We had an untraditional venue (a family property) and Roxanne did multiple site visits to ensure every detail of our wedding would run smoothly. She offered advice and suggestions on other aspects of our day as well as we continued to plan. Throughout the process, Roxanne became a trusted friend. On our wedding day, Roxanne ran everything seamlessly, and really, every member of the Foodwerx team was excellent. Besides the amazing service, the food truly speaks for itself. We received so many compliments on the food, both during the wedding and to this day. The displays are enticing and the quality and flavor are unbeatable. I would recommend Foodwerx to anyone and can't wait to use them again in the future. ! From the start of planning to the day of, everything was set in stone and they answered all my questions, even the last minute worries. The food was so good! I still have guests raving to me on the cocktail display my husband and I choose which was the ramen noodle bar. Everything was fresh and the best part was we were aloud to take home any leftovers so I can still enjoy it for the week! Who really deserves the shout out is Roxanne. She is the biggest sweetheart and I hired her to be my wedding coordinator. If I needed something, she was right there. When I was panicking because of the sudden rain that hit when guests arrived for the ceremony, she was right there and with no plan (at least I think), within 10 minutes she had the most beautiful setup for our last minute indoor ceremony. Everything was perfect! She made sure my new husband and I got to eat everything. Even when we had a wardrobe malfunction, she had her emergency kit on her and was ready to tackle any problem. For anyone looking for the perfect caterer and the perfect coordinator, please please please hire foodwerx and Roxanne. You will not be disappointed and be smiling and relaxed the whole time! After meeting Roxanne we immediately knew that we wanted to have her as our day-of coordinator and we can confidently say that our wedding day would not have been anywhere near as flawless as it was without her coordination. To start, the food on our wedding day was absolutely spectacular. We had heard from multiple other people that the food from foodwerx was amazing and we were so happy with the outcome. On top of delicious, fresh food cooked on site, the service foodwerx provided was out of this world. There was not a moment throughout the entire night where my wife and I had an empty glass in our hands. The foodwerx staff made sure to cater to us on our day and were constantly checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. They made sure that food was set aside for us while we made the rounds speaking to guests and the staff made plates for us from our hors d’oeuvres and buffet so that we didn’t have to serve ourselves. The catering staff were kind and professional and our guests even commented on how impressed they were. Working with Roxanne was truly the best and easiest part of the wedding planning process. From start to finish she ensured that we had all of the vendors we needed, putting us in contact with the tent company, DJ, and bakery, all of which were fantastic recommendations (Ocean Tents knocked it out of the park and transformed our backyard into a wedding venue, DJ Jay Murch was incredible and had everyone dancing, and Sunflour Bakery made the most delicious wedding cake we have yet to taste! On the day of our wedding my wife and I did not have to worry about a thing - Roxanne had everything handled and really made it so that we could enjoy all of the planning and work that we had put into hosting everyone for our backyard wedding. We highly recommend foodwerx catering as the food was so delicious and if you are planning a wedding you have to have Roxanne help out on your special day. Now that the wedding is over we will miss working with her!

As a wedding planner, she held my hand through the whole process and made it seem like a cakewalk. Our guests raved about the food's quality, and I agree that I ate GOOD! It’s not your typical wedding food; foodwerxs catering tasted like a 5-star restaurant! Long story short, great food! I want to give Roxanne the credit she deserves; she is why we could have this wedding successfully. Best wedding planner/ coordinator ever!!! I am so thankful for her and the Foodwerxs team. he event. Everything was simply perfect. Guests RAVED about the food (so delicious and unique) and amazing atmosphere. A large part of atmosphere is created by the people that run your event! A BIT ABOUT ROXANNE: I met Roxanne while touring the Boathouse. She happened to be there setting up for a wedding, and I could see just from her energy that she would be a fantastic person to have with me day of the wedding. Roxanne is so much more than she is listed as; her attention to detail throughout the entire process, love for what she does, and amazing people skills are only a few of the perks you get when it comes to Roxanne. She checks in with you throughout your entire wedding process to make sure all the details come along smoothly. She connects you directly with a few crucial outside vendors which was extremely helpful. The way she explains all you need while still managing to keep your mind at ease is true talent! I'm someone who gets flustered easily with details, but Rox made everything bite-sized and seamless. We had a large bridal party and Rox made sure they were all prepared day of! She also checked in with me and my husband throughout the wedding to make sure we ate the amazing food (which can easily slip away when you're busy talking to guests), drank, and that we had everything we needed- all while being an actual superhero moving at lightning speed! A TRUE WEDDING EXPERT. Some of the guests even commented on how amazing she was!! The food is fantastic and unique. (GET THE FILET MIGNON). The whole crew is fantastic. y wooded land look and feel amazing! the food was also amazing! a lot of my guest asked for the caterers information afterwards! I whole heartedly believe the day wouldn't have been perfect without Roxanne and the amazing people she has working with her!

First, the appetizers we so good and were always hot when served and there was always a server coming around and the charcuterie board was displayed beautifully, and everything was so fresh. The dinner, what can I say, was fabulous. The salad was fresh, the brisket was so tender, the pasta was delicious, the chicken was fantastic and very moist, and the vegetables were roasted to perfection. The mashed potato bar had all the toppings needed. The dessert table was equally as good. We cannot forget our bartender – what a wonderful job, the drinks were delicious, and service was top notch, and the bartender was so friendly and engaging to our guests. Your moto “NOTHING LESS THAN PERFECTION” is spot on, it exceeded our expectations. But I cannot forget you Roxanne, you made the day so special. Even though the weather did not cooperate with us, you made Rachael and Kyle’s dream come true. The ballroom was decorated beautifully, I never imagined it would be so stunning. You are amazing at your job, and you can tell that you genuinely care. Foodwerx should be so proud of the job you do and the way you represent the company. We could not have pulled this off without you. You made all the planning so easy, and we loved all your suggestions and were glad we listened to them. From the first. we spoke I knew we made the right choice. You were always there to help – from making sure that Kyle and Rachael had what they needed to helping with the dress mishap. And we cannot forget the suggestion of getting the beautiful picture in the rain at the end of the night – perfection. Also, our vendors said that you were so wonderful to work with. Artie and April said they wish all the wedding coordinators were as organized and professional as you, they said it was a pleasure. David, the photographer, was also amazed at the job you did and also said you were a pleasure to work with. Marshall was the same, he had nothing but wonderful things to say about you. I loved how all vendors worked so well together and that was because of you. We spoke to our guests after the wedding and all said the food was delicious, the service was great, and they all noticed the hard work that you did Roxanne. We were so happy that everyone had a fun time, and it was all because of you Roxanne. We will definitely HIGHLY recommend you and Foodwerx, it was truly a wonderful experience and money well spent.
