Vendor was punctual, professional and all around great to work with.
My husband and I made a last minute decision to hire a videographer for our wedding in September. I found Bernard and Focus Films Atlanta on Thumbtack and he met my price and the r...
equirements I had for our big day. Overall, it was a great experience. Below are a few highlights of our experience.
Booking - booking Focus Films was simple. Bernard was very professional and sent a contract over outlining all we had agreed to for services on the big day. It was also clear when we would receive the preview video and the full video. I was further comforted to know that his experience with other clients was positive as well based on the reviews on The Knot, Yelp and Thumbtack. I saw samples of his work on Instagram, FB and his website.
Day of Wedding experience - Bernard beat me to the venue the day of the wedding. I was excited to learn that he has filmed at our venue previously and knew how to work with their in-house coordinators. He directed scenes like the veteran expert that I discovered he is. From pre-ceremony to wedding to reception, his guidance and direction were great.
Partnership with photographer vendor - Bernard worked so well with the photographer that the wedding party thought they were a team from the same company! They worked seamlessly to get great photos and videos capturing our day.
Communication & the sneak peek - The teaser video provided by Focus Films was only about a minute long but it captured the essence of our day fully. It was the perfect sneak peek of what was to come. Bernard kept the communication lines open letting us know when we could expect the final product. He beat his 6-8 week window by a a couple of weeks.
The final video - I got the video last night and I told my hubby I just wanted to watch a few minutes... That was not true! We watched the whole thing! The video was more than the 30 minutes promised (48 minutes). The quality of the video was great! It captured every important detail of our day. My favorite part was the toasts during the reception and the surprise snippet of my 13 year old son dancing after it was all over.
We will use Bernard and Focus Films again in the future. The experience was most excellent! Thanks Bernard!

Mr. McRae and Focus Films Atlanta filmed by wedding ceremony and reception. They were and continue to be very professional, open to feedback, and have provided what I think is a p...
retty quick turn-around time for a sneak-peak and final products of their work.
Favorite- I absolutely love my 5-6 minute feature video. Significant portions of the Best Man and Matron of Honor's toasts were captured and used as a voice-over during the video. It made the video very personal, touching, and nostalgic. It is something that I treasure and I know will continue to be passed down and cherished in my family.
(Not sure how but they also got aerial views of my facilities which was pretty awesome. I was pleased with the architecture of both venues so I was glad that was highlighted in the videos.)
A wedding is something very delicate to entrust with any vendor.
Thank you so much Mr. McRae and Focus Films Atlanta.
Bernard was wonderful to work with! The way he edited the footage from my wedding was absolutely amazing. He is a true visionary and he provided my husband and I with incredible ...
memories from our special day. He gives you the most bang for your buck with his services. Hands down he is the most affordable and best videographer in Atlanta right now. The rest of these vendors don't offer half of what he does, and they charge significantly more. I will definitely be using him in the future!

As a wedding planner, I recommended Bernard with Focus Films to capture video for my couple's May 2017 wedding at Ventanas Atlanta. We were so lucky to book him. The "love story" v...
ideo he created of how the couple met, the proposal and their journey up to the wedding was absolutely amazing. The video played for guests on the elevator as they rode from the first to the 15th floor before the start of the wedding. He communicated with the venue's audio/visual staff to ensure they had what they needed to display the video. The footage was clear. The content was relevant. The day of the wedding, his energy was very professional and calming. At the close of the night, he captured close-up footage of the couple's grand exit as they flew away in a helicopter. I cannot wait to see the finished video. For such amazing quality, his pricing and service are unmatched. Focus Films is definitely one of my go-to videographer companies.

Very timely. Very professional! Wonderful work!
Focus on Video is an outstanding vendor. They went above and beyond to make my wedding day the most auspicious occasion on video.
Amazing attention to detail. Highly recommend!!!
Bernard is an excellent photographer. I will use him again for another celebration.

ce and was sure to talk to both me and my husband about what we wanted captured throughout our video. Bernard met up with us at the venue and we went through where everything would take place. My fiancé and I were on a tight budget and Focus on video is very affordable. The video was nice, however the quality could be better due to some of the lighting issues in the venue, but overall I'm happy I have a video to look back on my special day.

Benard and his team are the best. We have referred him to several people !
My wife and I would definitely recommend Focus on Video & Photography to anyone looking for a videographer for their special day. We were nothing but satisfied with their services....
We did not use their photography due to already having one that came with the venue. You would never know it though because Eugene worked hand and hand with our photographer and caught more sentimental moments throughout our wedding than the photographer did. My wife's Dad passed away about four years ago and Focus on Video was able to capture the tribute and intertwine it into the Highlight video so nicely. Moments like that can never be replaced, and we are so thankful that we have it to cherish in the years to come. The price was very affordable especially with all that there is to pay for when planning a wedding. There were no hidden fees. Our videos were ready in 6 weeks online as promised. We were able to easily share our videos online via Facebook, email, and even through text message...which made our families happy :) Oh and how can I forget, the video quality and sound was exceptional! There was no fading in and out of sound, our vows were heard clearly (they attached a mic to me). Lastly, as they advertised they had a drone which captured the beautiful landscape at our venue. We thank Focus on Video for all they have done, and hope anyone else that chooses this company is able to receive the top notch service as we did.
Bernard and Felicia were amazing. Very professional. Felicia went beyond the call of duty helping my bridal party out. Can't wait for the video.~Sonya
