Folchi's Tuxedos and Menswear

Had a phenomenal experience here! We were a bit indecisive and wanted to go through all of our options--the team at Folchi's was patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. The sizing, pick-up, and drop-off were all easy, even for our out-of-town groomsmen.

Folchi's was easy to work with; being out of town, we were able to submit our sizes easily online and a couple of the groomsmen only needed minor adjustments at pickup (took about 20 minutes to make the adjustments). The clothing was good quality; the only complaint was the cufflinks that Folchi's provided. While the cufflinks were complimentary, two members of our party had the cufflinks break before the wedding, so the groomsmen went without them. Overall I was happy with Folchi's.

We had absolutely no idea what we wanted when we first went to Folchi’s. The staff there explained everything there so well that we were able to finally come up with the perfect vision! The quality of customer service was above and beyond Mens wearhouse, which felt like a sales pitch. We were grateful to have the last minute alterations for my dad and brother whose tuxes didn’t fit well at first. Also a huge thank you to Mr Folchi who was able to order us special ties to give as a gift to our dads! Stellar customer service all around.

Worked with Marisa at the Liberty Township location for organizing all the details and initial measurements for my suit, my four groomsmen, and the father of the bride. Very personable staff who were helpful with the coordinating process and day of pickup at the Kenwood location the staff was helpful though I don't remember catching their names. All of the groomsmen were from out of town and ultimately submitted measurements were off but we were provided with alternate fittings on site all in under a half hour. Overall a good experience with a cost below what I would have presumed. I recommend at minimum a consultation with them before deciding on anything else.

absolutely wonderful!! we had 8 guys to dress for our wedding and Folchis handled it so well. the colors were beautiful and the suit jackets fit all the guys so well. could not have asked for a better experience with this!

Kenwood Folchi’s was great! They were so easy to work with, and had very nice tuxedos! They were in great shape. We had 2 ring bearers that needed last minute fittings a two days before the wedding, and they were fitted right away! We are very happy with how everything turned out!

The place is great. The price is great. It's the staff that we had some issues. It's just depends who you get. We also had a groomsmen whole sole of the shoe come off before walking down the aisle. Everything else was fine.

Our groomsmen looked great in the tuxes from Folchi's! The fit was great and the colors of the bow ties matched the bridesmaid dresses perfectly.

Overall, wasn't very happy with the quality of tuxes. My Dad's tux had a rip at the seam of his pants. One of the groomsmen's pants were too long, cuff links were broken, and the groom's suspenders were broken. Giving three stars because the owner apologized and was very kind.

Folchi's was super great to work with. They were really easy to use with out of town groomsmen. It was great they had multiple locations for in-town groomsmen that could pick up and drop off from which ever one they wanted. Loved the selection of suits and colors.

We hit a couple of snags in the Tux rental process, but Jerry and Mr. Folchi showed great customer service in fixing all of our issues, and on the big day, all of our tuxes looked and fit wonderfully. We initially booked Folchi's for dark and light versions of the same brand new gray tux. We had both men and women on each side of the wedding party and had planned to coordinate the dresses and tuxes as all light on one side and all dark on the other. We found out that the tuxes we picked never ended up being ordered (an issue that was out of Folchis' hands) only when we called to confirm my husband's fitting a few months ahead of our wedding. As an out-of-town couple we found this situation very stressful and wished that we had been notified ahead of time so that we could make other arrangements for our menswear options while we were briefly in town--if need be. There was no guarantee that we would like the alternate tuxes that were ordered and there was no coordinating dark option for this suit... Although we did have to reorder one bridesmaid gown to accommodate the (for our planning at least) last minute change to an all light gray wedding party, we ended up liking the new tuxes, and Mr. Folchi did everything in his power to make sure that our guys' tuxes arrived on time, looked, and felt great. My husband especially is very picky about his suit fit, and we could not be more pleased with the way he and his groomsmen (and my bridesmen) looked in their Folchi's tuxes.

We met with Mark Folchi at the Anderson location and knew right away we would be well taken care of. Mark helped us pick the style and color of suit for our wedding and made us feel like family. We enjoyed the styles and colors available and the service was second to none. I highly recommend speaking to them for any mensware need.

Mark and the Folchi's team were amazing in outfitting the bridal party for our wedding. Mark helped me pick out the perfect 3 piece suit for the big day, and made it easy for me and all 10 (!!!) of my groomsmen to get everything done quickly and easily with their various locations. The quality and affordability of the suits crushed the traditional chains and having Mark and the Folchi's team local was HUGE. Mark made sure I looked my best on the biggest day of my life. Highly recommend Folchi's for any formalwear needs!

We were lucky enough to use the same store that clothed my dad for my parents wedding! We loved working with Mike and Mark. The rental tuxedos for our groomsmen were great and very modern and we designed a similar tuxedo for my husband to wear! I definitely would recommend working with them over the other chain stores in the city - worth it!

So this is a little late. Our wedding was May 27, and it’s been a little chaotic since we got back from the honeymoon. But that’s not an excuse. :) When I attended a friend’s wedding in 2015, I really liked the tux style used in the wedding. My husband (he was a mutual college friend at that time) was in the wedding party and the chosen tux looked nice on him as well. Well, it was this wedding I started dating my husband, and when it came time to start planning my own wedding, I found out Folchi’s provided the tuxes for my friend’s wedding, and she recommended them. Folchi’s was wonderful to work with (Liberty Township), and everything was a smooth process. We had groomsmen in various areas of the state (and our ring bearer was in another state), but they were able to submit their measurements online. This really helped! And because of distance, Folchi’s was willing to work with us in allowing the groomsmen to pick up their tuxes either Friday or Saturday morning. And one of our groomsmen were able to pick up their suit at the Anderson location since he lived closer to it. When we met with Folchi’s for our wedding, they helped us pick out the right colors and suit style since our wedding wasn’t super formal (it was an outdoor wedding). We picked out a suit hybrid from Allure, which means the suit had some qualities of a tux, but wasn’t just an everyday suit. They even suggested to bring in a swatch of my wedding dress (since it was being altered) so they can match the groom’s vest. They are thoughtful and really want to be sure the men look nice. They also kept us updated of what men had their tuxes and which ones didn’t (to which we gave a little nudge). I highly recommend them for any event that needs a suit or tux.

My groomsmen and I used Folchi's Formal Wear for tux rentals for my wedding. They were very quick and professional in getting everyone's measurements. They were friendly and courteous. I went to them after bad customer service experience trying to rent tuxes at Men's warehouse. My groomsmen and I looked really good for my wedding. I highly recommend them.

Mark Folchi was extremely friendly and worked very hard to make our wedding nice. Very early in the planning process for my wedding, I just decided to take a quick look in the shop because I had some time to kill on New Year's Day and it was right there. Being a holiday they had already closed up and locked the door, but Mark saw me and enthusiastically ushered me in and showed me things and couldn't have been nicer. We ended up getting my husband's tux and the groomsmen's vest and ties (we had them wear dark suits they already owned). I wanted something very special-a classic 1920s cutaway tux, similar to the one worn on the wedding episode in Downton Abbey. Mark didn't have that in his stock, but had no problem directing me to a competitor who was able to get it. The only small snafu we had was that when we brought my husband's tux (which was another special order item) in for a fitting, NOTHING fit. Now, my husband is a bigger guy who's weight can fluctuate quite a bit on any given day so I was neither surprised nor upset by that. But when we wanted to bring in the jacket again in the larger size to make sure we had it right this time, we were told he could have a second fitting with a stock coat, but if we wanted the special order coat, we had to pay a "sub rental" fee. I didn't think it was right that we should have to pay to make sure their mistake had been corrected. In the end though, we had the 2nd fitting with just the stock coat and it worked out fine on the big day. Overall, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend them.

Mr Folchi went out of his way to make sure our experience renting tuxs for our wedding was perfect and it was! All of the guys looked great in their tuxedos and pickup and drop off was a breeze. The whole staff made sure they all looked perfect before they would let them leave the store!

Folchi's was my absolute favorite vendor to work with for our wedding on 9/24/16. I walked in with a vision for my husband and his eight groomsmen to have matching, modern, and slim-fit black tuxedos. Mike and the team take such great pride in what they do and picked out the perfect tux and accessories for the wedding party. The attention to detail and passion for formalware is contagious and they certainly went above and beyond to make the boys look perfect. When My husband tried on his tux, Mike had specific alteration recommendations to make it fit perfectly on his figure. On top of the alterations, Mike added in buttons and cuff links for each of the boys to bring the whole ensemble together. There really is something to be said about working with a family-run and operated business. The whole team were so wonderful to work with- I couldn't recommend them more!!!

Had a great experience! We rented suits for my groom, groomsmen, and my grandfather. All the men looked amazing in their suits! The employees were so friendly! When we initially went to pick our suits JP helped us and was so helpful! We had no idea what we wanted and he took his time to go over everything and made wonderful recommendations. He also called us about 2 weeks before the wedding to go over all the details and make sure everything was right. Diane helped my groom and groomsmen for their final fitting right before the ceremony and she had us laughing! She was so funny and made sure that all the guys were looking great! She was patient with my groom who struggled a bit with properly putting on his tie and pants. Also, the pricing was great compared to other local stores. Highly recommend!

The entire experience of working with Folchi’s was amazing! You can go to any of their stores & their service is top-notch. Wonderful customer service, high quality products, great prices, and a vast array of merchandise. The staff is very knowledgeable & will make you feel as if you’re their best customer. The service we received from Folchi’s was excellent. The staff was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. The alterations on my dad’s tux were incorrect and the pants were uneven and they fixed those right there in the shop. Definitely much better service than other tuxedo rental places. One minor issue we had was one of the groomsmen from out of town tried on his shoes at Folchi’s the day before the wedding and noticed they were too small. Folchi’s said they would get a bigger pair of shoes for him, but they didn’t give him a pair to take with him. The groom’s parents had to stop by Folchi’s the day of the wedding to pick up the shoes so the groomsman had no shoes until later in the afternoon. It would have been nice if Folchi’s had let the groomsman take the shoes that were too small just in case we couldn’t get the bigger shoes in time. One thing we weren’t pleased with was the quality of the merchandise. The shirts were thin and felt cheap. The pants my dad wore were so old that the adjustable straps on the side kept coming loose due to them being worn multiple times before. My mom had to use a safety pin to keep them from falling down. For the price that we paid, we were expecting a much higher quality product.

We booked this company based on the customer service they offer. They are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Every person we spoke to was so nice and accommodating. The quality of the tuxes was wonderful. They didn't offer the color we were using because it's a unique match, but we went with black ties and vests and it looked wonderful! I felt the prices were a little high, but it was worth it for the great customer service. I would highly recommend Folchi's!

My groomsmen and I used Folchi's to get all of our tuxes for my wedding and we were very happy with the whole experience. I went in to Folchi's to pick my tux and everyone on the staff was courteous, very respectful, and extremely knowledgeable about what made a stylish and classic tuxedo. All of the groomsmen and I were from out of town but Folchi's handled collecting everyone's sizes from afar. When the big weekend finally came around everyone picked up their tuxes and shoes, everything fit perfectly, and the guys and I looked sharp. Finally, after the event, returns were a breeze. A great option for suits for weddings. They have stock under their building so no "sending out" for garments if something doesn't work. Reasonably priced and great to work with.

Mike was great. The groom, groomsmen and ring bearer all looked so handsome. We purchased suits for the guys and rented the ring bearers suit. You always hear horror stories of suits not fitting, but everything was great. The entire staff was very helpful. Thanks for everything.

We used Folchi's for our wedding. After going to 2 of the big name places and being disappointed with the selection and the service, we walked into Folchi's. The service was excellent. They really made sure they understood our style and recommended the perfect tux and ties for the guys. I was worried that they might be more expensive, but they were right on par with the other stores, but they had way better quality, style, and service. I would highly recommend Folchi's for your wedding.

We had a wonderful experience with them. They were very nice and answered all questions we had. We were really glad that they had a warehouse in town, because My fiance had to get a bigger tux than what he was fitted for. This would have been a disaster had we gone through somewhere else. They did a great job.

Folchi's seems to really care that your guys look nice. We had them swap out the shirts on a couple guys, the store worker's choice, because he thought they looked too "billowy". My husband had a rental tux for another wedding from men's wearhouse and it sucked, the shirt was enormous and they did nothing about it. The guy at Folchi's ran around making sure everything was perfect. The only issues we had with sizes were when one of the guys sent in incorrect measurements. But their warehouse is in Cincinnati under their Kenwood location, it's super easy for them to swap pieces out and they have a lady at the Anderson location who does quick alterations like hems. The tuxes were also made of much nicer, more comfortable materials than the ones from men's wearhouse. The groom's tux is free if you have something like 5 or more rentals in your party.

Folchi's was absolutely wonderful. We worked with Mike, the owner, every time we were in the store. They kept up with our crazy requests for different ties and vests for the dads and groom, and were flexible with sizing since some of the wedding party had lost weight. The groomsmen said it was the most comfortable tux they had ever worn and they all looked like a million bucks. Highly recommended!

For every single wedding my husband and his friends have been in, the gentlemen in the wedding party are always instructed to rent their tuxes from Men's Warehouse. It's a big chain and people live out of town so I can understand the appeal. But I also know that for every single one of those weddings, the tuxedo rental ended up being one of the biggest disasters! Nothing ever fits anyone appropriately when it comes from that place! Especially the one in Kenwood. Let me know if you want examples because I have horror stories! Anyway, because of this we went to Folchi's in Kenwood. These people really know their men's formalwear! The service was great, it didn't take long at all, they have everything right there on site, and the gents all looked so handsome and well put together on the day of the wedding. My husband was very pleased! Oh, and for the better service, quality and fit, it cost the same if not LESS than Men's Warehouse!

Quality service, with great classic and modern options!

Folchi's was slightly more expensive than Men's Wearhouse would have been, but it was totally worth the price. They were polite, quick, and did everything we would expect from them - and more! By some mistake, shoes were not ordered for our groomsmen and groom, but when they noticed at the last minute the gave us the shoe rentals for free. With their status as an independent vendor, they were able to be more flexible and efficient than Men's Wearhouse. And everything was of excellent quality! My husband and friends looked mighty snazzy.

We went several places before coming upon Folchi's but none of them compared to the level of customer service and value you will receive at Folchi's. My husband specifically wanted to wear a dark gray almost gun metal colored tux for our wedding and the groomsmen wearing light gray tuxes. We searched many well known vendors looking for this style tux. When we visited the Folchi's in West Chester at the Voice of America Shopping center as walk in customers he staff took amazing care of us. They had wonderful insite to things we never thought about and let's face it- neither one of us had been married before, we had no idea what we were doing. Awesome staff, amazing quality tuxedos and decent prices that are worth paying.

Loved Folchi's - they worked with my husband to make sure his rental fit since he is a very athletic build and generally does not fit into rental tuxes very well. They did give one of my ushers a groomsmen tux, but it was not a big deal!

My groom got his tuxedo for free but they were very expensive for the groomsmen tuxedos. When looking for the ring bearer tuxedos, they did not have any that fit my nephew of 2 1/2 years.

Folchi's was very helpful in picking out the tuxes, and it was super fast and easy. We went in one day and told them we wanted gray tuxes and brought a swatch of the fabric for the bridesmaid dresses. Within 15 minutes, they put together a tux that was the perfect shade of dark gray with vests & ties that matched perfectly. All of our groomsmen lived out of town or out of state, but it was very easy for them to submit their measurements online. They were also very accommodating in working with our ring bearer. Also, the quality of the tuxes is much better than other tux rental companies. My husband was in another wedding two weeks after ours, and the tuxes for that wedding were from another larger, national tux rental company. He said those tuxes were very uncomfortable compared to the tuxes from Folchi's; the fabric was much cheaper (and itchier) and the quality of those tuxes were much less than the tuxes we rented for our wedding. Overall a great experience, and my husband said he was very glad he got our tuxes from Folchi's!

My husband and all the guys in our wedding rented their tuxes through Folchi's. My husband does not like flashy things, so he was very happy to see that Folchi's had a more toned-down tux than most. Overall, they gave us a great deal with great service.

We were most attracted to Folchi's because they made it so easy for the out of town groomsmen to send in their measurements. They are also very affordable for all budgets. The grooms tux is free! One of the grooms tuxedo came without a tie and one of the employees from Folchi's drove it out to us! They were really a life saver!

Folchi's was very accommodating to our needs and specifics for the wedding. We love to work with home town businesses and were very happy to give a local business our support. We did have a small issue the day of the wedding with buttons falling off...but it was very minor.
