuttle for the wedding party was running late. After discussing this incident with the owner, Scott, he sincerely apologized and worked with us to make it right. We understand that mistakes happen, and Scott took direct responsibility for this and was quick to resolve this issue. Overall, I would recommend using Fly-Rides for their great customer service and fun busses!
We recently used Fly-Rides for our wedding in Dripping Springs, and it was the perfect choice! With many of our guests traveling from out of town and unfamiliar with the Hill Country roads, we wanted a transportation option that allowed everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. If you are looking for post-wedding transportation (or really any group transportation) and are a fun person you HAVE TO use FlyRides. I'm so serious when I say this bus ride was one of the highlights of our weekend - our guests couldn't get over how fun the bus was, to the point where we didn't even want to go to the after party and just wanted to stay on and keep circling the block. Scott is a dream to work with and so is his team. 10/10 recommend.
We had an incredible experience Fly Rides at our wedding! Our guests had an absolute blast, and there are so many fun pictures and videos from the ride of them doing karoke and dancing to their favorite songs. Coordination was really easy and the buses arrived on time, and the drivers were not only friendly but also very accommodating, especially when there was confusion around departure times from our guests at the end of the night and they had to wait a bit longer for us to get on.The bus rides became a unique and fun phase of the event that truly felt like Austin, helping to kick off the celebration and keep the energy going all the way into the afterparty.Additionally, Scott owner was proactive in reaching out to us to coordinate around an issues that arose with one of the buses a few days prior- we were able to work together to find solutions quickly that met our needs. Fly Rides was super easy to work with and the most affordable option we could find. Our guests had a ton of fun riding these buses to the venue and back. Fly-Rides were fantastic in planning and executing travel for our wedding guests. We had a somewhat complex itinerary with multiple hotels, a 30-min trip to the venue, and an afterparty at a bar. We also had some last minute scheduling changes because of weather. Scott and the team were very communicative and on top of things to make sure everything went smoothly.
We used Fly-Rides as the wedding day transportation from downtown Austin and out to Dripping Springs. Our guests had a great time on the buses, they said it felt like the bus extended the party on the way back downtown! Communication was great from the start as well. I do wish they provided a deposit option as dishing out thousands of dollars for a single vendor at one time can be tough for some. Also, one of the buses did not have air conditioning which on a 90+ degree day was challenging for some of the guests.
Pre-wedding communication was solid. The punctuality, drivers' customer service and busses themselves were A+. Some of the most fun I had at the wedding was on the way from the event to the after party. It was pure mania and will remember it forever.
We used Fly-Rides for transportation from Dripping Springs to our welcome party downtown. They were affordable, on time, communicative, & kind! The bus was nice and fun as well!
Great transportation for a wedding! We got married in Lockhart, and shuttled our guests from downtown! It was a great bus ride for everyone, and you are able to bring drinks to keep the party going! You can plug in your own device, and play whatever you want! I had the best time coming back from our wedding by dancing, and holding onto the ropes they installed! Our guests loved this experience. Getting two was perfect for a crowd that wanted to keep the party going, and the one then was ready to take it down a notch. The bus drivers were punctual, and Scott is very responsive!

Fly Rides is AWESOME! Our guests had so many wonderful things to say about them. These buses kept the party going when the wedding was over! We also used them to pick up the wedding party. For the bridal party, we had a strict schedule for hair and makeup that we needed to be at our venue by noon and Fly Rides made that happen. They picked up all our guests before the ceremony and got everyone home safely by the end of the night. Our drivers were so friendly and Scott did great organizing everything for us. 100% would recommend again!
We used Fly Rides for our wedding last weekend and it was truly a highlight of ours and our guests night! During the planning process Scott was on top of it to make sure we had the correct buses for the amount of people we had, and everything was easy to lock down and plan. We had to last minute add on another bus due to the amount of people coming, and that was a breeze. The night of the wedding Fly Rides showed up on time and kept the party going! None of my guests wanted to get off the busses - that's when you know it is a good tine! Would 100% recommend Fly Rides for any event, and as a fun extension to your wedding. So much fun!!!

As a wedding planner in Austin I have worked with Fly Rides a dozen times and everything always goes perfectly. We had the best time riding in style with Fly-Rides! Scott was great and the whole booking process was quick and easy. Our driver, Phil, was awesome. He communicated a few days before about pick up and drop off. Even knew of potential road closures in case we needed to pick another pick up spot. The bus had Bluetooth so we could play our own music and dance! I couldn’t recommend it more!

Was kinda sceptical booking this company since it's somewhat new and there weren't many reviews but after calling every bus company in the Austin area, this was my only option.
Without any hesitation I can say this was one of the best days I've ever had and this company made my wedding day seamless and easy. Staff was friendly, fun, energetic, professional and my friends and I had a great day (even when we got a little wild). Five star experience, five star company.

Fly-Rides was a great choice for our wedding. Many of our guests commented about how fun the ride was and easy the service was, which is a big credit to the drivers. Scott was one of the most responsive vendors I worked with during the planning process. My recommendation would be to book early - since our wedding was Halloween weekend, availability was competitive and pricing reflected that (albeit still very affordable). Overall though, Fly-Rides would be highly recommended from our group!
My wedding ended with the wedding party and friends getting on a fly rides bus and I’m so glad it did! It was one of the most fun parts of the whole thing and when we got dropped off downtown, we all kind of wished we could’ve just kept riding the bus instead! You won’t regret this addition to any event.

We used fly rides for a bachelorette party to get to our boat on lake Travis and it made our day even better!! Prior to the bus they were helpful/ responsive in getting it booked and our driver Claudia texted us a few days before to make sure we were all set. Claudia was an amazing driver and we had so much fun with her! I would recommend them to anyone in the austin area if you want a fun, professional and affordable transportation option!
I hate to admit this but I believe the bus ride home from the wedding on the Fly-Rides bus was some of the guests favorite part of the wedding. The bus was extremely fun. The drivers were on time, the bus design was very cool, Scott (owner) was easy to work with and responsive to all our questions, and we had a great time on the bus. I higher recommend using Fly-Rides for your wedding transportation if you are looking for an amazing way to end (or start!) your wedding night.
We were very pleased with Fly-Rides as our shuttle choice to take wedding guests from Downtown Austin to our wedding site about 25 minutes outside of the city.
They were a very reasonably priced option and our guests loved the fun atmosphere on the bus, including letting the bride control the music on the way back at the end of the night. It was truly a party!
The team was also extremely communicative and on-time in the week leading up to the event and on the day itself. The owner even kept us informed about some maintenance tasks going on with the bus during the week to keep us at ease with it being ready on the wedding day. He clearly cared to make sure our day would go off without at hitch.

My husband and I used Fly Rides for our wedding rehearsal dinner and wedding day to shuttle ourselves and our wedding party (~30 people) back and forth from the house we rented for the weekend, and they did a fantastic job! They were always early to every pick up, super friendly and even helped us bring our alcohol to and from the venue. The bus was also really clean and so fun at the end of the night when we were all heading back to our rental - to be honest we wish we could’ve spent more time on it! I definitely recommend Fly Rides to anyone for basically any occasion where you need to transport a big group!

This bus was the biggest surprise fun part of my daughter’s wedding weekend. The owner, Scott, is quick to return texts and easy to work with getting every detail covered start to finish. We used them for rehearsal dinner round trip to Driftwood and for wedding party pick up after wedding in Wimberley. Drivers were always on time and texted beforehand to let me know who was driving and verified itenerary before showing up. The converted school bus was a hit with everyone and blue tooth equipped which the bus driver allowed us to have our own music on all the drives. SO much fun having our own party on the bus-it really broke the ice for people who didn’t know each other well and everyone were best friends as we got off the bus. Would highly recommend. Small single owner company who goes the extra mile to accommodate and make sure all details are covered plus not as pricey as the stuffy traditional limo services in the area.
Scott communicated with us clearly in the days and weeks leading up to our wedding, leading to a smooth pickup process for our guests. The driver maintained a fun atmosphere that our guests (and us) loved. He even allowed us to change our drop-off destination so our guests could experience the downtown nightlife after our event. They went out of their way to ensure everything transpired the way we wanted. Highly recommend.
Fly-Rides was so wonderful and easy to work with! We had our rehearsal dinner at Jester King, and since a lot of our guests were from out of town, and ride share apps haven't been as reliable since COVID, we wanted to find a way for everyone to not have to worry about transportation themselves. Our planner recommended this company to us, and they were very reasonably priced and quick to respond. Our driver, Clark, was prompt to pick us up, very communicative, and was able to adjust our pick up time to be a little earlier than we initially planned. Highly recommend them for any transportation needs!
Fly-Rides helped get our guests and wedding party to and from the hotel block to the venue. They were very easy to work with, however due to COVID restrictions were only able to do half capacity of the bus. We had booked the bus prior to COVID, so this had an impact on us, since it reduced the number of people allowed on the bus. It was disappointing that they were not willing to work with us to reduce the price. We were guaranteed 60 seats and could only use 30, but for the same price. With that being said, our driver was prompt and in constant communication with our day of coordinator to make sure he knew where to be and when. He also let us BLAST rap music on the way back after the wedding. I loved our driver, but wish the owner would have worked with us a little more. I would still recommend using them, especially during non-covid times.
Used them for a Bachelor Party in Austin last weekend. Was Awesome! Scott was super attentive and gave us a great deal! Phil the driver know his way around Austin and knew his way around a parking lot! He fit that bus in parking areas that were perplexing! Keeping us right near the door and ready with a suggestion. It was very clear they took sanitation very serious! Phil always wore a mask and all the surfaces were wiped down. Highly recommend for bachelor parties!

Our wedding venue was quite a ways from the closest town, so having reliable transportation for about 50 people was extremely important. Right from the get go this company was receptive to ALLLLL of my millions of questions, adding additional runs to and from the hotel for guests, and being right on time for every trip. We actually took the bus back to the hotel at the end of the night with some of the guests! Everyone had a fantastic time.

I was blown away by the quality of service that Fly-Rides provided for my bachelor party. Not only was Scott's quote SIGNIFICANTLY less than his competitors, but he was ALWAYS the quickest vendor to respond to our calls, emails and texts. It was almost funny how quick he'd get back; he'd be at the gym, playing with is baby, out and about - didn't matter, he made sure all of our questions were answered.
Additionally, the buses were a HIT with our guests. We got CandyCane, Hibiscus and Patriot which had our guests entertained and in good spirits as they arrived, not to mention ending the night on a high note!

We used Fly Rides as our wedding transportation and we were so pleased with their services. The buses were very clean and our guests loved that the bench seats were facing each other instead of a normal bus seating. Both drivers were very dependable and professional, they kept in contact with our planner the whole time. Scott from Fly Rides answered every question I had. They seem to be the best buses in the area for large parties. We were able to fit 50 of us on the bus. Tracy, the driver, was prompt, very friendly, and let us control the music. It was a great way to transport our guests around. I would highly recommend.
It was key to provide our guests an option for transportation to our wedding in Fredericksburg, TX. Being it’s the hill county and having an open bar, we wanted to make sure our guests had a safe option to get to and from the hotels. We provided coolers of beer/water on the way to the wedding and I cannot say how many times our guests have all told us since the wedding how much fun they had on Fly-Riders. As an added bonus and being the bride, my husband and I took the bus back with our guests and it was a BLAST! Communication was fast, easy and was best decision I made for transportation. If you’re looking for a fun way to take guests to a wedding this is the way to go!!
Fly rides is AMAZING! We messaged Scott only a matter of days before our wedding asking if there was anyway he could provide transportation for our Saturday wedding during ACL week. Scott responded so quickly, stating of course and started the process of booking for us ASAP! Their prices were terrific too! On the day of our wedding, we had issues with a hotel shuttle and Scott and his company easily added another stop to our trip to pick up the hotel guests & return them after.
The bus was a blast, Scott was very attentive and responsive & I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!

From the moment I reached out to Fly-rides, they took care of everything. We booked them for two consecutive days - Friday to Lake Travis and back and Saturday to our wedding venue and back. We had to change our date due to unforeseen circumstances and the Fly-Rides team was so understanding. Throughout the booking process and leading up to the big day, communication was quick and clear. Day of (both times!) the bus drivers were always early, fun and kind. The parties started and ended on the buses - we had an amazing time! We loved Fly Rides! They were organized and reliable from day one. We wanted this for transportation to our wedding. Very reasonably priced. Our guests couldn't say enough about this company and how awesome the bus was! The only reason we are giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the older folks had difficulty getting on/off of the bus. There was no step provided and the steps were steep from the ground to getting on/off bus. Granted, it is a party bus company, but to a wedding there are alot of different age groups.

I used Fly-Rides for my wedding in March and had an remarkable experience! We had a 200 person wedding and needed to find a way to transport everyone, due to the location of our venue(late night and our of the city). Fly-Rides provided round-tip transportation (including one early drop off) for all guests from the Domain to our venue and back for a very affordable price. Everyone said they had an amazing time on the ride there and we partook in the ride back, where we kept the party going! Highly recommend for any event!
I am so impressed by the incredible customer service we received from Fly-Rides! They responded to our initial inquiry with a personalize quote within minutes, got back to me immediately every time I contacted them leading up the the wedding, and helped us with the logistics and planning of when/where the buses picked up our 140 wedding guests. Scott and his Drivers are great! I have used them on multiple occasions and they never fail to impress. These guys are always on time, and are great when it comes to communication. Scott will respond to any questions I have with 24 hours, normally less than that, which is very reassuring when it comes to transportation needs. They understand the importance of their job and do everything to make sure things run smoothly on your big day! I will definitely book with them again!
It was really important for us to provide a transportation option for our guests from our Dripping Springs wedding. Fly Rides was really easy to work with. We got a great deal for booking in advance and for paying in full ahead of time. When we needed to make some last minute adjustments to our time schedule, they were very accommodating. The driver was courteous and the bus was well maintained and clean. Their fleet consists of converted school buses, so while I would highly recommend Fly Rides for any general transportation needs, it is not quite as comfortable as other more standard chartered bus lines.

My Husband and I just had our Wedding out in Manor, TX last weekend and needed a reliable way to get people back into Austin. After looking at a number of transportation options we went with Fly Rides purely based on the amount of goodwill we saw. Carolyn and Scott were AWESOME! Scott gave me a great quote and making the payment was super easy. The day of Carolyn was right on time.
Honestly we were a little skeptical since we had never rented a party bus.... it ended up being a BLAST. This bus instantly became one of the highlights of the wedding. The whole bus (50+ people) couldn't stop raving about how much fun they had. We are definitely going to use Fly-rides the next time we plan a large get together.

Fly-Rides is awesome! It was important to my husband and I that we provided our guests with a shuttle service to and from the venue. (The venue was about 30 minutes from the hotel, and those Hill Country roads can get seriously dark and windy at night). We also were trying to find something reasonably priced, and Fly-Rides fit the bill! Not only were they reasonably priced, but Scott was incredibly communicative with us, the drivers were punctual, and the buses were a lot of fun, according to my guests! I had serious FOMO watching them dancing on the buses in their Snapchats! The brightly colored school buses are also such a fun, unique way to transport guests - Very memorable! I definitely recommend using Fly-Rides for your next event!
I can't say enough about this company. We wanted a safe and reliable option for transporting some people around town for our wedding, and Fly Rides went above and beyond to make that happen. Their owner is a total professional and won the award of "Quickest Wedding Vendor to Respond to Every Email," hands down. The driver was also extremely professional and even beat our slightly ambitious schedule. The bus was clean and ready for our guests and facilitated some very fun times. Don't you dare get duped into thinking you need to pay twice as much for a safe option for your wedding guests around town. The "luxury" companies will try to make you think their prices are industry standard.
