and it was only 5 blocks high. Nothing like what is shown in the photos! It was clearly incomplete.
There are two options here:
The previous renters lost some pieces and the game wasn't checked/sanitized before the next couple, or they just rent incomplete games and make a profit by taking advantage of people.
I ended up having to buy several of the items I wanted to rent because either they didn't have it or they didn't have the right dimensions.
If you are looking for an early 2000s/DIY wedding style, this is your place to go, but if you are looking for a modern and clean look, find another place.
A lot of the items I bought were comparable to the prices they had for renting. The ladies that work there are nice, though!

the staff are incredibly helpful at pointing you in the right direction, making recommendations and even placing orders over the phone. We used a variety of their items from napkin rings to signs to games to string lights to ceremony decor, all of which was in perfect condition and ready to use on our day! Although returns were done by my planner, the whole process was very painless and seamless.
