er had a couple write something like this before. As we take our client satisfaction very seriously and always strive for the best value and quality for our couples, we've already reached out to the couple to address this further with them to find a solution, but are awaiting a response. In the meantime, to address each point: 1) "The company is overpriced." For the quality & style of work we provide, we are typically priced below the majority of our competitors of a similar caliber. We conduct annual audits on our competitors to help ensure this. However, we understand potential confusion as there are always other companies offering 'more for less'... but this usually comes at a cost in quality which we will not sacrifice. Furthermore, we provided this couple with a significant discount on their package. They were happy with pricing and their package selection upon booking. A current dissatisfaction at past pricing that was already agreed to should not justify slandering our company across social media now with untrue statements. 2) "Tries to make you pay for every detail" This couple secured our base package which included the films they wanted at the time. They were not interested and did not add any additional films in advance. It was clear in their contract that additional films would cost additional for the extra labor time required to produce these. Most companies bundle extra services or films into larger packages that cost significantly higher - but we provide them as a la carte options for more flexibility and customization for our couples. Even if this couple added the most popular add-ons, we'd come in at or below the pricing of what the larger packages of our competitors cost for a similar video collection (based upon a competitive analysis that we conducted just today for verification). 3) "He wasn't there for the entire wedding" We were in fact at their wedding for the exact number of hours that they hired us for (9 hours). Typically most companies start coverage hours between 4 to 6 hours in their base package. The 9 hours were more than sufficient to cover their entire day from preparations through the reception formalities - so nothing was missed from their day. We also held a detailed schedule review with them (as we do for all of our couples) prior to the wedding to ensure everything they want covered was captured - which they approved. 4) “He will send you countless emails” We actually received a number of separate emails from the couple in just one day with questions and requests (such as resending them their films that they forgot to download) - to which we quickly replied to and addressed each in turn. We never spam our couples - only reply to what comes in, and always try to be as thorough and prompt as possible. 5) "The hallmark film was cheesy" We have written emails from the couple in response to our performance at the event... and delivery of each film that they ordered with us. After the wedding, they wrote: "Michael thank you SO much. You were incredible and we are so grateful you made the process so easy. We can’t wait to see what you captured!!" After they received the sneak peek film, they wrote: "This is beyond beautiful! And so special. Thank you for capturing this day. We cannot wait to see what you create for the full film." And after delivery of the full film, they wrote: " This is absolutely beautiful, we can’t stop watching it. LOL. Such a great way to remember the day, and we are so grateful to you for capturing it all!" These comments about how they actually felt about their experience after the wedding and film delivery are not in line with the comments now being made here... solely because the couple now wants a larger package at no extra cost (even despite the original discount we already had applied, and contract we have in place that both parties agreed to) and are trying to damage our reputation to get what they want, rather than working with us directly. We already reached out several times saying we’d be more than happy to speak with them and find a solution that works for all, but with no response. Please understand our side when reading.
