It was an easy choice when booking, and they only continued to prove how amazing they were. Our original point of contact ended up leaving the company shortly after we booked, but that was okay because we ended up communicating directly through the owner's wife / co-owner (Michele) and the catering sales manager (Kristy) who were SO helpful. On wedding day, Kristy came up to me to congratulate me and said she had to run and find my mother because she was so desperate to chat with her after all their emails back and forth! It was so sweet and just showed how much they care about their clients. With any and all changes we made to our menu, and questions we had, they were so helpful and quick to accommodate even with the day fast approaching. We had some allergies that were pretty severe, and they remembered us bringing it up even from the tasting so we knew we could feel safe feeding all our guests from their kitchen. We had guests going up for thirds and fourths they were so obsessed! It was especially helpful that we as bride and groom had a server rather than worrying about buffet, and they brought us a little of everything from all courses so we could benefit from the food we picked. It was such a nice thing for them to think of, since we've of course heard the classic tale of couples never getting to try the food they paid for. Most impressive was both owners being present for the wedding, aprons on ready to cook and serve! They were so down to earth, personally congratulated us, and we really felt so secure with our choice because of the quality of the food and the kindness of all the staff.

ht choice ! Foodie catering provided us with hors d’oeuvres, Buffet style dinner, glassware, and table linen. We decided to rent our napkins and gold utensils from a rental venue. It was an absolute pleasure working with Foodie Catering. We had three tastings with them (the first tasting was complimentary). Originally, we thought we could only choose food choices on the menu from our venue, and we weren’t overly thrilled with the choices. So we decided to have one last tasting and expressed our concerns with the choices offered. Only to find out we could divert from the menu we were offered from our venue! Once we expressed our concerns with the food choices, we were offered so many other great choices ! Don’t be afraid to ask for what you want ! Also, most of our time with Foodie Catering was spent with Josemyi . She was very professional and punctual when responding to our emails. It was delightful working with her and the entire team! Our wedding day: We want to thank Foodie Catering for making our wedding day one to remember. The team from Foodie catering provided exceptional service at the wedding, from the bartenders to the waiters. We even had our own personal waiter for the wedding. Our personal waiter did a phenomenal job at ensuring the bride and groom always had something to eat or drink during cocktail hour and dinner. The food was tailored to our liking ! There was just the right amount of seasoning added to the food. We were concerned about not having enough flavor added to the food to serve to predominantly Caribbean guests attending. We expressed our concerns to the team at foodie catering, and we must say they exceeded our expectations. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how good the food taste!!! I am more of a 'Tomboy' so when my wedding planner asked me what kind of napkin fold we wanted I just stared at her blankly...but Zuleima was more than happy to show us ALL the napkin fold styles they did. Our guests raved about the food, and how well put-together everything was. We had some last-minute guests cancel and a couple who were added...with no hassle they accommodated and made all the necessary changes to the count. I do not know what we would have done without them. We will definitely be recommending them to friends/family. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for making our "Big Day" so wonderful. 3 weeks ago and I still get compliments from my guest raving about the food-It was absolutely AMAZING-so fresh and tasty. Also, Foodie truly knows how to offer the best customer service. Ever since we reached out to them, Zuleima, the manager, made us feel welcomed and worked with our budget and needs. She is the best, a truly sweetheart . Every time I had a silly question, I would email her and I would get an instant reply. She is all you need, so accommodating and professional. Chef Raul was also personable and very attentive, and of course a pro at cooking-his cilantro-lime rice is to die for. We also got our bartender services through them and they were incredible. All you need in one place. The designated staff for our wedding was also great, very polite, professional, attentive, and did an incredible job at distributing the champagne and hors d'oeuvres. Our guests were amazed by how attentive they were. You guys are the best and you will always have a special place in our heart. oy to work with and such a sweetheart. She brought so many good ideas to the table, worked with me to make sure everything fit in my budget and is truly passionate about what she does. We felt like VIPs at the tasting when the head chef would come in and check on everything, and they even gave us a surprise sweet treat at the end which spoke to their attention to detail. The night of the wedding, several of my guests told me that the Foodie staff was some of the kindest catering staff they have ever dealt with at a wedding. We had a late-night bite and there were servers literally on the dance floor passing food to the guests which was so much fun and memorable for everyone. From making sure Brad and I always had a drink in our hands, to cooking DELICIOUS food, I would recommend Foodie every time.

They were always asking my husband and I if they could get us anything and even packaged us each up a to-go plate at the end of the night. I was SUPER appreciative of this because I think I maybe got 3 bites of my dinner in all night because we were so busy talking to guests. We enjoyed our leftovers for the next 2 days, it was SO great not to have to worry about cooking the next day. And of course, the food itself was so delicious, the guests raved about it! Zuleima took such special care of us the day of our wedding, bringing us food to our bridal suite and always checking in on us during the whole night. Seriously they are so sweet and professional you will love them and the food!!!

y dietary restriction. During our tasting (which was probably the best food I had in awhile), we found out they had tons of options for a gluten free dessert bar including gluten free cake. We ended up doing a gluten free cake, mini cheese cakes, macarons, and white chocolate mousse shooters (all gluten free!). During the wedding, their staff made it a priority to make sure my husband and I ate and had drinks all night. Our guests were raving about the food and everything was delicious. I highly recommend using this company.

Tuscan Chicken and Chimichurri Steak and we ended up being really happy with our choices. Our guests all said our food was great and the food that was brought to us and what we were actually able to eat was hot and fresh. Zuleima is a little slow to respond to emails, but it's worth being patient for the end result!

People are still talking about the incredible food at our wedding, our amazing hand carved cheese wheel and the adorable Petit Prosecco Parlor which was so innovative and totally us- that is an upgrade I would highly recommend to any bride who loves bubbly like I do! We had the Beef Wellington and Salmon for dinner and the au gratin potatoes are a must!! Everything was amazing. The service was impeccable. Chef Raul, Zuleima and their staff were fantastic. The food was great during the wedding, and our family got to enjoy some leftovers. After the wedding, we had 12 chargers missing that we provided and Zuliema was amazing about trying to track them down and when she couldn’t find them, she provided recovery compensation. Foodie is standup and an amazing vendor! I work in events and will recommend them in the future to other brides!

On our wedding day, Chef Raul made a point to come say hello to me before the ceremony, which was a nice personal touch. They also placed another plate of appetizers in the bridal suite for the bridal party to enjoy while we lined up for the reception! Since Club Lake Plantation doesn't have an on-site kitchen, we were worried with how the food would turn out. But, Foodie is EXTREMELY experienced working there, and everything turned out even better than I could have expected. We received SO many compliments, with several people saying it was the best wedding food they had ever had. I would highly recommend Foodie Catering!

Zuleima was open to changing around menu items and providing special menus as needed, tailoring the experience to my husband and I. On the day of the food was even better than I remembered it. Her team designated a member to bring my husband and I food and drinks throughout the night, making sure we had time to sit down and enjoy our meal. Our guests raved about the food and the friendly staff. The bartenders hired through Foodie were also great and our signature drinks were delicious!! Thank you Zuleima and the catering staff for exceeding all of our expectations.

My husband and I were blown away with the quality of their food, all of their selections were delicious. Foodie Catering's service was amazing, despite the bad weather, Zuleima moved mountains to make sure we had our ceremony outside like we wanted. She ensured all our needs were met and navigated behind the scenes to solve any problems that came up without the groom and I even being aware. My wedding was absolutely PERFECT and was a dream come true thanks to the help and dedication of Foodie Catering, Zuleima and her AMAZING team of bartenders, servers and chefs. I look forward to using their services in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking to catering an event.

We also had a carving station for beef, the scalloped potatoes with the sauce had our guests getting third and fourth plates. All of the food was gone by the end of our reception to give you an idea of how good it was. I would say the service that Zuleima provided us was honestly the reason we went them, not just the food was excellent, but her heart and attention to detail cant be matched with any other catering company. After reviewing the menus & pricing, we scheduled our tasting with ease. My (now) husband, my teenage daughter & myself left the tasting absolutely blown away! For the months leading up to our wedding, I found myself literally CRAVING our wedding menu & anxiously awaiting the next time I’d get to indulge in Chef Raul’s cuisine. And the staff on our big day were the friendliest group I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. It truly felt like they were invested in our day & our love story.
