t, and after listening to demos from around 10 groups, it became evident that For The Moment was the most musically gifted. As an added bonus, For The Moment offered their services at a very reasonable price.
I wasn't the easiest groom to please. Indeed, I needed the band I hired to meet the following demands: 1). perform rock hits from across the decades with an emphasis on modern music; 2). allow me (a guitar player as well) to perform a song of my choice with the band and, to serve this end, set up a full band rehearsal with me prior to the wedding date; 3). provide a PA system; 4). announce the wedding party to the dinner table after cocktail hour accompanied by the Chicago Bulls theme song; and 5). administer DJ Services after the band finished their set.
For The Moment exceeded my expectations through all of my demands by demonstrating a skill for their craft, a high degree of professionalism, and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that the evening lived up to the dream I hoped it would be. My wedding night was perfect, and this is in large part thanks to Kevin Florian and For The Moment.
If you need a wedding band, hire For The Moment. You will be happy you did.

his group had everyone up on the dance floor from the first song until the last happy but exhausted wedding guest left. Kevin and his group were incredibly easy to work with, including stepping in when the person who was supposed to announce the wedding party at dinner was late. The music was great, the song selection had everyone jumping up to run to the dance floor, either to start dancing or stand around the dance floor watching the band. Great, great job, and I highly recommend this band to others.

't believe how well it worked out, honestly it was worth losing that deposit because For the Moment was AMAZING.
First of all, Kevin rules. He was so easy to work with and communicative. He sent us a list of songs the band could play and worked with us to add or subtract according to our preferences. He was super helpful and even brought us free mics and amps to use for our ceremony.
The band is SO GOOD. Everyone was asking how we found them while we were dancing all night. All we wanted was to have a wedding people would remember as fun and I think we were successful because of For the Moment. Every single person in that band brings something unique that let's them cover every genre. THEY CAN SING! It was truly incredible. We knew they'd be good, we didn't know they would be THAT good. I think they will quickly become one of the most popular wedding bands in Chicago so don't hesitate to book them. I could not recommend them more.
