beyond my dreams, I truly mean it.
Our wedding was complex, blending two cultures and two sets of expectations — mine, my husband’s, and our families. Jessica never took a copy-and-paste approach. Instead, she thoughtfully curated a celebration that felt completely unique to us while ensuring our families were overjoyed with the larger vision.
Jess is not just a planner — she is a crisis management expert. On the eve of our wedding, a water main break at the county club threatened the entire event. Instead of panicking, she handled it with absolute grace and discretion, coordinating a full Plan B so seamlessly that my husband and I didn’t even know there was a problem until after the fact. Even the country club owners were grateful for her expertise — she was directing catering teams on contingency plans as if she ran the venue herself.
She is an incredibly detail-oriented designer. I would share scattered inspiration and she would return with refined, actionable options — always beautiful, always within our tight timelines. Her organization is second to none. From budget tracking to seating layouts to overall logistics, her systems made me feel calm and in control throughout the chaos.
I’ll admit I can be very detail-focused (borderline bridezilla at times!), but Jess handled me with patience, humor, and unwavering confidence. She has an exceptional network of vendor partners, and she managed every personality and potential issue on the day with a firm yet caring hand. I always felt she was twelve steps ahead, which gave my husband and me the gift of being fully present.
Beyond all of that — she is simply a joy to work with. Wedding planning is notoriously stressful, but every call with Jess was fun, light, and full of positive energy. She never projected stress onto us, which I now understand is incredibly rare.
I recommend Jess with my whole heart. If you’re on the fence about hiring her — don’t be. She is the absolute best in the business, and I would choose her again a thousand times over.

Her response to any text or email was almost immediate especially when I got involved as the nervous mother of the bride she kept things calm. She always had an answer. I felt we were in extremely confident hands . She was in constant contact with our venue, I was completely impressed with the service and the level of exemplary professionalism that she exhibited. edding - I was so wrong. It wasn’t until my husband insisted that we hire someone to help that I even considered it - and, we’re SO happy we did. Jessica is the perfect blend of organized, caring and attentive. From the moment we signed her on, she was the calming force we needed. On the day of and days leading up to our wedding, she was an absolute dream.
We dealt with an insanely disorganized and frustrating venue and she helped us navigate those conversations. The weather was also not looking good and she helped us organize a Plan B option that was perfect and assured us that everything would be amazing. And, it was. She was there to help oversee the vendors, help fix my dress that broke (twice) and SO MUCH MORE. She also did it all with a smile.
If you’re contemplating hiring a day of coordinator like I did, you absolutely should do it. Best decision we made in the entire wedding planning process. She’s the extra set of hands you need and assures you that everything will be perfect. We would give Jessica 100 stars if we could - that’s how great she is.
