Not only did I think that she took incredibly beautiful photos, you could tell that she was a genuine person and someone who was really easy to get along with. Natalie was so easy to work with throughout the entire planning process and helped us clearly define the style of photos we liked and our must-have shot list for the day-of. I put my full trust in her the day-of and boy did she deliver (and then some!). She really owned the timeline of our day and ensured that we stayed on schedule and that everyone was where they needed to be for pictures. My husband kept telling me after the big day that he was so impressed with how she juggled all the timelines and people the day of with grace - it's a lot! Even though we had never met in person, only virtually, as soon as I met her the day-of, she felt like a long-lost friend. The connection was natural and she made us feel so comfortable. She was able to naturally capture the special parts of our day, without forcing a pose, and that shined through in the teaser images she sent us (within a week!).
